Used to be my go to place for auto body repair - walked din and lobby was empty so I figured new management - receptionist was short with me seemed bothered I was there. No same day estimates didn’t even attempt to get my business.

I wanted to share the great experience that I had with Frank Ortega. Beyond professional and the knowledge that he has is beyond exceptional. He was able to guide me through the whole process and reassured me that my car was going to look brand new. Well he wasn’t lying my car looks right out the dealer lot. Giovanni Ortega was teally helpful with all the process of estimating all the work my car needed after my car accident. He called me as much as need it to answer my questions and the staff email me and call me right away helping me with my concerns. I am very happy with their service.

I was rear-ended (no fault) a few days prior to moving to Kenosha and didn’t really know any of the auto shops in the area. A friend recommended a mechanic to me, who then in turn recommended Pulera, so needless to say I was kind of going off of whatever small leads I could find. The place had good reviews so I thought I’d go with them. The other driver’s insurance was Progressive whom they also seem to work closely with, so it seemed like the sensible choice.The detail and care they took with my car is at such a high level. Frank was whom I worked with most in terms of evaluating the damage and situation and getting my car sorted. No trace of the accident whatsoever and everything was handled with professionalism. While I very much hope to not need their services in the future, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work done on their car.

Probably the best experience I have ever had when getting car repairs. Frank is by far one of the coolest and most helpful people there. He was spot on with information delivery and appropriate estimate for how long it was going to take to get my car fixed. Best Auto Shop on this side of Kenosha and my car is beautiful. My less than 4 month old CR-V was backed into. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and when I picked it up the vehicle looked as good as the day I picked it up from the dealership.

We were happy with what had been fixed. Until we realized there was a fresh scratch on our counsel and almost 100 miles had been put on our car. Which is a violation. Our brand new car had been used without our knowledge or permission.

A frustrating experience. Made an appointment for our car two weeks out to get into the shop and two days after we dropped it off they still hadn’t looked at it and said they were three weeks behind because lack of staff… then why did you make the appointment. Finally a week later they looked at it after we had to talk to our insurance company about the delay.

Absolutely love this establishment since I was a little girl and they were on the 13th across the train station. Still great service and kind.

Unfortunately this was the 2nd time Ive had to repair a car of mine, and twice this shop did an outstanding job with the repair, cars looked like new each time with great customer service.

They were great to work with. They were upfront with the estimates and answered all my questions. They worked directly with our insurance and made the process incredibly easy for us. As a bonus, they even cleaned the INSIDE of my car!!

I had Pulera do some fender repair to my Cadillac ATS V. approx. $3K in repairs, which was $250 higher than Caliber (formerly Abra which had done quality work for me in the past on similar cars) I dropped the car off on Monday and they called me 15 minutes before they closed on Friday asking me to come in and pickup the vehicle. Would have been nice if they had advised completion earlier in the week or earlier in the day or had Saturday hours or taken my American Express over the phone.Brent Tate was nice enough to stay open until 6 so I could drive in to pick up the car. I arrived and saw right away that the body line did not line up evenly with the hood. Brent was nice and said that he would put it back thru the shop. Not sure I want to invest more time than I already have, but do wish it was done correctly as I paid more than the other estimates I received.In review of the My Cadillac app which records Mileage, Hard Accelerations and Hard braking, etc. Pulera had a nice drive in my $70K sport coupe. Possibly they will let me take the BelAir for a rip in exchange.

Tayler took good care of me. He kept me informed of the progress and was very pleasant to work with. Pulera has always had a great reputation and now l understand why.

And extra perk of making my car all nice and clean. And my daughter said they have the BEST cookies ever! I pray I never need to use them again but if I do Pulera is the only place I will ever trust to take my car.

Pulera was very upfront and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and the receptionist was extremely kind, polite, and professional. My car was returned in great condition with minor-to-no signs that any work had been done at all. This was my first experience with Pulera and I would choose them again in the future.

The work was done beautifully. My Honda looks like new. The job took a little longer that originally quoted, but it was worth the extra wait!

I totaled my car out in may and had to go to Pulera to sign POA papers for progressive. For my first encounter the customer service was great.Fast forward 3 month. I had just bought a new car and it was hit while it was parked buy a guy who ran a stop sign and got hit. He damaged my bumper, hood, light and rims i had just got for the car.Pulera did a BEYOND EXCELLENT job taking care of my car. This whole process was so easy and they were so informative with their answers to my question. Thier customer service is above par. My car looks amazing once again. 2nd time I have had to use them for body work... once for a parking lot mishap where someone backed into my parked car with an SUV and this most recent tornado thrown debris. They do outstanding work.

We had our car in for repairs after we hit a deer. There were very prompt in answering and questions or concerns that we had. We were notified the night before the car was finished to make appropriate plans to pick up the car the following day. A week after we picked up the car- we noticed that a part of the hood was not attached all the way. We called Pulera and then told us to bring the car in that evening to be looked at- no questions asked. Thank you for taking care of us!

