Decided to go in last minute decision after work, had nice jams playing with doors open, was welcomed with warm smiles and greetings ! I decided to upgrade my phone after asking if I was eligible . I use iPhone and of course I wanted to back up my phone and the last back up I had was from January of 2020 (last year) so it took about 2 and a half hours to backup . Eddie (employee) was really patient super nice/friendly and super helpful as well as the other employees working . Eddie was nice enough to buy me food as we were waiting for my phone to backup . I was there for about 3 and a half hours . I highly recommend this location for T-Mobile, friendly staff and warm greetings !

I switched to T-mobile many months ago. I got two free Samsung Galaxy phones, free Netflix and now Im paying less for unlimited data, talk, and Internet. Love that.Ive been in about 4 times asking questions about this or that. Always get fast, courteous service. If Eddie is the manager he needs to be fired. He gave out personal info on my account to someone not on my account and when I called to discuss this with a manger he said he remembers helping him. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, and hung up on my husband and I several times.
I have come here multiple times and Rigo always finds a way to help me out. This time he took the time to figure out what was happening with my home internet line, after the previous representative set me up incorrectly and was billing me for a voice line. Rigo fixed the invalid charges and even walked me through setting up the internet for my home. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks Rigo!
Went in with a problem with my billing and they said they couldn’t do anything for me. They didn’t even offer help in any other way to help. They seemed clueless. Couldn’t even provide me with the last contract we has signed with them.

This place has the worst customer service I have yet to experience.The manager Eduardo Abundis is EXTREMELY rude and confrontational. He has a tendency to argue and not understand communication is an essential aspect of his job.Once he decided to stop arguing and actually call someone to get the proper information from his higher ups his tone completely changed. He knew he was wrong and couldnt simply apologize.He even had the audacity to approach me outside the store as I was walking to my truck and continue being confrontational.Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. You aren’t greeted, the female associates stand there, completely devoid of any possible friendliness or emotion, customer service is at a all time low. Nothing is explained to you, they don’t give you any options or even let you know if there are any. The sales tactics have somehow managed to be both lazy and sneaky, much like their attitudes, I can’t decide if that’s somehow impressive or depressing. definitely wouldn’t go here again. I feel bad for any of the poor people who have walked in there and then left overcharged with sneaky fees and payments. Doesn’t feel like a legit t mobile store, has a weird half empty atmosphere with extremely unwelcoming staff who don’t know how to communicate in a professional way with not only the customers but with eachother. Probably won’t come here again honestly. The associate set me up with a random plan, didn’t give me any information about it, didn’t even tell me what the plan was, said my social security number out loud, then changed the amount of money I was being charge with at the last second, when asked about it she accused me of lying.

Sprint is the worst cellular company that I have ever had. They charge u way more than they should. Worst experience ever. Do not buy a phone or device from them. They will keep raising the price. Mine went up to 300 dollars for 2 phones. After I paid off the phone, i got the phone unlocked and went to a different service and canceled sprint but sprint wouldnt let me cancel until the billing cycle was over and i finally got them to cancel it and i just got another bill because they never shut off the phone service.
In February 2018, I changed my family mobile phone plan from AT&T to Sprint. My family was with AT&T for almost 20 years so switching phone companies was interesting to say the least. I was in and out of this store several times for close to two weeks getting everything switched over. The reason for the long period was due to two phone transfer issues outside of the Sprint sales team’s control.The Sprint sales reps that I mainly dealt with were Victor, Vince and Adrien and I must say they were phenomenal to work with. I was always greeted with a smile and kind word. They worked my phone issues professionally and kept a positive “can do” attitude while I was there. I appreciated how they interacted with me and other customers, as well as, how they treated each other. It was a pleasure to do business with them. We had some good laughs together.I highly recommend this store and this team when you are looking to transfer your phone service to Sprint.

We moved to sprint settings up two lines over the phone & they said they’d call back to set up a 3rd line, which never happened. So we went to this store where Joel Jimenez took great care of us adding the third line. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the process & options. He’s really about customer care.
I went in to upgrade my IPhone to an X and was incredibly lucky to get Adrian! We came across issues with Apple itself and had to call Apple care who did not help us at all, Adrian never gave up and continued to help us and eventually figured out what to do! My daughter and I went in to the Sprint store to get a screen protector put on after the people at the other Sprint store on Columbia Center Blvd cracked the one we bought and did nothing about it. It has been several months and just now had the chance to go in. Vince and Joel were having a hard time finding our purchase of the screen protector but they didnt give up, they kept looking all different ways until they finally found it.We really appreciate their hard work and perseverance.

Erica helped me upgrade my iPhone and she explained everything so well that I decided to do the iPhone for life I am really happy with my phone and the service that I have received with Sprint. Many other service providers have tried to offer me incentives to leave sprint but after Erica’s help and experience I’m glad I stayed
My experience at this Sprint store was amazing they helped me out so much and hooked me up hella. The staff was very nice and made my trip pain free. The sales associates there are friendly and seem to be very helpful, however I feel like their sales practices are very sneaky and misleading and they do this by confusing you with all their fees and charges and discounts and add backs and subtracts. Its ridiculous!

