Trim was perfectly stain matched to our existing trim. The installers did a perfect job inside and out. The even put down cloth runners and big pads to protect our floors. My husband and I are in the middle of a big house reno. New roof, siding and windows! We were referred to WOW by our roof/siding installer. WOW replaced 10 windows, 2 bay windows and installed a patio door for us and I am THRILLED with how everything went.Karl, the original salesman we worked with, is SUPER DUPER friendly and professional! From the initial meeting with the sales person through the installation, the people representing this company are very responsive and courteous. I had what basically amounted to an entire house of windows (21 out of 27) replaced. The crew had all 21 windows placed/installed in ONE day despite the fact that one window had a mismeasure and required some creative engineering. The crew leader was very respectful of my concerns and accomodated all my requests courteously. The only area for improvement would have been a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanup, but I was impressed with the workmanship and am very pleased overall. Windows of Wisconsin is a wonderful company to contact for your homes’ window issues. Our particular issues were two bedroom windows in which the glass was clouded over with moisture and markings. After the initial contact was made, an appointment was scheduled with the sales and planning associate, Marshall. He was outstanding, very thorough, and knowledgeable. The windows were ordered from a company located in Wisconsin which I appreciated, buying local. The three installers assigned to our project were skilled craftsman, and highly experienced. Their focus on quality was demonstrated throughout the installation as well as the final cleanup, WOW! What a great team.I highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin, a great company!

Windows of Wisconsin sells a quality product and their installs are perfection. We put all Marvin Infinity windows in our last home and W.O.W. just installed a new Marvin patio door at our current home. Zach and Mike did a phenomenal job perfecting the placement and finishes on the new door which was a few inches larger than the original opening. They are obviously craftsmen who have pride in their workmanship. We would not go anywhere else for doors and windows and cannot recommend W.O.W. more highly.

Loved the no-pressure approach with our rep. Patrick. The install was timely 12 windows + large sliding door. Reduced noise and lowered the heating bill a touch. There was an error with matching siding...that took over a year to resolve. After the 3rd try we have a finished product (the supplier gave the incorrect color/size twice plus fixing vinyl in winter is not wise). No offered discount for the nearly yearlong delay...perhaps

Phenomenal company to work with and very professional installation crew. Whole house replacement windows done in about 2 days even in late December. Installation was carried out in a very professional manner and any time options came up with what we would like they didn’t hesitate to ask and offer their input. Even going so far as to show us what lack of insulation we had before and explaining the newer larger openings to allow for proper foam insulation. A few pieces of siding cracked in the cold but they were quick to get replacement pieces and come back out to fix it.

We are happy with our new window installations, including the casement and the slider windows. The installation crew was great, very nice and professional, they worked hard to complete the job on-time and they did a great job. They cleaned up outside and inside before they left the job site. Jamie, our Sales Person / Estimator, was very good to work with as well. Anytime we had a question he always got back to us. I recommend Windows of Wisconsin!

We needed new windows and wanted a name-brand quality unit. The Marvin replacements we chose have a fiberglass interior which is custom-stained to match current woodwork. Windows of Wisconsin took great pains to match the stain, and they do it in their own shop, before the windows are installed. As is with remodeling projects, there was an enormous amount of work in taking the old windows out and replacing them. The work was done to highest professional standards. Windows of Wisconsin guarantees their work and will come back at any time after, if there is a problem or issue. This is why we had them replace 4 exterior doors. They use Therma-Tru, and it is a quality door, not the same Therma-Tru that you get from a big box store. Again, install was flawless, due to excellent measuring beforehand. I chose to do the door finish myself, but Windows of Wisconsin will also finish the doors as you wish.

We were impressed with their salesman, Marshall. No pressure. He came in, gave us an estimate and said let me know what you decide. Other salesmen had said sign now or this price is gone.Marshalls price was reasonable and considerably less then others.Luke and Nate did the install. Very professional and knowledgeable. One of our windows was cracked in shipment, so they completed the install, ordered the replacement glass and came back later to replace the broken glass.Very good quality windows and excellent Customer Service! We would highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin.

I chose Windows of Wisconsin to install three exterior doors and fifteen replacement windows frankly because I had the most confidence in their company. Starting with my salesperson Jamie and the install crew led by Zach I always felt like I was in good hands. The install crew worked hard and did quality work. A delight from start to finish.The entire process was smooth and efficient. Windows of Wisconsin was recommended to us from someone close to us.Jamie came to our house and showed us the options. He did not pressure us and was very professional. Later we went to the shop and he was there to help us look the displays and answer any questions. We decided there we may as well get a new front door also.It takes about 8 weeks to get windows and we were told that. Once the windows arrived at the shop we got a call to schedule the install. The installers did a fantastic job. It looks better than i imagined! Not only is their work excellent they were really nice guys to.Thank you to everyone involved in this sale. The crew were on time and did a great job. They insisted on cleaning things up when they were done. I would recommend WOW to anyone that is in need of replacement windows.

