I will never go to that location again. Poor communication and all the sales lady was interested in was wanting me to get a name brand when I told her I just wanted something simple and note Im about to go and return my glasses bc they are just not me.
This was our first time here this will definitely be the last we walked in an staff was all over the place very unorganized the only person who seem to have it all together was the young lady with the beautiful short blonde cut. There was a lady in black with a hello kitty necklace very unprofessional she calls us over and when we get over to here station shes checking messages on her phone and we standing there waiting on her, Im in retail this is unexceptable trying to to be seen instead of focusing on the customer and their needs.
Great place! The entire staff was wonderful and friendly. The doctor answered all of my questions. I had an exam on a Saturday(always a plus) I was also able to book my sons appointment the same day. Our insurance coverage was explained to us. this helped a lot since it was a new policy. I am grateful that I was able to find somewhere that is great and so close to home.
I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and I was treated very unfairly. This is the first and last time I go to this office. First, when I scheduled my appointment over the phone, they couldnt even find my insurance. Once they did after awhile, they scheduled it. Today upon arrival, they couldnt find my insurance, again. I gave them the information and they took for ever to find it. Then they tell me that given the time I had to re-schedule. I was late within the given time frame, but the lady took forever to input the information and was very rude while doing it. What happened with treating those that increase your revenue, with more respect? Talk about poor customer service in this office!
I unfortunately have to give 1 star since theres no option to 0 stars. First of all, the customer service for outsiders its awful, just because you bring an outside Rx, you still make money out of us as a customer, I was just inside the store and they greet me with such happiness but once I told them I was the only looking for frames, their attitude change immediately to a nasty one, yes, before, when I used to have my eye exam with them including the lense, they were soo sweet, professional and respectful. I wonder its that how you will get a customer back to your service ? At least not from me !!!!!
