Don’t waste your time with these people. My younger sister put a deposit down, signed papers, and was told they ordered her car and it was all lies. A week later she gets a text saying “Let me know when you’re ready so we can move forward with ordering the vehicle.” SO YOU’RE SAYING SHE WAS SCAMMED?They also had her drive an hour there to “test drive” a car they didn’t even have on the lot. They can’t give you any information over the phone and refuse to talk numbers over texts. I personally purchased a brand new Audi from Audi Lafayette and did all my negotiating over text messages and phone calls. 10/10 experience.Save your time and money. Buy a car elsewhere.

BMW veterans memorial Blvd location is the worst ever. Their manager is a trash. He treats people in a rude way. After ordering the car and waiting for it to come for 3 monthes, he sold it for someone else with a higher price!!!! What kind of treatment is that. I cant believe that this is a high brand company. If I go to Hyundai, they will treat me better. I didnt want to give them any stars, they should get 0 stars, but they force me to choose one. DONT GO TO BMW KENNER LOCATION. THEY ARE RUDE!!!
UPDATE: they contacted me after my review and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Set up a time to come back in and get it repaired free of charge and provided loaner car in the meantime. Much appreciated and would do business with them again.scheduled an appointment. ended up waiting 4 hrs for them to reprogram my transmission. somehow they also ended breaking my panoramic sunroof and wanted me to pay to get it fixed. Wish I never took it in.

My husband brought our BMW in to this car dealership for an oil change that cost $180 . They forgot and did not put oil in our car .You would think the dealership would give us good service but this PEAK BMW dealership in Kenner was terrible !A day after an apparently oil change our car shut down on twin span, the car over heated, smoke came out and a lot of parts got damaged including the transmission!This cost us about $16,000 in damage parts to replace.The Service Manger claimed we had an oil leak and he gave us many excuses etc…They treated us very badly . I don’t write bad review but I feel like I must about PEAK BMW in Kenner . PEAK BMW in Kenner deserve a bad review because they did not do anything to fix their mistake . I don’t ever write a bad review because I am a business owner myself but I must for this business . I’m still very disappointed and upset about this PEAK BMW dealership ! 😡
I brought my car to BMW in Kenner a couple of times to have it serviced and every time there was either a screw missing that was left in my car or under the hood or had to take it back to fix the same issue. I do love the car but not the dealership or service. I won’t ever buy a BMW in Louisiana will have my car serviced by BMW in Louisiana

The dealership repaired a leak in my trunk and informed me that my amp had been destroyed from the leak. They quoted me a price for $1400 to replace the amp brand new. I sourced the parts and found out I was being significantly over charged for a brand new amp plus a ridiculous amount of labor. Then it turns out that the leak they fixed they advertently left out the rubber stuff that keeps the water from entering the bottom of the car. I took the amp in my car to someone else and they replaced both the amp and fixed the leak that was supposedly fixed by the dealership. While their customer service is generally good I felt taken advantage of for the second time.
PEAKEs BMW service department is horrible! If there was an option to give PEAKE service a zero - theyd get a zero. While BMW offers an excellent drive, service at PEAKE is not worth the purchase. The closest BMW dealer is located in Baton Rouge, 90 miles away from Kenner, if you are interested in owning a BMW you might visit the Brain Harris location is Baton Rouge. I suggest you service your BMW anywhere else other than PEAKE. PEAKE does not offer good and reliable service and they tell lies about completing service on your vehicle. The wait time is atrocious! They tell lies about their offerings just to patronize customers - to ultimately save their paycheck! I will not be returning to PEAKE for service. If I must give up my BMW due to poor service and lack of closer options for service, I will purchase a Lexus! LEXUS service to TOP NOTCH and they are located about 1/2 mile from the PEAKE dealership.
Excellent experience overall. Motivated to work with you and will not stop until they find the car that you want, no matter how detailed the specifics. Garity was very accommodating. I would highly recommend over the Baton Rouge BMW dealer. The whole process was simple. I would have liked a little more detail on the delivery features and functions for my wifes sake, but they still made sure phone, settings, etc. were all setup.
The worst attitude David service department.
There service is just as bad as Mercedes Benz. I had a 9am appointment and no has followedup with me yet. I then called and was toldI would get a call back in a couple of minutes when the service guy walks downstairs. That was at 11:53am, havent got a call back yet. To say all you have to do is hook it up to a machine to tell me what is wrong but has yet to do that, is a shame seeing how my appointment was at 9am. And, for no call back after an employee committed to doing so, is poor customer service and unprofessional.
My X6 has been in the shop for 6 hours for a new tire. My wife and I have both called the service center for the last 3 hours and not one person has picked up or called us back. I cant see us buying another BMW from this dealership.