I am not one to write a negative review, but when you are back and forth with a place that has several issues and doesn’t make it right, it’s rather frustrating. Where to begin. I understand things have been rough with COVID-19, so waiting a few months to have our window installed was the least of our problems. First off, the receptionist, Judy, is incredibly rude and talks to you like you are inconveniencing her. Every time I had to call she was less than pleasant. Then there was the issue of the window itself. The first one they brought was not the right design, not a total deal breaker, but then the second one was not correct either. Finally, the third one was. The outside ledge was very sloppy and bumpy, which was somewhat corrected, but still looks sloppy. Then there was the second installer who came and walked right into our house without a mask. Not cool. Lastly, we were told that if we were referred by someone, which we were, they would receive $50. I told them about this 4 separate times, I was told they are mailed out quarterly, well 3 quarters have come and gone and my friend did not receive it. Overall, I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and they were very unprofessional for a subpar job.

Extremely happy with the windows that were installed by Windows of Wisconsin. Installation was done in April 2017. Our sales rep, Patrick was very friendly and professional. He made the decision to go with the company very easy. No high pressure sales pitch. He presented the product information in a very clear and comprehensive manner. Pricing was very reasonable when comparing to other companies in the area. Scheduling was easy as they were very flexible. We had seven replacement windows done and the installers did them without any issues at all. They were completed in one day. Everything was installed just as it should’ve been and it was cleaned up without a trace. Installers were also friendly and professional. The windows we chose were white vinyl replacement windows and they function exceptionally well. Very smooth operation and seal very tight. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with the Marvin Infinity casement windows from Windows of Wisconsin. The entire experience from the initial meetings with the sales representative to the quotation, ordering, window preparations at their shop (staining/finishing), to the install went very well. We met the company several years ago at the Home Show in Green Bay. Carl drove 55 miles north to our home to meet us and see what we needed done for replacement windows. He and his company replaced 7 windows. What a difference it made in our home. The heat was evenly distributed in a tri level home. Then we attended the Home Show again this past year. They were there. We made an appointment to replace 2 patio doors and a kitchen bay window. Despite having to wait through the pandemic shutdown, three guys showed up and were able to install beautiful doors and a window. They are very precise and talented with the process. Questions were answered along the way. They look excellent!

My wife and I are thrilled with the windows that were installed by Windows of Wisconsin! When we moved into our 90 year old house, that is on the National Historic Registry, it was apparent that the existing windows weren’t going to cut it as they all had putty around the edge of the storm window and frame to keep out the cold. Good luck with that. Also, after replacing 5 storm windows with screens I said to my wife, while on a ladder at the second floor, “we’re done, this isn’t worth it.” I don’t need to suffer a serious injury dealing with out-of-date windows that no longer do their job. When we started looking around the different companies we heard one option was fiberglass. From that moment on we knew what we wanted, they are low maintenance and do not eventually rot. Plus on an old house like ours, they look beautiful as it is not apparent they are fiberglass; they look like wood. It was clear after talking with 4 companies that WOW had the best product. Plus they were not pushy like others were; they don’t need to be, they’re windows stand apart. Marshall handled all our needs and was very knowledgeable about the product and what was needed for installation.Because we had a large order, 35 windows, we were given a large crew. All the crew members were diligent in their work trying to do the best installation possible. The more experienced members were good at teaching and working with the younger ones. Due to the number of windows installed, there were a couple that needed minor adjustments afterwards. WOW was right on it and the adjustments were made and we have tight seals all around. When I can walk around in a T-shirt in winter, I know we have tightly sealed windows that putty and old glass could never match.We cannot recommend WOW enough! From the owner to the newest employee they are all unassuming, which starts from the owner’s style. All the employees told me how much they enjoy working for the company and Carl the owner. I can’t think of a better endorsement than employees having good things to say about their employer. If we ever decide to have the rest of the windows in our house replaced, we will be going to WOW.

WOW was great to work with. We had three options for the windows and patio door. We were able to stop in the show room and see examples of all three options. All of them looked great. The install went smooth with only one small item missed. Noted the item to Carl and they are taking care of it without any questions. The real mark of a good company is how they handle a problem. Problem could not have been handled any better. Would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking at replacing windows.

I drove here to get an estimate on windows to purchase. I was greeted when I entered the facility. I asked about purchasing windows and I was told the salesman was out, ( there were several people in the office), I gave them my specifications for the windows I needed and I gave them my information (name and phone number). I was told a salesman would call me later. I never got a call.

I was disappointed in the customer service, quality of work done and failure to deal appropriately with concerns that were raised by us. Crew had to come out twice to fix problems that should never have occurred in the first place. I was expecting someone in an administrative level to come out and see what the problems were with their crew.

We are impressed with the quality and price of the windows. The service was excellent, from both the sales representative and the installers. The warranty was difficult to beat.

Hired them to replace some old windows, two of which we new needed full frame replacement. The sales person we very knowledgeable, and did not try to over sell us with windows we did not need. He was frank that any new window would be better that the ones we had. He also found the windows we thought needed frames on his own, and the other frames were fine. The crew that did the instillation were very friendly and helpful, we even ended up adding some work for them to do, and they gladly did it, the office just changes the bill to show the extra work we requested. Price seemed very fair, and the windows look great, and appear to function well. We have even noticed the central air working better now too, as I said, the old windows were very bad. All in all I am very pleased with their work and will hire them if a project comes up.
