Rich and Angie always deliver great service and fair prices. Example a transmission place wanted over 4 grand to replace the transmission in my van Automedix was able to do it for half the cost. Pretty quick turn around on repairs as well.

Rich and Angie are AWESOME! Couldnt ask for a better family owned business. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Love that they explain everything in terms that I can understand. Very honest, hardworking and reliable. Definitely my go to place!

Rich Covelli is the most honest auto mechanic Ive ever had. Hes been upfront regarding our vehicles for almost 15 years. Weve always valued his recommendations.

They couldnt get our air conditioning to work after two times bringing it in, then made the excuse that air conditioners take a lot of money to fully fix. They replaced our brakes too, but we started having problems. So we took it to another shop and they told us Automedix didnt grease our breaks when they installed them! We were having horrible sqeaking issues. Could have been such a safety issue if we hadnt noticed. Dont take your car here unless you want to take it somewhere else on top of that. Go to Jantz. Its well worth the wait.

I agree with everything everyone has said about this shop and maybe I just came in on a bad day for the mechanics wife. Very disappointed with the customer service received by the receptionist/mechanics wife. Came highly recommend clearly doing something right however I called to get an update on my car and was answered with a yelling belligerent, disrespectful women. Mechanic does a great job, very honest and trustworthy but get your wife under control. You saw her yelling when I came in and even offered to pay so that I knew what was wrong with the car but your wife ripped up the estimate. I didnt pay for the diagnostic because your wife ripped it up. I agree with the mechanic, you wouldn’t expect to work for free and he’s right. Just wanted to get my car fixed and would have been happy to pay the $1000 he said it would be. Explained that a few times but wife refused understandably- it’s hard to back down when you’re in too deep with the drama and lies that came out of her mouth. I’m sure I won’t be the last person this happens to when she feels challenged. I understand the time it takes to diagnose a car, would have been happy to schedule a time. I work As well and my time is just valuable as yours. Truly disappointed and hope she gets that temper under control.

Had alternator and battery replaced. Work was done quickly. Communication was good explaining what was wrong with car. I would take my car here again.

I have come here twice with outstanding service. Firstly and most importantly, this shop is completely 100% honest and reliable. What more can you ask for? I went to two different car places that told me I needed upwards of $1750 in repairs and then went to auto medix to get it fixed and they said all I needed was a wheel alignment and rotate my tires. I went in telling them the repairs I needed and even brought in my estimates from other shops so they knew what to do but they made sure to check and then call me and let me know that it was not the case. They do great honest work and I would never go anywhere else.

Angie & Rich are a sincere shop with highly skilled certified mechanics. Their prices are reasonable for your vehicle and done correctly the first time. The work was done on time. They have serviced our grand daughters car too.

I think the communication could have been a little better and their prices are on the high side but the work is top notch. They obviously go above and beyond to make sure thinks are right before they let you pick it up. I think David Putty may work there. I may be wrong though.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I took my car to several other mechanics in town and they said it was either unfixable or would cost ~$2,000. I went to Auto Medix and had the best service Ive ever had. Whoever was working the front desk was polite and understanding that I knew next to nothing about cars. She also went above and beyond with finding an affordable part that ended up costing less than half of what everyone else was asking, as well as fixing my car in just a few hours. Because of this, Auto Medix has gotten my trust and any future service my car may need. Go here before anywhere else! (Also, theres an adorable little pup in the lobby.)

I stopped in on monday and they got to my car in a very timely manner. The price was under the price I expected so that was also great. The receptionist was very sweet and pleasant! Auto Medix, in Kenosha, has become our mechanic of choice, over the years of owning newer, used cars. I have always been treated with the fullest respect, and I was always kept informed on the progress of my vehicle, from the inspection, thru, when it was being worked on. Not only are they great mechanics, but they are very quick at gettin the job done right away, if theres not too much else going on. There have been a couple times where we have had an extremely minor issue with one of our vehicles, which we thought was something way more than it was, and Auto Medix, either, didnt charge us, or charged us next to nothing to fix it... Auto Medix has been nothing but great to us, so we will continue to go back for our car repairs, and I refer a lot of ppl to them, because Auto Medix really deserves it! The owners are really nice ppl, with a family/kids of their own. Over the last 10 yrs, we have had a handful or so of newer, used vehicles, and Auto Medix has worked on them all...all years, makes and models...from major, $300-$800 jobs, to the most minor of things, as I mentioned. Keep up the good work, Auto Medix, and thank u for always being honest and fair to ur female customers! We really appreciate the fact that u do the work that is asked to be done, and dont come back at us with, Well, this and that need to be replaced, and blah, blah, blah is bad, too.... But at the same time, its nice to be able to still count on Auto Medix to mention something, if its an extremely bad issue, that could possibly affect lives! We will probably see u soon, one of the cars are due for something to happen... Lol
