The employees tried to be helpful. But the manager was on point very helpful. I love my experience at harbor freight.

Very helpful stores in general. They dont keep track of Inventory very well. They provide inexpensive alternatives to solve a variety of tasks.

I entered the store on the very off chance they may have garden supplies. Ive been in the Richland store twice for specific tools but never looked around aside from that so I didnt know. I figured it couldnt hurt to ask since I had just come from next door at ace and they did not have what I was looking for and had two small kids with me that I have to take in and out of car seats for each stop I make. I spotted the supervisor and asked him if they had tomato cages. Rather than saying yes or no, he asked me in a scathing tone, why would we have those, we dont have any garden supplies, we have tools. I responded he did not need to be rude about it, to which he responded Id say the same thing to any customer. Good lord. Ya gotta be kidding me. What I wanted to say included some obscenities but I do try to be better than that so I said instead if you think its ok to be that condescending then you need to work on your customer service, and I will never be coming back here for anything, ever. If thats who is in charge of things, Ill pass thanks.

Stopped in for the first time at this location. Purchased a simple stick welder for my son to practice and work on a couple of projects. Prices were good as to expect from Harbor Freight but as always be careful on what lower prices items you buy as quality can be suspect. Overall very happy with the store and service.

Why cant they keep merchandise in stock. Seems like every time I go in to buy something over $40, its out of stock and 2 weeks away

I had a printed page of items I wanted and I found a few and an employee found about half and brought them to me. The idem I wanted most they no longer carry. But I was over all pleased. And glad they helped me find ideas for me. It made my time in the store quicker. More time to do other things.

Decent selection of tools at decent prices. A bit like the Walmart of tool stores. Youll find most of the things youre looking for at a decent price, but you get what you pay for. Nice enough staff.

First time Ive been inside a Harbor Freight that doesnt offer military discount. Was told by both employees that this Harbor Freight offers no military discount. They assumed it was like that for all lol. Wont be back to this store

Great new (relatively) store and it is clear the staff and management take cleaning and organizstion seriously and are proud. Staff has always been friendly and help and of course the meechandise is great.

Its just like any other harbor freight. Store was new and clean looking though! Full of those offs and ends you dont need but see and want.

Cheap tools cheap price

Went to exchange a defective floor jack and the cashier was not properly trained on how to do an exchange, ended up refunding the money on to my card which will now take a few days to hit my bank. Manager came out and pretty much told me I was SOL. Nothing we can do on our end Wish I could give 0 stars for the less than adequate customer service I received, one star is even too much.

Love the place reasonable cheap products that are reliable

As the last customer to check out today, the cashier Cole was impatient and very rude when my wife told him she had the coupons. I found his attitude to be offensive to the both of us. Just because we were last out upon closing time should be zero excuse for this and not act like we were a bother for him to complete his last sale/job of the day.

Very nice store, friendly and helpful staff with a nice selection of tools. Ill have to check out the stores in Richland and Pasco cause my only recommendation for this store would be to have a larger store and carry more selection.

Harbor fright has good tools for the cheap price... Guess I was expecting too much when Kennewick finally opened up a HF location. The manager is nice and friendly, but lacks experience (was more concerned about being precise on taking his luchbrake on the alloted time then opening up a register with the 7-8 partys waiting) and lacks knowledge when it comes to his merchandise. Store is understocked!

This place was a blast. The staff was very nice & informative...love the huge selection.prices for most everyone. There location is off 395 in kenniwick by Safeway or Dennys.All kinds of stuff is there for convenience . Heck I make a day of it with all the little plaza stores & even Starbucks . Have a blast too.

The new Icon line of tools is awesome for the price.

One of my fave stores...they really have something for everyone...if my hubby goes without me, I get bummed...lots of cool gadgets & super bargain prices :)

Errybody knows THIS is the spot for cheap tools that dont last nor adequately meet needs, but one thing I didnt think was Drill bits, screw tips, sander pads, saw blades, ect. Cheap cheap cheap, its all Consumables anyhow
