Waited TWO hours with 2 people being helped by employees ... After about 1.5 hours more customers started coming in as an employee got back from lunch ... She helped the first guy that walked in who just need a screen, fine, then started helping the next lady wasnt sure what she needed but it took a while ... Then started helping the next lady who I did I fact hear was waiting to get a new phone just as Id said I was waiting to do when I got checked in TWO HOURS prior! Theres no reason everyone else walking in werent getting checked in just as I did! Get it together!
The entire staff here is amazing! I would highly recommend doing business here. Ask for Nick, he has the patience of a saint.
I came in at lunch time to purchase a phone case, the young man appeared to be bothered by having to assist me. I purchased my phone and my case did not come in yet. I did mention to him that I was going to cancel my order and purchase my accessories here. He did NOT tell me about the BUNDLE, and didnt sell me the screen protector. He rang me up, and didnt try to upsell me. Im not impressed at all.
Toney was the absolute kindest soul and was so very helpful and efficient. he may have even slipped a few great deals in with my phone purchase. this was the easiest phone buying process Ive ever had, and it was even on the new iPhone release day. 10/10 recommend. shoutout out to you, Toney!
STORE ALWAYS CLOSES 30 MINUTES EARLY AND REFUSES SERVICE! THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF STAYING OPEN UNTIL 6 FOR WORKING CUSTOMERS! REFUSED SERVICE FOR HEALTHCARE STAFF AT 5:30PM AND LOCKED DOORS. I went to the store today to upgrade my phone as part of the promotion. The promotion ended today. My father went to the store earlier in the day and upgraded the other 3 phones. I just needed to show that my phone was not damaged and order another iPhone as part of the process and promotion. I work full time, go to school full time, and a single mother. I get off of work at a hospital at 5pm, i arrive to the store at 5:30 and the woman refused to let me in. Although they did not close until 6, she said the wait time was over 2 hours. (There was only 3 other customers in there) i offered to wait, as i do not have free time to take off a day at work to go to a store that does not close until 6!! Absolutely rude woman, horrible staff, and unreasonable. You work until 6… you leave the doors open until 6. Common sense in customer service. If i get off at 5pm every day and cannot make it until 6, i will have the same issue. I explained this, she was rude, loud, attitude, and nonsympathetic. She told me just “to do it online”. Well if everyone could just “do things online” she wouldn’t have a job. After 4 phones and over $4,000 spent you’d think that Verizon would open the door. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WERENT CLOSED! This is the 2nd time this has happened! In august i got to the store 20 minutes before closing, nobody was in the store, and the doors were still locked. Clearly this store needs better management to control the staff and cannot be left alone to close the stor on time. These employees did not have a 2 hour wait and walked out of the store at 6:15pm.

Absolutely horrible, tried three times to call, all three times was on the phone for over a hour, finally drive 45 minutes to the store, they didnt have the phone I wanted and told me to go across town to another store that had 4 in stock, I drove all the way there only to find out it closed a hour earlier, went back to complain and he wouldnt even give me his name. Will never go to that location again

Went in to see why my Google Maps GPS feature stopped working. The associate fixed it quickly. Not giving 5 stars because he could have been nicer. But no complaints.

We tried to buy a phone from these people and they wanted to charge us tax on the full price of the iPhone vs the discounted price. Extra $30 plus for nothing, plus other silly fees on top of that. So we had to order online and elected to have it picked up at the store on 2701 Veterans blvd.When the phones arrived we asked if they would please activate and transfer our contacts and stuff. They did not seem to want to help and said it would take at least 3 hours and that we would have to wait there for it. Would have been nice to at least have our new phones activated.We wound up having to call customer service on our old phones then transfer the call to a friend’s phone to activate. Representative was really kind and helpful.Also our friend helped us transfer everything and she didn’t take three hour. More like 30 minutes for both phones.
A little expensive
My husband and I were just in the store. He had a question and very nice employee by the name of Tina helped him. She was amazing, not only did she answer the question she got what he needed and put it in his phone. All this while acknowledging the next customer and their needs. I hope this organization understands the quality of this young woman. Thank you Tina for being so nice and helpful.

We were helped right away by a friendly gentleman. Ive been with AT&T for at least 15 years but decided to leave because it was getting more expensive every year and they jack you up when trying to upgrade phones. Verizon took good care of us and we are very happy with the service

The service was a little slow for after Christmas. Once we were called we went through changing phones and upgrading services relatively quickly. The rep took time to walk us through everything and showed us how to transfer information from one phone to the other.

