This is a relatively new building. Looks great inside and out.Service was excellent even though there are staff shortages. The chips are thin and crispy and not as filling as the thicker chios served in otherexican restaurants.As expected with Saritias the food came out quickly and piping hot. Was delicious. I had the poblano enchiladas which were fantastic. The ladies who got the taco salads were very satisfied. Will definitely go here again.

The paint department was fast, knowledgable, and nice. Parking lot was easy to get into and out of. There was a long line for registers when I went in, but it moved quickly. No problem with self checkout. Other employees were around to help with non-paint needs.

I could not find a help button nor an associate to help me. I went to a cashier to ask to have an associate help me on aisle 13. No one came. One guy was running around helping everyone. Nothing was stocked on the shelves and what I needed was in a box on top of the shelves where they store their overstock. Ive never been to a home depot that doesnt have a button to press to get an associate. Theyll also ask you if you found everything you were looking for. But not here. They need to staff enough people to stock theur products so they can sell them and so a person doesnt have to hunt down an associate just to get something already in stock. Its indicative of bad management at a store, for staffing issues, and corporate level as there should be help buttons here. This was a corporate decision as they do store design.

Tonight around 9pm we had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot on Veterans Blvd in Kenner,Louisiana. Derrick and Hunter were both so knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. They helped us find the plumbing parts we needed. They explained why the parts they recommended would fit and why those parts would accomplish our goals. It was a pleasure to be taken care of by these two gentlemen. Wish I had filmed my experience with them. It would be a great training video on how to assist a customer. Thanks for giving me the forum in which I was able to express my gratitude. Thanks

Home Depot actually has qualified associates who will help you in their stores!I had a great shopping experience and HD is now my go to home maintenance location!And returns were not a hassle!

Overwhelmed with effects of hurricane Ida. Limited, very limited inventory. Cashiers for checkout would be great addition. Extremely long checkout lines. Lots of inventory dropped along lines where customers gave up, Dropped items and left. Ironically some of the items that I searched in the store to obtain were dropped off at the check out line. Give them a few weeks, or years and it will be back to regular old Home Depot.

Always helpful when I go there

Even with the crazy hours after the storm this place was very well stocked, the line may have had at least 50 people ahead of you BUT it was so well organized you werent even in line for more than ten to fifteen mins. Definitely took the stress off of you and gave you some hope of getting your work done after purchasing your materials.

Love it. Purchased everything I needed from HD. REMEMBER: Wall-Mart is next door. Any smaller sizes or cheaper brands are next door. Home Depot has everything you need.

Home Depot was Terrible. Bought on Aug 25th. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on phone. I tried everyday all day. Delivery schedule for Oct 1 between 1030-230 at 2 they were not here so I called to be told I would HV to wait YET another week. Oh no but I paid cash. Been waiting over a monthNot fair. This Home Depot is a fantastic location. Would give them 4.3 stars if partial stars were allowed. I have been going for years and have had only one negative experience when I ordered custom blinds from them and there was a miscommunication between me and the blinds specialist helping me. I was able to fix the issue on my own when the blinds arrived. Even in dealing with that issue the staff were friendly with me. I have used their tool rentals several times and their staff have always been friendly and have given me good advice more than once.

Tried calling the Hardware department. After getting bounced around and Noone answering except the wrong department that would try to retransfer back to Hardware I decided to drive there while calling still... As I pulled in the parking lot the store HUNG UP ON ME! I was on the phone 12 minutes and 12 seconds and could not get ahold of the right department. So I assumed they were busy or short staffed.As I got in the store they had 3 people working Customer service with no customers. As I walked by the registers they had all open registers covered by staff PLUS 6 people standing in a line looking at the registers and not helping a customer. Just all talking with each other like it was break time. When I walked down the hardware aisle there was only one customer looking at items and on the other end of the aisle was one sales associate. I walked down to him and asked for help. The answer to the question I called to ask was a no. I could have saved my time, gas and frustration if they would have just answered the phone.During my visit I passed 9 people NOT working before I got to the one hardware guy who was in the aisle. Didnt look like he was working either, but Ill give him the benefit of the doubt because he was at least in his department.Next time Im going to Lowes!

Went to purchase mulch and it was on sale. Winning! Headed over to the weed killer and the clerk was reducing the price. Winning! The store was clean. I checked out in the gardening area. Only hang up was that I had to bag my smaller items that I purchased.

Horrible service!!!! A week ago, I bought a bathroom vanity. Paid for it! My husband came back to pick up, and they told us, they dont have it! They do not know why they dont have it. So, they sold the product which already sold to another person!!! Very disappointed! I hope it will be a little help to others, not schedule a pick up from this store, just take it right away, or it will be sold twice!!! And you will not get your staff, even if you paid for it!

Don’t waste your time trying to get appliances here. We went in to get a washer and dryer set that another Home Depot confirmed this location had in stock. When we told the appliance saleswoman what we were looking for she told us they don’t have that dryer in stock. I understand that happens but when I asked her when it might get in she said they will send it when they send it. Then she told me they don’t have any dryers in the store and I should just shop online. The same product is $70 more expensive online than what they have displayed in the store. She was very rude throughout the whole exchange and never checked the system or the warehouse. I won’t deal with Home Depot again for any appliances.

Worst service ever, rude staff, curbside pick up is a waist of time, after I place my online order that they said same day pickup on march 08, they never got my order ready, at the first couple of days I thought that because it was a large order maybe they need more time, I called to on march 14 to ask what was going on with my order, a staff member was completely rude, didn’t even listen to what I was asking. They said that they will let me know when the order will be ready for pick up. They call me 2 hours later saying that the order was ready and I thought that that was very quick answer, to make the story short, I wait 1:30 minutes in my car after setting the pick up in the app, somebody came out to take my order number and never comeback. I walked in at the store at 6:30 pm after waiting for 1:30 (I got there at 5:00pm) to ask what was the delay, and they told me that curbside pick up close at 6:00 and there was nobody to help me. I cancel my order and promise never buy from Home Depot again I will take my business to Lowes or a small local hardware store. They didn’t even care that I was canceling my order.

Home Depots familiar to everybody, but this particular location is my preference because of the quality of the staff. The store is always nicely maintained, and all the personnel are helpful without being intrusive.

Placed my refrigerator order, paid in full for my product, with estimated delivery date expectation set for 10/3. Notified via tracking confirmation that the delivery was reset to 10/31. Just a heads up for anyone ordering and appliance from Home Depot they cannot verify if a product is in-stock or back ordered until the upset customer calls a week or so later. This information was provided verbatim by the manager on duty. Seems backwards. Also this location transferred me over 8 times and ended the call prematurely twice during the process of simply trying to understand the lack of information the department could provide. For example, the customer service department stated that “appliances never answers their phones.” Not that it’s my business to know this scathing detail but just provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager on duty (Cornelius) put me in touch with someone that could not help talking over me. No one but Cornelius would provide their name. This also happened in customer service. The staffing here is incredibly defensive and quick to push you off to the next individual. Don’t go to this location asking for help because you’ll fall incredibly short.

Did have all the parts for the vinyl fence. Had the fencing. But not the proper polls.

I find that this is as good as any home depot. Its a large home depot. I find it harder and harder to get assistance but that applies to most home depots, in my opinion.

This store is nice. Just not enough associates to help people in different departments. Their inventory is always available even if you have to climb to get it.Associates always very helpful and knowledgeable of their product’s. I laugh to myself when I see the different types of nuts bolts screws washers etc. I wonder how they keep inventory on all these little parts and the work involved.Customer service area always courteous and friendly.