I have been a BMW/Mini Customer for the past 10 years. I am a bit picky about my investments. I look for the best deal I can get and in the past I have driven to Lafayette, Baton Rouge or even TX for a good deal on a new car.This is my first time buying from Peake and I have to say it was the best car purchase experience I had so far. Particularly salesman Joe Essa went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. He took 5 hours(3 hours after their closing time) to show me all the cars they had, explained me the differences and in a very honest way he tried to help me to pick the car I need, not the car they needed to sell. Joe also hassled the price on my account in the best way he can and I sincerely believe that I got the best deal one can get on a new 330i.If you live in New Orleans Peake BMW is the place to your guy to buy your next BMW. Just make sure you ask for Joe.

My wife wanted a newer 3 series and right from the start Alex made her feel comfortable (and me too) throughout the whole experience and yes she got to go home with her new bmw shes ecstatic. Terrible service. Came in to get a tire replaced. They said it would only take an hour.. took near 3 to CHANGE A TIRE. Wasn’t busy. Will never take my car to get serviced here again.

I was told after I purchased my first BMW X3 2 years ago that I would be back. Yesterday I purchased my second BMW X5 and the experience was just as Great as the first. What a joke! I was there for an 8 AM service appointment that was supposed to take an hour. I walked out the door after 1 PM (the invoice was printed at 1:11 PM). 5 hours of my life WASTED, dealing with incompetent and rude employees... and to top it off, they didnt even finish completing everything I had requested! I really do like my BMW, but my experience at Peake was truly deplorable. I regret purchasing a BMW now, because Peake is the closest dealership to where I live, and I wanted to have what I thought was a reputable dealership look at it... but I refuse to step a foot back in that place again. I never write negative reviews, ever, and in fact this is the first negative one I write... but I really dont want anybody else to have the experience I did, especially when it comes to a significant financial investment like purchasing or servicing a vehicle, and I feel like Id be doing an injustice if I didnt share my experience with the public.
Always greeted by everyone that I pass next to, the service department here are one of a kind! They always meet my schedule without question! If I can’t wait, they provide me with a shiny, clean, and new loaner vehicle. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dealership! I highly recommend them! Very nice even if you just need their parts but excellent customer service and they actually call you back The only thing Ive ever heard is they farm out their engine and transmission work to a local BMW specialist with his own small business and no one knows bc they dont tell you but hes a personal friend so seems the dealer just doesnt do big jobs Theyre good for belts, oil, brakes, maintenance and seems knowledgeable

I’ve been to this dealer a few times and always had terrible service and experience. This time it was an excuse about needing an appointment to test drive a car, in the past it has been salesmen not following up. Better to take your business elsewhere.
I had a low tire on my car today and decided to get the other one changed as well. I purchased the car w/ Run Flat Tires, which means they don’t give you a spare because you are suppose to be able to still run 50-100 miles. I went to get it fixed and they said these are definitely NOT RUN FLAT TIRES. Which means they made money off of me and STOLE. They put on BASIC tires and someone from the dealership probably have them on their car. I would’ve had a complete flat without a spare, because they said I wouldn’t need a spare with the RUN FLAT TIRES that WERE NEVER PUT ON MY CAR WHEN PURCHASED. This is a horrible dealership who only lie and deceive people for a sale. I will be sharing on other BMW pages. My brother is a manager for the largest BMW in the US...Momentum BMW in Houston. I will probably share on my social media pages as well. I would really like an answer for the theft after I spent a lot of money on my BMW. Thanks in advance.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Jared Morgan at Peake BMW. The exact car we wanted was nowhere to be found ANYWHERE so Jared went to the extra effort of having it produced for us to our specifications in Germany! Unlike many car buying experiences Peake was not a high pressure or sleazy sales environment. They treated us like educated customers to whom they were delighted to provide service. Jared was clearly a passionate BMW enthusiast who could relate extraordinarily well to our purchase and was thus able to give wonderful and honest advice. Since buying our car Jared has continued to provide us extraordinary service on everything we need to get our car fully up and running. Dont let Audi or Mercedes fool you, BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine.
I gave them one star because there was no option to give them zero stars. These men will lie to you and tell you anything to make you buy a car then they will not follow through with any of the promises they make. They will pass blame on the other departments to get out of their promises. I purchased what I thought and told was an extended warranty which was actually an extended maintenance. When I traded my car in because they were going to charge me $2500 for an oil leak which of course the maintenance warranty did not cover I was told that the credit card they charged the extended warranty to would be taken care of. I’m now stuck with a credit card charge of $2000 for a car I do not own.I had to get an attorney to handle this matter since BMW will not honor their promises. Instead of working with my attorney the general manager tried to bribe me with $1000 and demanded me to delete all my negative reviews. If your dealership wasnt run on shady unethical standards then you wouldnt have to bribe people. All I want is what they promised me when I traded my car in. Simple as that. Learn how to run an honest ethical business. Maybe you would have better reviews!!!!
I have been to this location for a few of my services. It is in very poor taste for the employees to be on the sales floor talking about how stupid the customers are. I understand customer service can be frustrating but at the very least, take your comments to the back. Incredibly unprofessionall.The service person that I had for my service was very pleasant and appreciated they double checked everything since my warenty was getting close to running out. They also have a really nice coffee machine that is like a mini Starbucks.