Absolute joke of a verizon. To start off they dont close until 5pm I get there at 4:40 door is already locked. Secondly I stand in the rain until someone decides to unlock the door. Then once Im already in there, they tell me if I dont have a mask I have to get out. Sorry but a mask is a suggestion it is not a law or mandatory. But personally I believe that was just one of their excuses to not work since it was 20 minutes till closing.
Obnoxious, rude, told me opposite info of what the Verizon Corporate rep told me. Then they told me I should call Corporate again, OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT to call in 2min or she was calling the cops. They should have 0 stars but that wasnt an option
I came over from a different provider and iv enjoyed my experience from the beginning. At this Store the manager Keith goes above and beyond. Most of the staff seem to be down to earth but as I have visited this store on multiple occasions Keith has stood out every single time. He has helped me over the phone with both important questions and what I believe would be silly questions but he has addressed each one as if they were all important. I would recomend others to this store if only to speak to Keith. It has been a pleasure working with him and if the future reveals problems Keith is my go to guy and i will start with him. So much so that even if he left to another store location Id drive a little bit further for his assistance. Thank you Keith. Merry Christmas!

Good service when I went in, fast and friendly. Rep named Lance did an amazing job quickly answering my questions and when I needed a phone I came back in and asked for him again. Turned into a 5 minute upgrade rather than the onus it usually is.

My experience was not a pleasant one at all. When I was greeted by the customer service rep named Jorge, it was evident from the onset that he was not in a pleasant mood. I explained what happened and felt like my integrity was in question. I had to explain the situation to him yet again. When I tried explain or provide additional information, he would consistently interrupt me. He was cynical in his delivery and answers. I did not feel like I was a valued customer. He lacked patience and I had to literally tell him to let me speak. It was not the results that bothered me, although I was told something different the night before.
Ample, well lite parking. Be careful parking and leaving. Good, knowledgeable service personnel. Could be more friendly, that is if they want my business again.

I stopped by to pick up an accessory for my phone. I walked in and went up to the accessory counter. The VZW employee was on her phone watching a movie. She asked me in a sarcastic tone, like I was bothering her from watching her video or movie, What are you looking for? I told her and she pointed to the end of the racks and said if they had it, it would be down there somewhere. As I was walking I asked where? She came out from behind the counter watching her phone and walked there and said they were out. She did walk to the main counter and asked someone over there and then looked in a drawer. She said no, I would need to order it. I asked if any other store would have it and she said the other Vets store may but she said she didnt think so. I then stopped by the Elmwood store since it was by my apartment and got a totally different attitude, one of helpfulness, and they had it in stock.I have noticed that many VZW store employees have bad attitudes. They act as if you are bothering them or they do not want to be there. VZW is in bad need of secret shoppers and I think that would change some of their attitudes especially when those bad employees are handed the report.When I call customer service, it is a whole different ball game. They are so helpful and have incredible attitudes. It is hard to believe they work for the same company. Not all store reps are bad but there are a bunch.BTW, I have been a customer of VZW for over 17 years.

Nick seemed like the perfect employee. He helped my daughter and me upgrade our phones and even made us aware of employee discounts and Verizon rewards. We were there past closing time on a Sunday to finish our purchases and transfers. HOWEVER, he offered us a $150 discount on an iPad without telling us there would be an extra line fee, that it was under contract for 2 yrs, and that this would go towards our data(which is not unlimited)-we only would have wanted it as a wifi device and we were not shopping for an iPad so we didnt know the store only sold these as an added device. We also did not get an itemized bill, only a total receipt, so I didnt catch this in the store. It was only 2 days later when I was online on my account that I realized all the extra costs. So I went to return the iPad only to find out I would be charged a $50 restocking fee. I am a long time Verizon customer and I did get $25 credit on my bill from a phone rep for my trouble. I did have to call back again to remove the $10 line charge. The credit for the iPad plus tax only credited me the iPad minus $50s tax so I paid $4.61 tax that was not credited. So I am out $29.61 and a whole lot of time for this event. This is my first Google review and I was mad enough to write this. I have no way to know if this was an accident or done maliciously. So buyers, beware. And always get a detailed receipt.(FYI, I wanted to give 2 stars but it wont let me change it)

Getting to me fast I thought this was gonna be a good experience, but oh was I mistaken. The sales rep attempted to up sale me before even seeing what lines are upgradable, then takes 15 mins in the back finding my phone that she already confirmed they had my phone, and then was so incompetent that she could only deactivate another line to be able to let me have an upgrade...... I then asked for the manager, where she informed me the same thing without even looking at my account, and then when I asked to purchase the phone out right her response is, we cant sale phones out right......To put the cherry on top she suggests me to go to best buy and come back to activate my phone. She added, We dont make money off selling phones anyway, just your service..... Worst Verizon experience ever. Good stuff.Thank you Best Buy for selling me a phone under 15 mins!!

I went in to this location an approached the register where there were three employees behind the counter with no one in line about 2:10 pm on Weds, neither employee greeted me until I stood there an waited until they finished their conversation, when Nick finally ask me what brings you in today, he acted as though he did not want to touch my phone an when he did touch my phone an blue tooth it was with his finger tips an he immedately brushed his hands, ( I think their hands are always on some electronical devices),is this racist are lack real customer service?

Called for twenty minutes had verizon push my call through twice, they kept hanging up. I could not park there due to small spaces so i had to park in rear and call. Did not have the battery i needed and couldnt speak loud enough to be herd. I will never use this location again.
