I purchased a vehicle from here and they did not disclose all the issues. Took it to a couple local mechanics to find out there was thousands of dollars worth of problems that were “covered up” by the seller.

After purchasing my BMW M235i from Walter miller, I would recommend not wasting your time nor money at this establishment. When picking up the vehicle Walter warned me that the tires need to be replaced after the next tire rotation which is roughly 3000-5000 miles. but after taking the vehicle to BMW for an inspection all four tire were under the legal limit. next my plates were supposed to be transferred from my previous car to my BMW. After 2 months to my confusion I receive new plates in the mail. I reach out to Walter and he informs me that they could transfer the plates so the had to order new ones. This is after Ive been driving around in a vehicle with plate I THOUGHT were registered to my BMW. They didnt even have the decency to notify me that they could transfer plates and send me temp plates in the mail while I waited for the new ones. Walter has also stopped replying to my email. which just goes to show all they want is your money and customer service means nothing to the establishment. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!

I just want to say upfront about myself first, I am not a big review or yelp kind of guy. I will only leave a review usually if I can develop a good connection with the person I am doing business with. With that said, I wanted to leave a review on Car Gurus... but would not let me. I saw this dealer getting good reviews on Car Gurus and other car websites. Not sure why Google isnt getting the same type of praise but I am here to do it.I give 5 stars because they are nice and not pushyTim is great, very compassionate and fair when selling cars. Merik the lead mechanic for their auto sports and imports service branch/company is knowledgeable and patient with ensuring your satisfaction of service performed.I love my modded red 135i. Thats right modded... not the best idea to buy a car like that. But the car is solid and they are a honest luxury European import used car dealer. I would do business with them again.Shawn

After my car (X5) went out of warranty from the dealer, I had decided to try Auto Sports for my regular follow up service. I have been going to Auto Sports & Imports for more than 2 years. They do a great job at a good price (when compared to dealerships). Thank you!!

Took my 325i in for some engine work. The repairs werent performed to the best of their abilities the first time, however, Auto Sports & Imports vowed to make it right and corrected the problem at no charge. Patrick and his Team have earned my business by making things right! It was all about building the relationship with their customer and providing the best service experience. Id highly recommend them!

I had a lot of hope for this company after they had known that my vehicle had an on board diagnostic display that no other mechanic knew about. I had brought my vehicle in for service regarding an intermittent stalling issue. They told me it was an oxygen sensor and it was replaced for nearly $400. Upon returning to retrieve my other vehicle the issue had occurred that was fixed according to the person I spoke with on the phone. They took the vehicle back and tried a cheap fix by replacing a relay and when that did not work I was told it was another $200 to begin diagnosing the issue that I had initially brought my vehicle to Auto Sports and Imports. This service was an absolute rip off and I suggest that no one use them to service their vehicle unless they want to be robbed. My advice for Auto Sports & Imports is to not throw sensors at problems and make sure your customers vehicles are repaired properly.
