Very unprofessional and unintelligent towards 10-99 workers which they have no clue what that is . Been using them for a while but if you are an independent contractor they basically degrade you like you have no source of income . Don’t go here use Aaron’s! Donterian is the best customer service there if you do go to rent a center . Don’t deal with Roberto . I make 800+ a week and payed items off with them and they make a big deal cause I was an independent contractor . I spoke with there corporate and they are gonna handle it just don’t go there !

When I first called, the employee who responded was very pleasant, informative, and helpful.When arriving at the store, the three employees inside were very helpful.Only issue I had was some confusion with being promised a floor model that had already been sold. Only to have to change up and buy new.Even then, the employees worked to remedy the situation.

Excellent customer service at the kenner location i ordered a T.V today and it will be at my house Friday i put my order in at airline store they blew me off i called the kenner location they had me set up in 5 minutes time this the store ill use for now on after bad customer service from airline location

I was able to furnish my whole apartment at a reasonable price!

They do not tell you that no matter what furniture it is that you order it is used all the way down to the mattress and box spring. So not only was it already scratched and scuffed when we got it but the delivery person also damaged it while carrying it up the stairs. Although they made their best efforts to correct the situation I still feel whom ever may be looking into getting their furniture this way should know.

I rated tgis store 2 stars because they originally set my delivery between 12 - 1 PM, yt? Then changed it to 3-5 and nothing, called the store at 5:30 and was told they were on t here way. Now its 5:41 and nothing. Looks like you cant make any plans because they deliver when they want to.
