I give optical one five stars because they dont have a 10 star, I recommend this clinic, I have been in so many other clinics for the last 10 years and I have never been so satisfied with the treatment the attention, professionalism of all the technicians secretaries and the doctor is fabulous if youre looking for a good optical let me tell you up to go one is the number one.

Went to purchase a couple of pairs of ray bans and schedule an eye exam, they would not let me enter the store, although they were open, i had face covering. been a patient for over 10 years, just a case of lazy employees i guess. i wont return

Our family has been with Optical One since Dr. Khong opened his first office on Williams Blvd. in Kenner, and we moved with him to his current location. He handles eyeglasses, contacts, and prescription sunglasses for my entire family of 4. I also credit him and thank him for catching a problem with my husbands eye and referring him to a specialist!

Went here for the first time and the workers at the counter didn’t accept my sisters insurance and had a bit of an attitude. however, they said my insurance was going to cover my frames and told me to pick out a frame. later on, they called me saying i have to pay for the frame with a 20% discount but other than that, doctor was nice and my new glasses came in a week.

I visited Optical One on Williams Blvd in Kenner Louisiana and had a thorough Eye Examination. I was treated with superb care from the moment I walked in and explained to the ladies in the reception area I was having problems with my vision. They were very professional and attentive to my needs from start to finish. This was my first time ever having or needing an exam and the staff made my visit very pleasurable. They even allowed me to use my own frames for my prescription lens to go in at half the price I would have spent. I received Exceptional Service and saved money! Dr. Daniel Khong the Optometrist is very genuine and really take the time out to give you an thorough exam. You can tell he is caring and loves what he does. Thanks to an amazing staff at Optical One for your excellent customer care.

The whole staff at Optical One, On Williams Blvd., Are AWSOME. I am VERY IMPRESSED!!.They were SO friendly, And The Dr. was very thorough. I HONESTLY felt that he REALLY cared. And he was really doing everything he could to insure I would get the best vision possible. With my new glasses. I didnt even have to wait more then maybe 4-5 Days.

The doctor is very polite, and the staff are very good to deal with . They gave me good information in my consultation . I would recommend others to come here also .

On Oct 9, 2019 I had appointment at 14;30 hours. In the past I found the associates in the front desk were reasonably good. But yesterday receptionist was rude, ill-tempered and not at all fit to be in the front desk. She even does not know the normal courtesy. Extremely poor show.

Got to my sons appointment and they had him put a mask on(even though he wasn’t coughing) while the girl looking at his eyes was coughing her *** off, no mask on. Then they tell us the dr refuses to see him and makes us reschedule. I said no that’s okay I’ll go somewhere else. Very unprofessional!!

I love these people! I was worried about my eyes, and the got me in right away. The kindness and professionalism was great! I will only go here in the future

Horrible customer service!!!! My son and I walked in and none of the staff (it was about 4 of them)greeted us, they should there and just looked at us, then asked “do you have an appointment?” No happy, smiling warm greeting.

I made appointments for my daughter and myself for 9:30am. After reviewing my daughters schedule, I called right make and was given an appointment for 10:45am. Upon arriving, the lady stated that it was for 10:30am. Everybody looking like...well she is late! Dead Silence. Was there a grace period? I have no idea! Now I traveled from MARRERO to KENNER for absolutely nothing!

Their prices are to the roof even after insurance. Nice frames though and nice staff.

Friendly customer services and fast .

So my daughter had an appointment today my daughter got there within 15min of her appointment time and was told that she needed to reschedule the appointment so I called and talked to samantha and with much attitude told me that well we only give a 10 min grace period I asked her if the doctor said he wouldnt see her she said no I asked her if she could asked him she said no thats not the policy I said someone is being seen in her place then she can just go later thats not the policy so I said when can she be seen again because I dont want her to miss school she tells me mid Jan I said so now she has to wait until next year to be seen she tells me in a very sarcastic tone well you could have come sooner but you want a Saturday cause you dont want her to miss school as long as me and my daughter have come to this office I have never experienced poor customer service I come here from New Orleans east because I always liked this office until now some people actually care about their job others go to work to collect a check I have been coming here for years but maybe I need to find something closer to home the customer service that was given today was uncalled for and unnecessary

Nice experience!

Staff is very rude and unprofessional, When you call to make an appointment they act like you bothering them and are super rude while scheduling. when it came time for my daughter to pick out her glasses no one was available to help they all stand behind the desk talking and eating. Idk where they got these girls from but goodluck keeping customers with those attitudes

Professional and courteous staff!

Never have I ever had an eye doctor that cared so much. Dr. Khong took his time finding the right contact fit for me. I didnt even know I was wearing the wrong contacts. I left the office seeing the clearest I have ever seen in years.