Perfect experience when i came in, then i took a look at my first bill and was totally different than what i signed up for.Had to call sprint corporate myself to fix what the salesperson did not disclose but Im still stuck having to pay for their ignorance/shadiness on how to sale their own product.After getting off the call with corporate, i called and asked for management at the store and explained what was going on. I explained to him what happened and he was gonna make me come in just to stare at my account and look over what i had already done with corporate.COMPLETE IDIOTS

Almost being 100° F, it was heaven walking into their store. Always great customer service. Answered all of my questions. To my surprise, my parents were randomly at the store when I arrived where my father was trading in his 3rd phone in less than a week and they were very patient and helpful with him. They showed him how to operate his phone and even installed the screen protector and case for him for free.I upgraded my wifes phone to the new iPhone (why or who wants iPhone these days still lives in a cave, but hey it makes her happy). This sprint store better watch out, the service was so great that I now want to recruit them all to my real estate team! Thank you for never dissapointing with the amazing experience/services.
About 11 months ago I started service with sprint. Found out I was completely lied too. Then after 11 months I went back to upgrade my phone as promised and found out that was wrong too... well Erica bent over backwards to make my upgrade happen... today I got everything I was promised and then Some! New management is amazing! If you have had a bad experience here before I encourage you to come back and give them another shot! I am glad I did and will be back for anything I need from Sprint!!

Store is fine. Sprint is the problem. There service in the area is very poor. Call quality terrible. I couldnt make calls from house or office. The unlimited data plan is a lie. Only unlimited in network. Their business practices are dishonest and deceptive.I switched to Verizon with great coverage and signal quality and the cost was the same as my unlimited plan with Sprint. Why put up with poor quality and no savings. Verizon and US Cellular both have great coverage in our area.

My girlfriend and I drove up from Hermiston to upgrade to the iphone 8. We got there right before they closed since we couldnt get up there till we got off work. I really try not to be that guy but Victor and another gentleman were more than happy to help and even stay a little bit after closing to import some of our info over to the new phones. We all joked around and had a good time. We originally upgraded to try and fix a service problem for living where we do and unfortunately it didnt work and we took the phones back (within the two weeks). We went in and there was a lady that started helping us that you could tell was frustrated we wanted to return the phones and wasnt giving us any options to fix our problem. Just wanted us to keep either the new phone or have sprint mail back our old ones. If we returned the phones without getting our old ones back we had to have phones connected to the plan or else she would personally have to pay the the iphones we returned. Which doesnt make sense since we returned them to the retailer. But we went on a goose chase and found some cheep used sprint phones to connect our service to so we can figure things out. When we returned the girl was gone and Victor helped us and the other guy again (sorry I cant remember your name) and was super understanding and didnt make us feel bad for returning the phones because he took time to build report and understood where we were coming from. He is the only reason why your store is getting a 5 star.

Okay so first let me say having worked in the wireless business including Sprint myself for a corporate store....Which I get that its different ....Corporate sends you to training at their HQ 2 weeks...and they give more access to resources and tools over a 3rd party which is basically like the idea of franchising, each store is separate....Only with 3rd party they also dont have systems access options a corporate store does....But arch Telecom seems to handcuff their reps at this store at least.....or maybe I got a trainee....I asked the rep to call support, he just totally went into an anti call tech support for help rant and telling me that oh yeah they cant do anything over the phone...because anybody can call and give a name and phone number and all that....privacy and security they pretty much wouldnt be able to do anything over the phone.... he dials his store from my phone he was trying to activate. It rings and he goes there see XXXXXXXXXX its working, I just did a little bit of a workaround trick thing, I got it to work Which is a load of baloney....he got the phone to make a test call and sent me out the door....--the phone was kicking out an IP connection failed error! Just because it was making a call did NOT solve the problem....I had to spend the next several hours on the phone with Sprint customer care technicians telling them that the phone was brand new right out of the box, but it was kicking out an IP error and so there was some codes they needed to push through OTA from their end to talk to the phone and get it working, eventually after several people, a couple techs, and a few --call from a different phone and theyll have to do some code stuff-- giving me some things to do and so on, finally somebody finally sent me to Tier 2 support where they pulled the phone up, noticed they needed to do an over the air code push from their end to get the phone accessing everything and they said leave the phone on and in an hour or two it will do some updates and restart and itll be set, they just needed to type some codes in and it would get it going and they would call me to make sure it was working. Why on earth does whoever is training these cell phone reps to bash calling support and say they cant do anything...??? This was merely a technical network issue which could only be solved by tech support...And even if they are taught oh no customer care is evil...never ever...Dont they give these reps ANY problem solving and troubleshooting tools? I mean like even some sort of type in something in the search box on the reps computer with the error code the phone was giving to get a gist of what to do??? Nope, just tell the customer --there it made a call all done--Error code? Oh yeah uh...well uh...I just made a call youre all set. If the worlds worst wireless sales outlet in the world WAL MART CONNECTIONS CENTER can provide at least some of that to their cell reps....Come on Arch Telecom! Customer service pays your salaries!

We came into the store we got on the spot service!! Diego Cruz was so helpful, he went over and beyond to help us with the problem our phones werent getting notifications, sounds. We got locked on our phones, both were being worked on, he helped us to access our e-mail, and McAfee accounts, now thats customer service!! he said were already here so he was going to help us, he didnt say sorry cant do anything...the Sunnyside store person had no clue what she was doing, pushing, deleting... ahh no thanks!! we highly.. recommend anyone that has an issue with their cell, even if it takes a drive to Kennewick we highly recommend Deigo!!
