I was looking for a particular ring that I couldn’t find anywhere else.They took their time and made sure I had the right diamond. They brought out several diamonds for me to choose from. JDC was phenomenal to work with! Taylor and everyone were all very thorough. They took my grandfathers wedding ring and removed decorative pieces and diamonds and placed them into a new gold band that was designed for me. They also turned it around very quickly!

A friend and I both bought some expensive watches when on a cruise. Nice watches but probably not as nice as their price. After a year or so the batteries died. We checked several jewelry stores to get new batteries. No one could help us, and we didn’t want the expense and worry from mailing them clear across the country. Our watches sat on our dressers for over a year. Someone I talked to suggested I try the Jewelry Design Center. I finally got around to doing that and was pleasantly surprised. The gal who waited on me was very helpful. They got my watch working again, and I had them add a safety clasp to one of my bracelets which turned out really nice. I returned the next week with my friend‘s watch, and it’s working again, too! I would definitely visit them again. Their showroom is beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to do what others could not!

I bought an engagement ring last October. I had never bought jewelry before and had no idea what I wanted, all I knew was how much I could spend. I was greeted by Taylor and I explained what I was thinking. She then helped me pick out the perfect ring for my soon to be wife while remaining within budget. She even worked with me to keep it a secret by calling when I was at work so my then girlfriend would not find out. Best experience at a Jewelry store so far. They dont follow you around like a shark, but rather wait for you to wave over the one who greeted you. My mom and I have worked with Kevin. He has helped her with fixing her older jewelry and options for resizing a forever wedding band. I lost 1 of my earrings I got from them for Christmas a few years back. Though the style was no longer produced, Kevin was able to contact the designer to sort out my needs. Today my mom and I went for a VIP event, Kevin assisted us again, and got a wishlist started for my mom and put an item on layaway for her, with no money down!They have tons of great and unique designs. I had a mens watch that needed the band repaired. It is an expensive watch and I wanted to make sure it was repaired correctly. I took it to Jewelry Design Center in Kennewick and they took care of the repairs right away. They were very helpful and did a great job. While I was there I found the staff very kind and helpful. They have an excellent selection of beautiful jewelry and great prices. They are at the top of my list for all my jewelry needs!

We used Jewelry Design Center to design my engagement ring. It turned out better than imagined. And my fiancé had a necklace made for me for Christmas, out of some gold he mined. He was so happy with how it turned out, he couldn’t wait the 4 months until Christmas to give it to me. So thank you Carrie for being an awesome designer!!! We will continue to use them for all of our jewelry purchases in the future, especially our special made pieces.

The Jewelry Design Center is the only place in the entire world that I would go. It took us a few hours to go over my design. one week maximum to get a CAD and so on.This is an upgrade for my wife for our 23 wedding anniversary my wife did not know, so I was the picky one everything had to be perfect. Im one of Jewelry Design Centers biggest fans. I love the ring my friend and Master Jeweler, Randy, made for me. Took some 14 rings in, you know those rings hanging out in the jewelry box for years, melted them down and whami a beautiful creation was made. I wear them all on one finger now. Its gorgeous! I was extremely happy with the service I received. I brought my engagement ring and wedding band in to have them Rodium plated. Amy was very helpful. She checked my rings carefully and noticed that my wedding band setting was loose. It was fixed within 2 days. They look they are brand new and they are really 11 years old!

I had a very positive experience with the people at Jewelry Design. I took a very special ring in for repair and they gave me a reasonable estimate. Because of its unusual design they asked for 3 days to repair it. It was finished on the 2nd day.

We took in a platinum wedding ring to be sized down from a 7 to a 4.5 and we were kind of nervous about it. I’ve heard horror stories of platinum rings being scared or blemished in some way. The Jewelry Design Center worked their magic and the ring looks amazing. They kept to their time line and the pricing was extremely fair as well. This was our first time doing business with them and they won us over as future customers.

We visited the Kennewick location today to look for an anniversary band. We were helping by Carrie and found a beautiful band. My rings were cleaned, sized and soldered together within a few hours. It was a great experience.
