GREAT and knowledgeable team. Dont waste your time at the big box stores, most of them dont know what they are talking about. And they don’t have the selection of lumber Tri-Cities Lumber does.I ordered all the material here for my pergola and they helped me get exactly what I needed. And offered actual sound advice.

They prepared my quote with osb board and told me that there was not enough osb to complete my order. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to weather logic for an additional $4,000 and these nice people happily took my money but still sent half the order with the cheaper stuff and did not partial refund me the difference. When I asked about it, they just played the blame game and no one gave me money back (about $2,000) for the regular vs weather logic material. Dishonest or careless? Either way it looks bad and it feels worse. Very frustrating, so watch them closely if you bring your business to them.

Only been here one time. So far great customer service, as far as pricing goes, they were a little higher than the other stores but I went here because it convenient. The parking lot is very accessible

Needed lumber to construct the structure portion of our porch railing. Looked around town and found what we were looking for at Tri-City lumber. Nice place, good quality lumber. If you are looking for good quality lumber give them a try.

Horrible customer service! Its as if the employees working the desk build up their ego by talking down to others. I wont spend a dime in this store. Customer service is not hard.. and it goes a long way in supporting return customers. Spend some time there, youll pick up on their attitude pretty quick.

I went there to get some trim for my Moms house I was working on. There prices are higher then any lumber company in town,went there because it was closer to my Moms. I asked if the could cut the 16 ft in half so it would fit in my truck, yes for a buck I was told, I will drive farther for better customer service and prices.

Tri-City lumber earned a customer for life. I needed materials for a shed and i told them the dimensions I needed and Ryan calculated everything I needed and set up a delivery. I will give them one star because they did set me up with a plan and direction for my diy pergola I am building. They gave me direction and material. It took me a while to stain and cut because I work and have a family. It is a 10x40 ft pergola so it is a big project for me. half way thru. one of my 2x12x20 header is so uneven cut and warped it will not even go into the bracket. I called them to tell my problem and they tell me that it has been too long (3 1/2 weeks) and that it is a special order that there is nothing they can do about it. Sorry no they said that they can give me $10 dollars off a $140 dollar header. will not be going back there. around $4000 dollars in material and $10 discount for a bad header. will not be going back there. if u go there go thru with fine comb because they will sell you garbage, and if it is a special order good luck.

Bigger isnt better. Big box building supply stores do not have the experienced staff that Tri-City Lumber has. I am always able to find what I need and then some when I go to TC Lumber. Give Ryan or another member of the team a call to discuss your next DIY project, big or small.
