Needed battery for f-150 and they had the battery I needed. When checking out I was asked if I would bring back the core. I was surprised when they said they could not install. There were three workers and I was the only customer I’m 74 with a bad back. I will go where I can get better service.

Took my phone in for a battery replacement. When I came to pick up my phone they brought me to the register, rang up the transaction, and handed me my phone, waiting for me to pay.I decided to check my phone first and sure enough, they broke it. They werent even going to tell me they broke it, I had to find out by checking myself.Now, instead of telling me my options right then, they made me wait another 30 minutes just to say we broke your phone, will fix it tomorrow.Not only is my phone important for work, but I live 40 minutes away. So I had to discover the fact they broke the phone, was made to wait excessively long to tell me after they broke it, didnt have it for work, and had to make a long trip back again to maybe find it fixed the next day.Then the manager was a little rude when I asked if I could have a slight discount for the inconvenience.I recommend going somewhere else with more integrity and professionalism.

I broke my cell phone screen. I was told Batteries Plus would do a great job. So, I called them immediately. They told me they would order my screen and it would take two weeks to arrive. I called about 5 days later just to verify that it was actually ordered because they didnt ask for my phone number. They said yes, someone will call me when its in. I then called 9 days later. The gentleman said Im really sorry. Im not sure why they told you they ordered your screen. I have no record of it being ordered.Why the heck was I lied to twice? I literally waited two weeks for the screen. I gave them my trust, they straight up lied twice.I called EZ Fix that day. They had my screen the NEXT DAY. Installed it in 90 minutes. I now have my phone fixed 48 hours after deciding to go somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable treatment by Batteries Plus.

The place is great overall, went there a few days ago. Dont know why Google is asking me to review it right now. Staff is very attentive and helpful, except for the manager, or the assistant manager, it looks like. He was very quick and blunt in his responses, like he was rushing me out of the store, besides he didnt seem to know much about the stock. Unfortunately, i do not remember his name, but i think it began with a C or a K? You guys should promote one of the floor associates, instead.

I checked at the mall to get a new battery for my phone. After interrupting his texting he told me he has to order it and prepay a deposit. I went to Batteries Plus there is a guy there who has been there years. He is younger, spike hair, and a deep voice. He is so nice, polite, and knowledgeable. A different employee was assisting me and he was coaching him. Right about an hour later they finished. They were so polite and great customer service. I thank them all and the spike hair guy. Customer service to this degree is hard to come by!

They fixed the water in my phone. Only problem is they told me the screen wasnt working and that it would be 325 to replace and it wouldnt work unless I bought the new digitizer. I didnt and well, the screens been working fine since I got it back. So I mean they fixed the issue but I dont know if they were lying to me and just wanted me to spend the money or if it really wasnt working until I touched it.

I bought 3 Deep-cycle batteries here one of them only lasted 7 months then started draining in 10 mins or less so I took it back and asked for a replacement.The guy behind the counter did a load test on it and said it was good even though the charge didnt last. he then told me to take it home and try it again. I live in pendleton or and dont make it to Kennewick very often so here we are now a few days after the warranty expired and im stuck with a bad battery and them trying to sell me a new one.

Short caveat: Anything that I give 4 or 5 stars is vote of confidence. The reason I recommend this store is that I have been there for 2-4 battery issues and each time my issues were all handled immediately, or diagnosed quickly for me so that I know what I was up against.Why not 5 stars? Well, its almost for the same above reasons. The employees that I have dealt with always seemed to be quick and got me a battery or an answer promptly, but even though it was not busy in the store any of the times that I was there, I felt like there wasnt a lot of attention to what I was saying. They seemed to quickly form an opinion of what I wanted and then they went into action without really doing a lot of listening.For example, I had a remote control that would not work. The employee initially grabbed the remote and looked at the battery then jumped to the conclusion that I needed a new battery and started to pull one out for me. I had to interrupt that process and start to explain that I didnt know if the problem was the battery or not.I then explained that whenever I try to use it, the remote doesnt work at all, but if I repeately push the volume button, eventually it jumps to life and then I dont have any problems at all with it unless I stop using the remote for a long time. I suggested that if they have a way to test the battery, that it might tell me if the problem was that I needed a battery, or if I might have a problem with my remote and/or device. So he seemed to almost a little reluctantly say, as if it wasnt a normal thing to do, I guess I could check it with the volt meter. I said, Great! Exactly, that would be good.The battery was supposed to be a 3v battery and it was reading 2.88v, which to me seemed like it should be close enough, but he said that would be considered a dead battery. I then said, Then why does it seem to work perfectly after Ive been pushing buttons for a while? It was only then that he said, Well, lets go try it on our remote control tester as he walked over to a self-service unit (that I didnt know they had) that would display an LED light level showing how strong your remote control signal is projecting. It showed a strong signal from the very first button press. It was then that he suggested, and I agreed, that the problem may be in may devices receiver, and not in the remote.Dont get me wrong--I was happy with the outcome of all of my encounters. I just feel that I should save that 5th star for the day when I see the employee stop, look me in the eye, smile, and listen to what it is that I have to say before jumping to conclusions that may not be the right solution. Other merchants that I have given 5 stars to provide that kind of customer interaction.In my career(s) I have found that taking a little more time up front keeps you from having to make several attempts to resolve a problem. Reminds me of the saying, If you dont have time to do it right, when are you going to have time to do it over?All that said, I give Batteries+ a positive review. I will continue to use them in the future, and I can, without hesitation, recommend that you give them a try next time you have a battery problem. (I should add that apparently they have other services, but I have not engaged them for things like bulbs or cellphone repair--YET). :)

