Worse customer service ever, they couldn’t even introduce themselves when I walk in the store smh tried to switch plans but I guess I’ll stay with metro

I have almost 5 years with the service and it is excellent.

The service is good, but every time it gets cloudy or rains it fails me to talk to the family and the internet slows, they told me it was my phone, I changed it and it happened again. I already changed company
