Had the best experience here! Was driving through Kennewick when my car started making noises when I still had 10hrs to go. Was in a real bind but they were kind enough to fit me in into their packed schedule and was able to complete my trip as planned. Great people and great service!

Called for a ballpark estimate for car repair; they were very helpful, listened well, and sent a detailed estimate and advice via email.

They took in my car 5 minutes before they closed prior to a holiday. They had the part ordered and replaced on the first business day after the holiday. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else going forward. What a great business.

I brought my vehicle here to fix what I thought was an issue with my windshield wiper motor (after being told that was the issue by Safelite after getting my windshield replaced). They ran diagnostics and determined the motors werent failing and that they needed to just be calibrated. After about an hours wait they said the issue was fixed. Come to find out a couple of days later the next time I needed my windshield wipers that the wipers were still malfunctioning and not aligned properly.Finally after looking at it myself for a while I figured out that the wipers were put on the wrong sides by Safelite. I just needed to remove the bolts and swap the blades then run it through a wiper cycle and re-attach in the correct position. So not All Automotives fault in the first place, but you would think a mechanic would be able to figure something simple like that out.I will say that a positive thing was the repair shop was able to get me in right away and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Perhaps the lack of figuring out the issue was due to the last minute nature of the appointment and repair shops being busier than normal because of winter weather.Still I was out $100+ for an simple issue that didnt get fixed.

My daughters car had what we called a haunting. The shop took a great amount of time and effort figuring it out. And they were extremely patient with the girl emotions that kept showing up ;). Mark was exceptionally fair in pricing and went above and beyond in customer service. They definitely took care of us. My business and referrals are theirs!

Great customer service. Competent repair service and fair. As a mom, I never feel like they try to be pushy salesman on repairs. They understand family budgets and will work with me on my timeline to get the repairs my vehicle needs. I paid with the wrong card but didnt realize it until the next day, but still they reversed the charge so I could pay with the intended card. They didnt make me feel bad about it but were super cool and understanding. Love this place for car repairs.

I have had my high mileage vehicles serviced and repaired at All Automotive for many years and have found owner Mark and mechanic Alan to be honest, accurate in diagnosis and fair in cost.I am moving out of state and I only hope to find an auto repair shop as good as All Automotive.

I had a dead battery and called on all Service. Although they were busy the owner came to give my truck a jump....it not only took his quick start jumper but also had to hook up his pick_up. He got it started then wouldnt take a penny for his services, that is good business and will take my pick-up there for servicing.....Not sure of your name but ya saved my bacon.....Its good to see people stepping up and helping a brother in need

Gave me a quote & then up charged me for unauthorized work that i was told wasnt done but then was told it was done, i already had it diagnosed for FREE @ autozone when they said they were gonna do it also i thought it was part of the quote, if i had known it wasnt i would have declined cuz i already had it done for free & only took autozone 5min to do it, not cool!

My dad took his car here until he passed away and they always went above and beyond for him. Thats why I began to have my car and the two cars of my college-age children serviced at All Automotive. I have always been pleased with their friendliness, work, and prices. But it isnt until a garage makes a mistake - as inevitably happens when they work on lots of cars and all of their employees are human - that you find out just how ethical they are.I had the bad luck to own that one car in thousands where a small mistake turned into a huge problem. The good luck was that I got the work done at All Automotive, where they stand behind their work. They had my daughters car towed from Pullman and have assured me that they will fix it and bring it back to her - all at NO EXTRA COST.Every human makes mistakes; integrity in that event is golden.

This place will rip you off their prices are very high and the service manager is very unprofessional. He will not listen to the customer. spent over 700 dollars to get my car running correctly took it back then tells me my fuel pump is bad. and another 600 dollars to fix it. My question is why didnt you check the fuel pump in the first place. I wouldnt have spent the money on a 94 Oldsmobile. Now in a position I HAVE TO FIX IT FOUND A CHEAPER PLACE IN TOWN. 200 dollars cheaper. The question is are the parts gold plated? Beware if you go there.

Ive been going to All Automotive for more than 10 years now. I fully trust the owner, Alan, and his staff to correctly fix what needs fixing at a fair price and not selling me anything I dont need.

There are better places in the Tri Cities. Unprofessional desk girl was eating and gossiping. Its a small town.

Took my cars here for several years as did my grandparents. Always pleased with the quality of work this place put out, highly recommended!

I brought my car to this mechanic and it had several problems with it that I knew of already and they fixed all the problems and it was $4600 worth of work which I got paid off and when I got my car back after a week I started to smell a oil burning so I took it back and I didn’t hear back for a few days and then they told me it was a blown head gasket and it was gonna be a $3000+ fix and at the time I was in the middle of moving states and told them I couldn’t have it get fixed here and I was gonna have it get looked at when I get to the state I was moving too when I got here (North Dakota) we called around to different mechanics and figured out prices and everything one mechanic here said that it sounds like my cars problem was a blown valve cover not head gasket so he looked at it and fixed it and I haven’t had any problems since this all automotive services and repair will fix your car but don’t trust what they say is wrong with it I saved my self $2700 this place just wants your money!
