Excellent customer service! I stopped because tire light was on. They checked all tires, everything was fine. They reset the light and all is perfect ..... Great bunch of guys work there!Thanks so much!!!!!

We have been to Walmart Auto Center several times over the past few years. Always have been treated with respect, courtesy, and knowledge. Could not ask for more. Great job! Recommend additional help in the auto department. Asked twice to call back because they were so busy and no one available to assist me with a simple question. Not acceptable.

Absolutely horrible experience. Told them 3 times what type of oil to put in my truck, only to return and find they put the wrong oil in my truck. I then proceed out to my vehicle to find oil all of the steering wheel and my truck half a quart low on oil. I knew better than to take it there and will never make that mistake again.

Took my daughters car in to have the drivers side tire repaired.took over two hours to get the tire looked at! We done all our grocery shopping and still sat over 45 minutes. Very slow people working! Would not recommend

Took it in to get a new tire on my front passenger side and they put the new tire on the front driver side and left the spare tire on the right so I told them the messed up and they finally did it right after over 2 hours of waiting. I also had one lug nut missing and asked them to put a new one on and they did but they also stripped another and charged ME for it... They told me it was the wrong size but it was the exact same one as the others on the rest of the vehicle. So overall I was charged over 94$ for over two hours of waiting for a messed up job. I then called corporate when I got home, they told me yeah, thats rediculous. Thats a big problem. And after talking to them about it all they were willing to do is tell me sorry.

Went in yesterday evening to get a tire fixed only to find out it couldnt be fixed (sidewall damage). The guys working were extremely professional and got me back on the road with a new tire (my old one was under warranty) in about 30 minutes. Best experience ive have had at a walmart TLE any where in the country.

They are always helpful and quick.

Always take forever and its sad when a mechanic argues with a customer about whether or not they can do (balance a bigger truck tire) based on the machine not being big enough, and the customer being RIGHT!
