Had my emissions test done there and it was quick and easy despite there being a relatively long line. Was able to get my new sticker there as well, which was nice. Staff was polite and did a good job.

Well I tried to get my emissions done today but I didnt hear him correctly and get in line behind the faded sign on the wrong side of the road facing oncoming traffic. Instead of telling me again or just letting me go from the spot I was already parked in, he just let everyone cut in front of me. When I finally pulled in he stood in front of my car so I almost hit him and asked me what you dont want to get in line? I told him I didnt hear him say that and just left. Definitely wont be returning for any service. I wasnt trying to be difficult but people make mistakes and dont deserve to be treated like that when mistakes actually happen.

This is the mechanics I trust to take care of my car. They are honest with me, Ive never felt like they were trying to get more money than they needed from me, and they give me back my car quickly. I have recommended them to anyone who ask for auto repair shops.

Friendly, efficient, professional and cost effective! The guys were polite and friendly. I dropped it off and received a phone call saying they tested it and couldnt replicate my issue, so offered to have me pick it up free of charge. My response Now thats the kind of price that brings repeat business!. We went further and it turned out to be a bad battery connection. While it was there, they were able to diagnose why my check engine light was on and fixed that, and did the emissions. I would definitely return, thanks guys!

Quick, easy, and fast on Emissions testing. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 was the first time I went to do Emissions. Their automated system said there was emissions that day, but it was cancelled. A way to improve this would be to have a person to answer those phone calls to give definite answers. But overall, a very nice place.

My father in law had his vehicle in they recommended a converter and ignition module 1000 dollars!!!! No codes were written on work order or explained to him. So he brought me his vehicle to double check what the issue was. A cat code is po420. In for an ignition control module it should’ve been misfire codes none of these are present when checked. Instead of a code for a camshaft position sensor Morceau a circuit code so electrical issue which I found immediately and the problem was corrected. This tells me whichever technician was looking at the car was taking a shot in the dark and hoping that $1000 worth of work with came out of it in hopes to fix the car as a next service manager I would’ve told his technician to pack his tools and go home if not tell me why he thinks it’s those two things. Future reference when taking a shot in the dark don’t make it so apparent when you try to cover the two things that it could be on a no start issue

Ive been going here for 15 years. Ive always been very happy with their service. That is until recently. I brought my van in because the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They replaced my alternator. $500 repair. Got it home and it Still wouldnt hold a charge. Did some research online. It needed a new relay switch. Cheap easy fix we did ourselves. Didnt need a new alternator. 2 weeks later I take my other car in because its leaking. I was told it was gaskets then get pressured to do 100k matience. I agreed to the gaskets and spark plug change. Pressured me to change my belt for an additional $100. I declined. $600 and 4 days later my car is leaking. AGAIN or should I say STILL leaking. So this time Im told its my power steering pump that needs to be replaced.( I dont recall the fluid on my driveway being red). And oh yeah theyre pressuring me to change the belt. AGAIN. Idk what is going on there if its their new service writer it what but I will NEVER take my cars there again.

New in town, I took my 2013 Chevy Impala in for brakes, they told me I needed rotors and a left passenger hub baron. The total came to $1367. When I got my car back the very next day it wouldn’t start. 🤔I got it jumped which started it but I was puzzled because I had put a new battery in my car about a year ago and when I took it to be tested, the batteries cells were fine. I dealt with my car not starting and needed to be jumped for a month even with a new battery put in it. I’m not sure what they unplugged when they worked on my car but I will not ever go back to them again... they are not reasonable and the older guy looks at me like he’s mad all of the time... They are not welcoming ppl...

This place is awesome. Great hospitality, speedy, accurate, and great quality of work. I had taken my vehicle to another shop for an oil change (my tire pressure light was on also), they changed my oil and that was it!!!! The other shop didnt inform me of my tire pressure, so when I asked about it, they said I needed a tire pressure sensor. Fast forward 6k miles. I take my vehicle to R&R auto for L.O.F and emissions (tire pressure light still on) they said i had a screw in it. (Which they fixed). Reset my light...light is off. Hmmmmm. Guess I drove around 6k miles with a screw in my tire. (Safety concern). I will definitely take my vehicle here for all my maintenance and repair needs. Thank you R&R. You guys rock!!!!

I took a half-day at work to go get emissions testing done. I get there and the guy tells me to go wait in line after waiting in line for 45 minutes he comes and tells me that they can’t take me today because they’re too busy. This was super unprofessional... In those 45 minutes I waited I could’ve gone to another emissions testing place that closed by 4 PM

Quoted price changed after job was done with no other repairs, and was told I had to address another part that was working properly. Also, engine cover was nice and clean when car went in but after, there was grease that couldve just been wiped off. No pride in craftsmanship. Wouldnt go back or recommend to anyone.