Horrible place will never go their again save your money an go to sprint or t mobile to get your phone fixed they can actually make them water proof again. I got my s9 fixed their 10 days ago after being told over the phone that it was going to be water proof after fixing. The Direct manager called me a liar an hung up the phone after I just paid 300$ for a noveltie item because a new screen wont fix the hard ware damage done to the phone from it fall in water for not even 5 seconds. Go someplace else an save youre money. Id rate 0 star i qould.

I bought a battery for a motorcycle (Harley) had to exchange it, no problem. Got a new one tried it out still didnt work went to back to return it and i didnthave my sales receipt and they had me on file. Returned it with no problem. The sales people are super awesome and know what their products well.

Whatever battery or bulb, just bring it in. If they dont have it, they can usually get it. I havent had any issues with them, but only giving them 4 stars because I did bring in a furnace bulb that they didnt have and couldnt order in for me.

My car battery died and I needed a fix in a hurry. I went to Batteries Plus online and found that I could order the battery there and they would do the install. Once I ordered the battery I was notified within a few minutes that the battery was in stock and ready for pickup. I was able to start the car using a battery charger and upon arrival at the store they installed the new battery within a few minutes and I was on my way. I also received a 10 percent discount for purchasing the battery online. I big thumbs up from me.

I needed batteries for my scissor lift and even though they could not be looked up by application, I was able to use the measurements list online to find the correct batteries. By ordering online also saved $$. Staff was very helpful, shortly after placing the online order they called to let me know they did not carry the quantity I needed but were able to get them very quickly.

I took my cell phone in for a repair with SquareTrade. Appointment went flawless, and quick. However it took them 3 tries to find a screen that was not flawed... But their work was great.

Our daughter had shattered her iphone screen many, many times. We have gone here at least 3 times in the last couple of years. Were pleased with each repair. The price is reasonable and they had our color and iPhone screen in stock. They got it fixed that same day and pretty quick. I do recommend this cell phone repair shop. The battery for my mobility scooter leaked battery acid due to being charged by a defective charger; the customer service agent(s) were awesome...which was cool since I was a bit freaked out by how dangerous the problem was. They cleaned out the battery box and installed new batteries and looked up the kind of charger I should have gotten in the first place...I will never get batteries/chargers online anymore, as there was no guarantee due to their being electrical products. Batteries Plus Bulbs has a guarantee on their batteries and chargers, which really eased my mind...these people really earned my respect and gratitude and I highly recommend them! Fast and friendly service on the batteries and lightbulbs I cant find elsewhere. I came in with the Mrs. recently to replace a bulb in her glitter desk lamp that has an odd socket type. No problem. I knew they had batteries for my blood glucose meter. They didnt have a battery for my Umx phone, but since its cheap and goverment subsidized, I dont expect much there.Ive come here for laptop, backup power supply, and pocketwatch batteries. They dont mark up the price as much as electronic stores do and know who OEMs are for various devices, letting you avoid brand name pricing. I could go cheaper and order online from China, but would wait far longer with minimal customer service. Much easier to drive 10-15 minutes to get things immediately and get some installation help, too, if I need it. On another trip, an employee took out a multimeter and tested the charge on my BG meter button cell batteries, and let me know the voltage spec to check for if I wanted to do it on my own. Theyll provide technical details for the tech savvy, in other words, which is a definite plus in my book.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place sucks!!!!I went in for a charger to charge a battery for my camcorder, because I couldnt find my original charger. The employee picked one out for me and assured me it would work. I got it home, charged it all night and it never charged. I didnt have time to go back then as we were leaving to go out of town for my daughters State Cheerleading Competition, which I wanted to record and couldnt. After being gone for awhile I was very busy when we got back, I work a lot. I was unable to return the charger for a few weeks. I was finally able to go in and return it and was informed they have a 2 week return policy. It had been 3 weeks since I bought it. They did return it but they charged me a 25% restocking fee. After I was sold the wrong product they have the nerve to do this. All I can say is WOW!!!! I will never ever go back and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there.

Broken iPhone screen, these guys replaced it.One month later, screen separated from frame.A different franchise store of Batteries plus bulbs told me that the iPhone was bent and never should have been repaired, because it won’t last. $90 wasted because a tech didn’t know what to look for.Otherwise, store has a good selection of batteries and gadgets and helpful staff.

Went in 2 Sundays in a row to have a key made that I had pre-paid for and ordered 3 weeks ago. Told twice they could not make my key. Some song and dance about training people and having to close at 5 p.m. The second Sunday direct quote, who told you we could make a key on a Sunday? Dont slip on the floor at 4 p.m. when they start mopping and getting ready to close at 5.
