The best storage facility in all the Katy/Fulshear area hands down!! Jimi is the best, always professional and friendly service!

This is a fantastic Storage Facility! The Manager is very personable, efficient, professional and is routinely on-site and maintains regular hours. The facility is like new, clean, and maintained very well as are the moving carts they have. The prices are very reasonable. Automatic billing makes the whole process that much easier. A friend told me about this place - Im so glad he did! Renting here has helped reduce clutter at home, get more organized and keep a lot of our stuff in better condition than storing it in a hot garage or attic! Convenient drive up, offload and parking areas too. I wish Id been a customer here before my sewing machines plastic parts yellowed and got brittle and broke apart from being exposed to the constant hot and cold cycles in my garage. I highly reccomend this facility!

This is the cleanest and safest storage facility I have ever used. The manager is the BEST! He is beyond friendly and accommodating. He assisted in finding a new storage location near my new home when I moved from Katy to the Austin area. As far as I am considered, there is no other facility in the area!

After extensive search, I stumbled across Fulshear Bend Self Storage, and I am happy that I did. Jimi is always willing to answer questions and has an amazing attitude each and every time. The facility is secured and clean. Would highly recommend the facility.

You dont want to bring you stuff here. Trust me! The back doors dont even lock and anyone can get in, by just pushing them open, for the week and a half I was here. Some of the lights in certain corridors dont even light up when you walk through them making for a very unsafe situation where someone can injure themselves.I still havent seen my refund yet, JImmy...?
