Next place Associate was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful with the situation and very informative of the best course of action for us
I went in the store to change service from a different carrier. I was immediately greeted by Kiersten. She answered all of my questions and gave me my options. After I transferred my service she went out of her way to help me with any issues or questions that l had.
The service worker, Emily, was exceptional!! She was so attentive and quick. The best experience Ive had with ATT so far! The store got pretty busy at one point and she somehow managed to take care of everyone quickly while still attending to me as I was waiting for my old phone to transfer over to my new one. Great worker!!
Great experience yesterday with going into the AT&T store since the mobile app was not acting correct it was malfunctioning on me for purchasing the new iPhone but I appreciate everything that the people did inside the stores the representatives with AT&T they really did a great job in and helping me execute what I need to do I will be going back and we will be asked another false to also go with AT&T

Just had the absolute best customer service EVER at the 2240 Veterans store. Shayne S. Was so pleasant, understanding and willing to help my Mom with her phone and my stepdad with his. This is now our go to location. Especially after a bad experience at the West Esplanade store with Dave.

Came in after two hours on the phone with customer care... Jason handled all our issues transferring over from Verizon to AT&T. Helped my husband back up data... he went above and beyond to help us.Extremely satisfied!
Mya was really helpful on assisting me when I came into the store last week. She was really informative and just had a kind sweet spirit. She was really patient with me and answered any and all questions that I had to ask. It was an excellent experience to be assisted by her and I would recommend for anyone who would go to this location to ask for her she’s such a doll.
I never do reviews however, Jason seriously deserves a shout out. Everyone in the store was VERY helpful, unfortunately my mess required a manager. Not only did he get my husband and I out of a huge mess with customer service, but he literally stayed 2 hours late to help us out with a smile on his face. Incredible customer service skills, very appreciated. Jason saved my experience with AT&T!

Mya took absolute the most best care of me. Her beautiful personality was a true compliment to a lacklustre corporate experience that AT&t usually provides. her partner was a little silly and I probably wouldnt have had the best results going thru him. I wish I had more reasons to go back there and give my business.

A very bad experience. I provided the account number and asked for make the payment, but the staff said that the account number I provided did not have any information. Later, I called the customer service hotline and provided the same information. The account number can be inquired and the payment can be paid normally. Very simple business cannot be handled normally, and the efficiency is very low.

Do not go to this store. Please find another AT&T store. I bought a phone elsewhere and just came in to transfer contacts and SIM. The lady did not understand the product, which is fine or if she thought I should do it myself, I wish she explained that. Her customer service were completely lacking in this regard. I honestly think she profiled me as brown Muslim because she was nice to a white woman and black man who walked in after me. Its too bad because this is the first bad experience Ive had since Ive moved here to New Orleans. Definitely find another store.
Ive been in customer service for the past 15 yrs and the manager that helped me had about zero of it. Definitely not a smile and just an overall unpleasant and unhelpful attitude. He was also the only employee on at that time which means that all customers get to enjoy being helped by this unhelpful manager.

I just stopped at this location to physically look and compare new phones for an upgrade... salesman named Henry was very helpful, and knowledgeable about each product and its features. Highly recommend this location.
The store doesnt communicate with the At&t representatives over the phone and they both give you the run around. The store and over the phone with AT&T have different inputs about their services. Why I dont know. It is not good customer service. Do your homework first before you get any of their services because both the store and over phone is always different.
By far the best AT&T store in the area! Rae is amazing. She took her time with us, made sure we were thoroughly happy and was able to update our account with the best plan options and we even got two new phones without our bill going up. If you need assistance in any way, this is the store to go to!

Throughly love this staff. Unlike any experience I’ve had at an ATT store. They take their time with each customer to assure you leave completely set up. Spent time resetting passwords and getting all of my data from my old phone. Rae helped me but the rest of the staff was very upbeat, they actually enjoy their job. Strong family environment. Highly recommend.
Need more reps like Mya not only in the at&t world but everywhere in customer service

We had such an amazing experience yesterday at this store! Mya was such a great helper so sweet! She was patient as we opened up a new account with 4 additional lines and upgrades. I highly recommend going to this store and specifically asking for Mya! Shes the best!
Really bad service none of the stores in my area even have the product that was sold to me in stock and now the company is making me wait a month to get my order in bad customer service I will be calling and expecting a discount when I receive my product in the mail
Shalon went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I normally get help with from any AT&T store or any other customer service personel. She was able to quickly help me finish setting up my account and helped me with DirectTV Now that has been giving me trouble for months. Her engagement with customers is fantastic. She made me feel welcomed and confident that she would fix my issue, and she did.Thank you so much!!!!! I will be coming see her any time I have an issue again.

Best phone store on the east bank by far I do not know what that guy is talking about on the first review there was no wait and everyone in there was super helpful in every way. In and out in less then 30 minutes with a new phone and Tv and internet service !

Worst store, don’t come here, wait to long, the stuff don’t know what they are doing, when I called them on the phone, they told me one thing, when I got to the store, they told they can’t do it, I waited one hour for this bs!!!
