Robinsons did a great job on the repairs on our car. He did little extras to prevent any rusting in the future. He guarantees his work !Very satisfied customer.

Worst service Ive ever had, and I was only trying to get an ESTIMATE on the damages to my car! I drove my car out there on Monday and the man reviewing my vehicle was nothing but critical towards me (Im 22) and the damages to my car, when I was side swiped by a FedEx truck, not the other way around. The owner told me to come back at 2PM, roughly 2 and a half hours from when I showed up. I showed up at 3PM, hoping the grace period would give him a little extra time to finish it, but instead when I showed up, he told me to come back tomorrow. Not as annoyed as youd imagine, I went back the next day and the same thing happened. The following day (Wednesday) I called to see if my estimate was ready, and the receptionist didnt even have it on file. They took a picture of my VPN and they also have my name? Two full days of wasting gas later, no estimate, no apology, and certainly no professionalism in the least. Im annoyed and appalled that someone, easily twice my age, would treat a customer with such disregard. Id give them 0 stars if it was possible.
