I love shopping at this store! The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I’ve been shopping here for several years and have always found what I’m looking for.

The online site wouldnt let me order the size I wanted so I had to go in. Went in and they got me all set up and ready to go. They also talked me into a warranty which I wasnt gonna get but it covers soo much I figured it was worth it.

Very good customer service and the jewelry is at a fair price. :)

Every time I have gone into this Zales I leave thinking I will never go back . Not very helpful or accommodating. I would rather go to Harry Ritches or Kay Jewelers. SMH

They have good options and are fair-priced. The store is nice as well. They didnt have the correct size for my now wife, and weve been waiting for her proper size now for 6 weeks. The ring she has currently is 3 and a half sizes too big, so she cant even wear it every day yet until she gets the custom ordered one. I called and asked, and was told there was still another 2 weeks before it would be past-due which is supposed to be 6 weeks, but 6 weeks is today!Edit: her ring came in the next day, which made me feel a little better. We had to get the ring sized multiple times to find the perfect size, but the staff were friendly and always helpful in getting what we needed done. They never seemed annoyed.I also bought my ring from here, which fits perfectly and looks nice and was fair-priced (the ring I wanted was also my size in the store).Overall, the prices are decent and the financing options are good if you get their Zales card. Sizes are limited in the store.

Service at Zales is a thing of the past. Had a ring that was purchased at Zales. Needed to be sized and cleaned. They werent interested. Went across the mall for amazing service.

Horrible service. Have made mistakes in resizing my ring about 4 times now. Absolutely unacceptable and inconvenient.