Today was first time I have been greeted RUDELY at Peake BMW. Usually have a great service representative and positive feedback. Today I had my car towed there. I arrived as my car arrived to the dealership. The counter person was RUDE. I ask whom I needed to speak to due to the car being towed not driven into service. She told me go outside with a wave of her hand. the young man sitting at the computer outside in service said he was busy and I should go back inside. I finally found someone to assist me and take my information. She told me I would get a phone call as I could not wait in the lobby, this was at 1017am. i called the dealership at 430pm to be told they have seen the car and I need parts that need to be ordered. NO ONE CALLED ME!!!!!! Horrible service all day!

The Best Experiences my husband and I had when buying a car. Our salesman was Mr Alex Darouiche.We came to Peake BMW to look at one of the vehicles we had seen from the road. We was greeted by Alex Darouiche, talked briefly about the vehicle and about Peake BMW Family.We left the dealership and drove to 5 or 6 different dealerships. Both my husband and I agreed that we enjoyed our time with Alex Darouiche and felt that he was genuinely honest and we wanted to buy our vehicle from him.Our experience with Alex Darouiche has been exemplary, we feel like we have a NEW friend in Alex and Peake BMW.
I could not find what I was looking for locally, so I was forced to make an out of state purchase for the first time. It can be quite scary buying car sight unseen and hoping that when it’s all said and done, you actually get what you paid for. I have to say that Peake BMW (Carlee, Nikko, & Sam) made the process as easy as possible and did everything they could to make me happy. His candor and his direct and up-front answers to my questions really put me at ease in choosing my last vehicle, and his technical knowledge of the cars electronics systems and amenities gave me a complete level of comfort as I drove off of the lot. Havent been to this dealership since 2014, maybe 2015? But got some water damage during heaving rains and the adjuster recommended taking it to the dealer as it was a new car. I just forgot why I stopped coming, as it had been so long.Took my car in and the initial service great.person was Took a few weeks to get the necessary part but fine I guess (not really but what can you do, and no loner of course). I didnt check the car when I picked it up and should have. Interior was dirty and I keep it very clean. I dont expect to have the car detailed but at least they should clean up after themselves? But not a major issue I guess. Went to put the mats back in (they didnt do this for me) and then noticed that the floor on the passenger side was not level. Took it back in (did I mention the dealership is in the outskirts of Kenner?) and was told they forgot to install a part, the flooring I think. Now, three days later, just noticed that they didnt reinstall my ashtray and lighter (and I keep $10 in quarters for parking which is also missing). Not that I use the ashtray and lighter but still. Gotta go back a third time?Just D level service through and through. Place is a joke. Ill never go back.
Im currently picking up my dream car, in my favorite color. When Joe brought me inside I literally stopped in my tracks,because there it was my beautiful red BMW. Peake BMW gets poor ratings across Yelp and other web based rating sites. I brought my car in because a young lady told me to so they could look up a recall notice. So one day I find the time to take it in there and they tell me I will need an appointment for them to look up the recall notice. As they refused to take any action, another customer in the dealership who was at the help counter engaged the lady on my behalf. But staff there did not relent. Later that same day the dealership called needing VIN number and information on the car. I asked why they didnt bother to get info while there and the dealership didnt have an answer. They made an effort to be apologetic and said a manager would call but never did. You can get better service elsewhere and spend a whole lot less in doing so. Try Bimmerwerks in River Ridge. Youll be much better off there.
Sales department is great. Service tries hard but......you can only do what you can do. Still it is better than most, not as good as some. Need an appointment for service. If its a recall: good luck!
We were extremely pleased with our 3rd BMW purchase. Our recent purchase was for our daughter and John Bres made it a memorable experience. Updated review:2nd update: The second tire warranty purchased for our other BMW was also rejected today. We spent a combined total of $3000 on tire warranties for both vehicles and both were rejected at Peake. Shameful!I was allegedly sold a bumper to bumper warranty. Turns out, I paid for a worthless warranty that doesnt cover repairs. I paid $1500 for a tire warranty that BMW wont honor. Car dealers lie no matter how much you pay for a car.Outstanding service from Matt and Jared! I wasnt looking forward to dealing with car salesmen but ended up leaving a very happy customer. They made it a pleasant experience!
