Store closes early, it says us cellular out front and on the employees shirts but theyre not us cellular. Dont ask too many questions or the childish employees will say theyre going to trespass you. Never send a girl into this store alone either the boys club will make her feel stupid and they made my gf cry just asking questions.

The agents are very polite but the company its only about the money they never tell you everything till enough time has passed so you arent able to put a claim.

Im very excited about my new plan and phone. Excellent service from Leo. He helped me pick out the things I need and want. He was very patient in answering my questions. Plus it didnt take long and it was a good atmosphere. The guys were friendly and very helpful.

Weve been customers for over 20 years went in today to see about upgrading our plan apparently i asked the wrong question cause the manager jumped down my throat and i just left wont be coming back to this store ever again might just switch to Verizon!!!

Upgraded from ATT to US Cellular because of coverage area. Leo helped me with the right plan! And service after the sale when I sold my old phone and needed help removing my google account. Awesome people.

Im more reviewing the Company than the store. I have had nothing but issues with US Cellular since I got them. Everytime I have called saying my bill was to high. They try to sell me more and say Well $120 a month isnt much so Im sure adding this plan for $40 more will be fine. Switching to AT&T and never looking back.

I only gave this place 1 star because I had to! This place is a joke! They missed informed on their buy out your contract deal which almost put us into collections with Verizon. After finding out that we were lied to we decided to go back to Verizon because liars are not going to get a penny of my money. They did the same exact thing to my cousin and I had given one of our iPhones to a family member and they went in to get it unlocked and one of the salesmen told them that they could not do that and they informed my family member how much I owed them and thats why they couldnt unlock it. They are liars and give out confidential information, do not deal with us cellular!!!

Went in to this store the other day and Francis help me out he was fun, energetic and helpful got what I wanted and left satisfied, great store!

The staff are friendly and helpfull most of them do a really great job. However I would NOT purchase any of the black ice gadget guard screen protectors. I bought one on April 28th 2018 and they put it on for me in store, it fell off may 5th of 2018 (8days later) . This is suppose to be a life time warentied product and they told me I could buy a new one or take it up with gadget guard. They would not replace it.

They never have the same people at the store so your stuff does not get to you. No communication between employees, wrong stuff ordered, told it was ordered but cannot find.

The agent/sales person was very short and rude. Ill give the store one stars for the number of phones and devices in store.

Would have rated excellent but had to call the next day to remind them to activate.

Store says on the door its open at 9:00 am. Here we sit at 9:06 am, lights off, nobody to be seen, and nobody answers the phone. Ill take our business elsewhere.
