Very good prices and costumer service Ive gone through them for 9 years and went to spectrum Wich was a nightmare and you get what you pay for. Cricket is got a quality product and never had a problem with. I recommend them to anyone I know shopping for phone service and phones.

I went to Cricket Wireless on Sunday in Kennewick. MacKenzie helped me get another phone for my dad and she had excellent customer service skills/knowledge. She was very helpful in explaining everything about the phone.

One of the worst customer service experiences. Went to activate a watch on network. Cricket doesnt do esim. Nobody said that to me. They activated a sim card and sold it to as working. I wasted almost 100 dollars activating a line I cant use. Never again. There are a bunch more wireless companies out there.

Do do not buy chargers from this place they don’t work this is my second time buying a charger from there and I gave it another chance they weren’t even willing to exchange or return it with my receipt don’t waste your money $20 on garbage might as well order them from China if we want that!! All accessories are nonrefundable I wouldn’t waste my money at least if you buy them from Amazon you can get your money back!The manager didn’t care at all because if she did care she would’ve went out of her way to make sure I was happy will not buy anything from this place again!

The guy who helped us was awesome. He was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. It took forever but that cant be helped. The other guy there wasnt as great to come out and help other people unless he was asked. Very good experience overall.

The place was busy for one person. But the service was good and she helped us understand our plan. Would have been 5 stars if there was more costumer service.

I went in having issues with my MMS messaging on my unlocked Google phone. At the store I was told I was basically out of luck since I didnt have a Cricket phone and I shouldnt expect all the features would work. When I got home I called Cricket customer service and had the issue completely resolved 20 minutes later.

Jessa and Nermina are amazing. My family was having issues with our phones and after multiple attempts calling customer service to get my our phones fixed, I went into the store and spent over 2 hours trying to get things fixed. These ladies went above and beyond getting my issues taken care of.

‼️❗️HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE❗️‼️ The manager was completely straight up and rude, not so helpful, didn’t even help us at all or find a solution! We purchased a iphone 7, but she ordered an iPhone 7 Plus for us and wanted to return the iphone 7. She told us to take the phone home, and come back when the phone comes in. We went and there was another girl working she told us we couldn’t return nor extange the phone because her “manger” (the one who sold us the phone) wasn’t there that She went on vacation and couldn’t do anything. She told us to come back in a week which we did(today). She told us she couldn’t accept the phone or exchange the phone. That it’s passed 7day policy. We wanted to return the phone right after we purchased it but the manger said no! We called cricket customer service today they said that we could return the phone the day we purchased it. That the manger was ❗️❗️❗️WRONG❗️ ❗️❗️and shouldn’t have said no to us.❗️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

No help at all.employee didnt even log into my phone account to check on the issue im having.she was giving me attitude and getting all defensive when she could have easily listened, and checked the account to see why ive been having this problem.not just glare at me and tell me its $15 to change my number

I give the staff a 120℅ on there customer service, how ever Im not real impressed with crickets logic! I wanted to upgrade my wifes phone and they want a 25.00 upgrade fee!? Are you kidding me? I was upgrading (purchasing) another phone @ a $100 or more dollars. This people says to me that there looking for short term customers, I was planning on upgrading my service as well. I still way consider it because the people are great and the overall connection service is good. I personally own a Kyocera hydro series and I ran into a problem with it freezing up and none of the touch surface would slide. Typically most phones have a battery you can pop out and reboot the phone......surprise not this one. That was a question I had today when I went to the cricket store in Kennewick. They told me to bring it in and they would send it in and I would have it back in a week. A week with not even a loaner come on cricket! Ohh any ways I went home and my phone was finally dead (the battery on this phone is amazing) I charged for 10 minutes and wouldnt you know bam phone was good as new.....any Ways rant over. Would I recommend? Yes and I already have. Im just one of those guys that likes a good deal!

Nermina and her colleague Alberto were more than capable able to answer my questions. Im a techy person and normally its practically useless however they knew exactly what i wanted and fixed my problems.

Everyone at both this store in Kennewick and the one in Pasco has been great. I have broken two phones in three weeks and have been to both stores. Each of the four trips I made I dealt with Berto. Hes extremely knowledgeable and can get you outfitted quickly. So, for fantastic service see Berto!!
