Small business here. I bought two appliances: French door fridge and a gas dryer. I would have bought two more appliances (stove and a washer) but I found each at the big box store for an incredible deal as open box items.The appliances I bought are comparable in price to other stores. However I saved 15% by buying two items, which is nice.So what is the advantage vs a big box store? They keep their products in stock albeit limited options so if you need something within a day or two, pick it up here — or any other small business while bigger stores have a 10 day turn around time. As for shipping/delivery, it’s $40 within several miles of them. It does not include install — while big stores will deliver AND install for free. So I had to take off the refrigerator doors myself to get it in thru front door. That took over an hour to disassemble and reassemble as a newbie.Overall, price is comparable but the advantage is getting it within a day or two. Four star (3 star is avg and 5 star is amazing). It was a nice experience, good environment, I went only to look and get prices for a refrigerator. I planned on going to three or four places but I didnt make it to those places. I liked the service here along with a breakdown of other things I will be going back to get asap!!

This place is the absolute worst appliance store. I bought 3 appliances from them all had concealed damage and the owner evaded me for weeks. When a finally spoked to him he said that it wasn’t damaged when he sold it to me and that he could sell me more appliances but could not replace or repair the ones I purchase even though it had only been a couple months. This place is very deceptive in their business practices. I have since reported them to all major manufacturers and the BBB. Please Beware!!!
