I came in asking questions moving is such a headache but they were extremely courteous very professional answered all my questions put me at ease I was not nervous after I got what I needed with their suggestion and I appreciate their help Sergio who helped me was right on the money appreciated his help overall excellent experience I would recommend this place to anybody who need to storage they handle it very professionally Im glad I found this place number one in my book next time I need another storage place for whatever future plans thats my number one place to go thank you I appreciate you guys.

Storing items in this facility was easy with auto draft payments and the security system kept us feeling comfortable while living in another state.

When I call back to tell them I found another unit closer and cheaper, she said “K” and hung up immediately on me. I didn’t even finish my statement. I was going to tell her I found someone cheaper snd closer but was going to ask if they maybe had someone closer. I would have still potentially used you, but her sounding irritated and said K and hanging up on me in the middle of me talking was so rude, I definitely won’t ever use this company. Clearly it’s something where the employees are nice when you are a customer but the moment you aren’t, they are very rude.

I needed a place to put my fathers things after he was assigned to assisted living place and i came here rented a unit all is clean and the price is great,it will do for now until i figure what to do with the extra stuff.

Do not recommend! they told me they would fix a broken light bulb, they never did. Their AC is a complete joke. They have it at the minimum, the place is very humid.

It has taken two years, but I finally found a Manager, Kyrie Clark, who worked with me to resolve an ongoing issue with being able to get my RV out of my parking spot. All of my issues have fell on deaf ears up until this point. I am very fortunate she was helping support this location, when I needed her the most. Coincidence? I think not!

My friend just left a negative review because she was the one who help me do the leasing for me while I was moving. I am renting storage 5113 and as she said, the storage I they assigned me has one broken bulb and so far they haven’t repaired it. Also the AC is at the minimum and with the humidity here in Houston they need to pump it up to the max. Also, one thing she forgot to mention is that right after she gave them my credit card number my bank contacted me the very next day to let me know that my credit card had been cloned!

I have been a customer for over a year now. The grounds are always clean and easy assess. Special thanks to Sergio! He was extremely helpful in my last transaction. He was very thoughtful and extremely nice. Made me feel like a special customer and interested in our business. He is a great asset to your company.Thank you and thank you CubeSmart.

I have had a wonderful experience with this storage. Sergio really made my experience nice, he always remembers my unit number when I come in to pay and has helped me when I needed something delivered and wasnt able to meet the delivery on time. Little things mean a lot!

Easy ground floor storage.

I just rented a storage room here because of the location. The location is perfect for me but the price is also great and Sergio was extremely helpful!

They told me it had never flooded and found out the entire place had flooded. They left their own lock on to my over sized 2 garage door storage unit. They had an old lock on the door. I asked them to remove it while I went and picked up a moving van. As soon as I return and they had locked all of the office doors and completely left for the day..I have no way to get into my unit now!

A storage unit is storage to me but----altho clean, I was very disappointed in the pricing good price with promotion but no one said anything about the extra fees insurance one time this one time thatvery disappointed!!!!

I have rented here several times and the service really is top notch. They go out of their way to be accommodating and this location is always my first choice when I need storage.

We were previously at another storage unit in Katy (LS) and we were leaving because the rates had become extremely high. We booked a reservation with Cube on the internet and when I arrived, they had an even better unit for us. We are extremely happy with the pricing and accommodations they have made for us, so far so good.

Always polite, and helpful, to the point they make me want to work for their company to help others with their needs during hard times like they helped me.

This was the easiest process that I have experienced in years. The facility is clean, accessible with a great support staff. Ill be renting a second unit shortly.

Both the manager and assistant manager are a pleasure to deal with during and after the signing of thee storage contract. Both are professional in explaining issues and terms of the agreement. I was offered the use of the loaner truck the following day and found it to be clean and in good running order. My son dealt with the folks before me and gave them a 5 star rating and I must say, if there was room for a 6 star I would give it to this location and the folks managing it!!

I came here the other day to view some storage spaces for my mom and Sabrina was very helpful ! I’ve been price shopping for a while and a lot of people in the storage industry have attitude but Sabrina didn’t, she was very sweet and helpful and gave me all the info we needed while touring the property !

Air conditioned storage unit but do purchase flood insurance to protect your belongings. The insurance Cube smart offers does not cover flood damage. Sad that the older gentleman in the office sells the insurance as if it covers everything but it doesnt. My red flag should have been when the facility flooded he went around to every customer telling them what to say to the insurance company. Telling customers they need to take pictures and trash their items to claim them on insurance - BIG JOKE.

We had some of our things stored here when we moved away for work. When Harvey came through, we got some water in our unit. Unable to return home on short notice, Randy helped get a friend of mine into the unit and move our things into a new clean unit right away. Great service, great communication, and everything handled professionally and in a timely manner. I cant say enough good things about them.

Good service and reasonable price!

I got online today and reserved a climate controlled storage unit. I got a call in less than 5 minutes from Mr. Qureshi, the site manager, who answered all of my questions about the unit. When I arrived at the facility, he showed me the unit and then helped me search for a cart to use to move my things. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the leasing process. I enjoyed the experience very much. Hopefully Cube Smart doesnt increase the monthly rent as I feel the price is adequately fair for the size and location of the unit.

Excellent. Both Mr. Randy and the other gentleman are professional and knowledgeable about the facility and supplies. My daughter highly recommended CubeSmart, and told my husband and I to ask for Mr. Randy as he had provided the utmost customer and professional services to her and her husband last summer. No public access to dumpsters, my unit flooded and I was not informed, fans broken in my building.... not looking good right now. Staff seems pretty friendly but I feel I spend too much money on a unit to have issues like this...

Super friendly people at all levels. Incredibly clean very easy access to your storage unit. Have a Public Storage at the end of our road, $90 higher for the same size unit we rented, Thank you Randy and thank you all at Cube Connection.

I am not often impressed with service providers nowadays, unfortunately. However! I definitely received it at this Cubesmart location, from the first inquiry to the end of my contract, and beyond. Made a reservation on April 23rd to move in May 1st 2018. Got all my things packed and ready to go after making the online reservation and calling ahead 2 days after the online reservation, since no one confirmed with me after my online reservation. Got here today May 1st and was told I didn’t have a reservation or a unit avadiable for me!!?! Really!?! Then they try and claim there is a 2 week drop off time of reservation after we had already confirmed and set a move in date! Really now I have wasted my time and to top it off they resfused to give me a slightly larger unit at the same rate so forget it! I wouldn’t come here unless it is a last resort! Also when showing us a “slightly larger” unit (which cost more by the way) roaches crawled out from the door when it was opened in the AC unit too!! Plus it smells like they let’s people smoke in their AC units. Buyer be careful! This is ridiclious!!!

Convenient, clean and close to our apartment

I have been a customer at this location for a few years. Mr. Qureshi has been there for about a quarter of that time. Though his predecessors have been polite, he has displayed a professionalism that accommodates the customer while maintaining the organizational interests. He was also able to arrange wardrobe boxes in a short time which made my move much easier. He doesnt BS you about things that arent possible, but will do everything he can to provide the needed service. He gets the job done - to everyones satisfaction.