We always used Pulera Collision. We must of had a bad communication because they promised us something and than didnt it. Than said they didnt say that. So disappointing.

Stopped in today to schedule a detail and buff for my car. Sadly, theyve discontinued their detail service for now as their detailer is injured. While there I asked them to look at a scuff on my wheel well where someone clipped me in a parking lot. Tyler thought it may work to buff it out and asked if I had 15 minutes for them to try right then. It worked great; turned out beautifully, and he wouldnt let me pay anything for their time! Thank you Pulera for the excellent customer service!

We were absolutely amazed as to how quickly our car was done. Pulera kept in contact with us everyday to let us know how the car repairs were coming along and when we picked our vehicle up they gave us warm chocolate chip cookies a real plus for my husband! Great experience. It took them a day longer than they said to do the car but you know what - Id rather have it done right than have it done fast. Service staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Everything was done to make it as good an experience as possible. Even the coffee in the snack/waiting area was a step above what you would expect. The car was washed outside and vacuumed and cleaned inside. The inside part definitely was unexpected. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do, Pulera will be the place I go. On top of all this, the final cost was $300 (OK, $299.98) below the estimate. Not that it mattered to me since the other drivers insurance was paying, but it does speak to the honesty of the body shop.

I was impressed when I walked in. Very clean shop, friendly receptionist. I took my car there to get fixed. I called to let them know I would be coming to pick up the car. The receptionist told me that I would have to get my car towed because it does not work. I let her know that it was working because I drove it there. After telling them I dont know what happened to my car from the time I dropped it off til now they did agreed to tow it to my house. The battery was completely dead. Not sure what was done to cause the car to die. bag service and big inconvenience.

I will never go there again their quality is terrible your quality of parts are really bad I had to go find my own bumper because they were not capable of doing it and I wish I could give them a half a star I will never go back there again

The whole process of getting my car fixed was so easy. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful, and of course my car looks like nothing ever happened to it in the first place! With this being the first time Ive been hit, I can say without a doubt these guys are the place to go for body damage. And as a bonus, it came back vaccumed.

Horrible, slow-as-slugs-on-salt-rocks service. Poor at communication, and clueless when your car will actually be done. They said our car “might” be done today by 4 (after the had the car 3 WEEKS already). Called at 4 and was told it was done...but one part is still on order that should arrive “tomorrow”. Huh?!? How can the car be “done” but another part is arriving tomorrow?!? I’m not gonna bring the car back for you numnuts to finish it finally! The following day, no forewarning of when the car would be done. Got the call late in the afternoon/early evening, just before closing time. God awful service. Go elsewhere. There are much better places in town for body work, and those places DON’T take forever and keep you in the dark like Pulera does.

This place fix my car twice two different cars and both times you could not tell that it was in any type of accident this is the best place to get your car fixed hands down.

Just pick up my car without the repairs completed. They did the body work but were not able to clear the error codes. That didn’t stop them from charging me for the diagnostic check that you can get for free at the auto parts stores. So now I have take the car somewhere else.

Dealing with a tree falling on my truck, I though was going to be a hassle. But, once my truck got turned over to Pulera, it was easy going. My mechanic was super friendly and nice and constantly updated me on the repairs and what was going on. Even though the timeframe was a little longer than expected, they kept me in the loop which will in return cause me to continue to come to Pulera for any repairs.

If youre lucky youll never crash a vehicle in your lifetime. If that unfortunately happens to you then you need to see these people. After 22 years in the automotive service industry on the repair side Ive seen some pretty poor repairs over the years. Not these guys. This shop will take a brand new vehicle with damage and make it look like it never happened. They advertise Nobody does it better. Theyre right.

Only bring your vehicle to Pulera if you want to pay more than the original repair quote and wait significantly longer than the time they estimate it will take (if they even bother to finish your work). Honestly being a more educated consumer at this point in my life if I happened to encounter a situation like this again I would definitely contact the BBB.

After getting into an accident a minth and a half ago my insurance company recommended that I use these guys. I couldnt be happier with their recommendation. My car needed extensive body work and some mechanical work. They were nothing short of professional. I picked my car up this afternoon and the staff I interacted with was very friendly. Then I got to my car and it looked like it did the day I bought it off the lot. All the work they had done is backed with a warranty that is giod for as long as I have the car. I would give ten stars if I could. As an extra bonus they even had cookies for me to go home with. Great job!!!!!

I had an accident with my car and brought it to Pulera it took them longer then intended to fix the car so I was out a car for an extra week and a half. Then on top of that when i get in my car and go to leave the lot my car shuts off before i even get out of the parking lot! That was ridiculous and they had no answer to why that happened. Didnt have that issue before and was surprised when I couldnt even make it off the lot. So all said and done when i get my car back it works but a random EPC light came on and has been coming on randomly since. I look where they did the painting 5 months later it is already chipping and the car hasnt even done a lot of driving in those months. With that being said the customer service was pretty good but I am very disappointed with the mediocre paint job and the fact that I still get the EPC light to this day.
