Absolutely the best place to go for anything off road related. I’ve dealt with these guys for over 25 years. I bought a 2 inch Mopar lift along with an adjustable front track bar and a rear track bar relocation bracket from an online supplier. Brought the parts to these guys to install and I was blown away at the quality and service I received. I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and picked up that afternoon and everything was perfect!

They will go out of their way to show and explain problems and fix things properly. I will definetly return and will refer this business to anyone i can. They fixed my problem and explained things i need to look out for in the future. I wish there was a shop of this caliber that i knew of back home in west texas. They deserve more than a 5 star rating!

The guys here do very high quality work. I was very specific about what I wanted with my truck, but Craig and his crew worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They wont oversell you just to make the extra $$$, they just want to work with you to get you what you want. I heard from a couple friends that this place was where you wanted to go to get custom work done right and they were right. He communicated with me every step of the way, from ordering all the parts to sending pictures during the installation of everything to make sure I was satisfied.I got quite a bit done to my truck, but most critically I really wanted a gold Line-X job done on my Hammerhead bumpers to match my two tone. Craig was able to order the raw steel bumpers and worked with Line-X to match the color to get it done. All I had to do was get the bumpers to Line-X and they took care of the rest. The LED switches they put in the dash work great and are done very clean and professional. I highly recommended these guys if you are serious about getting quality work done to your truck.

I was referred to the Mud Hole by a friend. I was looking for a bed cover for my 2019 F-250 King Ranch, as well as installing 2-Rough Country light bars for the grille. Craig, the owner, could not have been nicer, even though he was very busy, Craig and Keith made time for me and worked my truck in for the service. Craigs techs did an outstanding job, the bed cover looks great, and the light bars look like they came from the Ford factory, they was even able to hook up the wiring to one of my upfitter switches so that I can turn the light bars on or off manually if I wish. Craig is now looking for some fender flares for me, thats our next project. I highly recommend the Mud Hole... Great People to Deal With at a Low Cost!!

Ive talked to Craig before about having a truck lifted, but I didnt end up going through with it. I want to respond to the guy complaining about needing an alignment. When I spoke to Craig, sometime in 2013 or 2014, he told me, very clearly, that they DO NOT perform alignments once the suspension is installed and that I should go straight to an alignment shop after picking my truck up. If you didnt know you would need to go get an alignment, its your own fault. Dont be discouraged by this guys review, he probably didnt pay attention.

Pretty unimpressed - brought my 2018 f-150 in for a leveling kit, and they informed me after the installation that they don’t do alignments. Who installs any sort of suspension/ level without a front end alignment? Needless to say, I pulled out on Airline Highway with my truck pulling hard to the right.I appreciate the work, but any reputable off-road store will absolutely tell you an alignment is critical anytime the front end is worked on.

Craig is the man. Got my 2011 Toyota Tundra lifted here. Great price, great people, great product. He did a great job letting me know the timeline. I have been waiting for this for a long time. He even sent me a picture when it was complete. I will definitely refer all my friends and clients there.

They arent as bad as what the 1 star guy said. Every time my jeep had a problem they fixed it at a fair price. Even after I sold my jeep and got an FJ cruiser they had no problems working on it.They are real mechanics, not some politically correct corporate shop.
