Packerland replaced 2 large windows for us. Extremely happy with how they turned out. Excellent finishing work to make they look like they were always a part of the house. Service was great as well, moved up install timing because windows arrived early.

We put in 15 new windows as well as a large bay window & patio door almost one month ago now. From our first meeting, Jerry the owner was extremely friendly, patient, and thorough as we worked through the options. He did not pressure us at all or scare us into any certain type of purchase. We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for but needed advice as what would serve our home the best. Our Project Consultant, Jeff, came to our home at a time that was most convenient For us which was late afternoon /early evening. He came well prepared knowledge, booklets and window samples. He presented a no pressure approach and made suggestions that were best for our situation without any high commission sales pressure tactics. we were given a quote on the full cost from start to finish with no hidden fees or expenses. We were comfortable enough with the presentation that we made a commitment that day. Jeff measured each window and our patio doors at least twice on his visit.Several Days later Jerry stopped in and measured everything again and verified our ProVia windows and doors order.On the installation day they were able to send a full crew who were extremely efficient in the removal, repairs, installations and clean up throughout the project.We are very pleased with the bright new windows and doors and would recommend this company and brand that we chose.Be prepared to wait a couple extra weeks for non shatter safety glass required for patio doors and some bathroom windows.Enjoy you investment!

Good product, good workmanship. Our neighbor recommended Packerland after getting all new windows. Jeff and Josh were very cordial but not at all pushy (in contrast to other bids I got!) during the sales pitch. They worked to get within our budget. I can think of nothing negative to say about them.

I recommend Packerland Home Improvement for any type of Window/Door Replacement you may have. I hired Packerland Home Improvement when I moved into an older farm house that needed all new windows. I worked with their staff to determine which windows needed to be replaced and what type of window was needed.When it was all said and done, they replaced over 8 new windows and 3 new doors for me. I cant say enough about the job they did and how much curb appeal it added to my old farm house. The install crew did a great job over the two-day install. The biggest thing is they actually cared about how my windows looked as if it was their own house. That meant a lot to me! They also offered small incentives to make the price more attractive for all my windows - which was greatly appreciated.If you are in this market, I would definitely recommend Packerland Home Improvement!

They did a marvelous job of replacing our picture window with 2 double hungs and a wall in between. Just what we wanted. Plus installed a 42 inch accessible door and more doors. Would recommend for any IRIS needs as well.

My wife and I are more than satisfied with the work the two gentlemen performed in putting in our windows. They said they would complete the work in one day and even though it rained they still completed the work on time with excellent workmanship. YESTERDAY WAS A RAINY DAY WITH 3 HEAVY SEPERATE SHOWERS BUT THE CREW WORKED AROUND THEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE MY 3 FIXED WINDOWS DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE LIVING ROOM. MY HAT IS TIPPED TO THIS 3 MAN CREW OF JOSH, JOE AND TYLER. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DO EXCELLENT WORK.

We are happy with our windows and doors. Was not prepared to see how the slider windows have so much play from side to side. The crew worked very quickly, taking few breaks. Some people told us we paid too much for windows that were only inserts.

The windows and installation went smoothly and professionally. I would recommend them without hesitation. My suggestions for improvement would be to insure that when cutting drywall that things are covered well. We had to clean up afterwards more than we should have.

First of all, Jason is terrific! Although they tried to be helpful and were pleasant, the other workers seemed unmindful and less careful of our home and left many scratches (in the kitchen sink and around the windows), dents and gouges, and dirty hand marks everywhere inside and out. The tarps they brought in to cover my floors were dirtier than the mess they produced. They did make an attempt to clean-up but Im still finding chips of wood and dirt in odd places or out in the open. Overall I am pleased with the windows and the look they present. The two smallest windows have a few problems working consistently.

We ended up paying for both materials and labor that were not needed. On two seperate occassions, with two different employees I questioned if these were needed and both times assured they were. They were not. Likewise the job which Packerland said would take the better part of a day was done in less than 2 hours. Packerland should have known the extra materials and time was not needed, or, if not, at least know to contact the manufacturer to find out. I need another patio door replaced and will not be calling Packerland.

After listening to five different windows presentations, we decided to go with Packerland. Reasons? We felt that the value with the ProVia was better than the cost of the Pella and Renewal by Anderson windows. By the way, we found both of those sales pitches as pretty forceful and pressured. Cost was much higher.So after making the decision to go with Packerland, Jerry, the owner, came out to measure and then get our windows ordered. Four weeks later, they came out on a rainy, cold day and still put in the windows and patio door. Installers were very friendly, worked hard, and were done by 2:30. 7 windows and a patio door installed, and the house cleaned up. Even the owner, Jerry, came out to assist. Very impressive.A lot of choices for windows. We felt we did a decent job of vetting the different companies and would go with Packerland again. Jerry was down to earth, friendly, and we felt like we got a good deal.One more note. Once installed, we had a small issue with the patio door latch. Within a week, a technician was out to fix it and take care of it. Well done.

A one is to high of review for this place. Quick to get your business and take your money. But when you have a issue you can forget getting ahold of anyone. My mom had purchased widows from here and had issues with the windows I took forever over a year before anybody came out to look at them. They finally fixed the problems but she now is having issues with her windows again. They are falling apart the wood grain on the inside is coming off and they look horrible. The kitchen window leaks air so bad it gets frost built up on the inside of the window. She finally gave up on Packerland and is having her windows replaced by a different company. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
