Have been going here for five years now. Very cordial and accommodating. My biggest fear is when mechanics ask you to fix things that arent truly broken. Tires plus has been great in telling me whats wrong, how long I can go without changing, etc.

All by first come first serve walk in. Junior was kind and professional. i came in for tire rotation and for new break pads/rotors.Very honest and even let me come back to see how badly i really needed the work done. it is rare to find an honest, decently priced auto body shop these days. I have to admit I was very happy with the customer service I received from Jr. and Dan.

As for emissions, it says they are doing emissions...THEY ARE NOT!!!! They need to take this down from their website as it is very misleading . Yes, in normal times they do but with COVID they have stopped. This is wrong since the state has now said we need emissions done!! Their sign has been on their door since March. Many other places are doing emissions testing. They need to as well! When I googled places in Kenosha that do emissions testing, this place popped up! You need to take it down!!!!!!!

Friendly service, theyll let you know if itll be a long wait so you can run errands/ get something to eat in the meantime. These guys are great. No complaints

My wife got her tires here last year so I decided to see what they had for my car I got a quote online only to be told that they are an independent shop and the tires I was quoted they did not carry they did find a suitable replacement got them in stock very quickly infact later the same day and I brought it in on Friday evening was told more then likely they wouldnt get to it that night and I really didnt expect them to they had it done by 130 Saturday afternoon and the price was 4 dollars less then quoted I will take it lol time will tell how the tires hold up but the staff was polite and friendly and I would definitely bring my and my wifes car back when we need new tires

Dan was super helpful and the Tires Plus staff was fast and courteous. Last year they told me my tires were fine and I would make it another year. With my new tires my driving experience has changed. Went for emission testing and they no longer do it!

They never seem to be able to get my oil change done and it’s ridiculously hard to get any work done on your car.

He was so clear in the way he explained my car’s situation to me, and he didn’t try to cheat me out of money by telling me my car had issues it didn’t have. My experience with Tires Plus off hwy 50 in Kenosha was great. Although very busy, coursity was the bomb. And so apologitect for being so busy. Great place 👍

Tires Plus is my go-to. I recently got 2 new front tires installed for just over $190. They said theyd charge me about $33.00 if they had to seal one of my other tires. They ended up sealing it, but didnt charge me for it. And that was a pretty typical visit, in my experience. Their people are up-front, polite, and helpful.

Owner was really great at helping me. I would go buy my tires here again any time.

This place was amazing when I got a flat tire 2 hrs before my sons birthday, kids arriving at my house, my car was the transportation for 7 kids, on a Saturday they got me in as quick as possible (they were packed)! Low on money and freaking out they patched my tire (patches never work from what I heard and it worked) they saved my sons birthday! This is my go to shop now!

I always have a good experience at Tires Plus. I have been going for many years and they have helped keep my 2004 car up and running smoothly. I have gone through my share of tires on a car of this age, however every time I have been given 5 star service from Jon, Dan and Junior. They alert me to things I need and help me decide the best fixes for things I came in for fixing.

I dont even want to give them one star at this point. I took my car into this tires plus location less than a month ago for a safety check because I ran over something and heard a noise so I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. I paid the fee and they checked my car over and I was advised my front end suspension did need to be replaced but at that time I was advised the car was not a safety issue and my suspension would continue to worsen over time so I needed to get it addressed in the near future. I was advised it wasnt unsafe to drive and my wheels would not fall off. I specifically asked if my wheels would fall off and was assured they would not and that I did have some time to take care of the suspension issue. So I started saving up for the hefty repairs in my near future and continued driving along as I was advised my car was safe to drive. So less than 3 weeks later as I was driving 55 MPH my wheel did fall off because my suspension did fail and a piece was thrown into my transmission and blew a 10+ inch hole in my transmission. I am so lucky I wasnt hurt and I am so livid that I was told my car was safe when it was in fact not and now my car is totaled. I will never ever go to this shop again. If they would have told me it was not safe to drive on I wouldnt have been driving it. I would not trust this shop if I were you.

I love these people. Every time I need something they are extremely helpful. I was told by another service provider that I should rotate my tires. Since I had purchased them at Tires Plus I gave them a call.They were able to get me in right away and the rotation was free! I was out in short order and on with my day...Always happy when I walk out those doors! I highly recommend them for all repair and tire work!

I have had great experiences with the Kenosha Tires Plus over the years. Recently, Dan spent time explaining my mechanical issues and providing me options and helped weigh the pros and cons with the various options. He runs a good and honest shop.

We had a tire that was leaking out air. The person at the desk was not very compassionate and stated that he could help us on Tuesday - it was Saturday afternoon.

The staff is very professional and courteous, the owner is very polite and respectful. I overheard him telling a customer it was a simple fix, no charge. If you feel bad then just make sure you buy your next set of tires from us. My whole family goes there from my parents to my wife.

We were in Kenosha for an important event when the brakes in our car suddenly were gone as we were leaving our hotel. This was on a Saturday night. We did Uber to the event but had to leave Kenosha Monday morning and how and when can we get our brakes fixed? We were referred to Tires Plus for repairs(I believe from Auto Zone). Well, we could not be any more happier with the service we received and on a Sunday at that. I explained the situation to Dan, the amazing owner, and he went ahead, got us in and brakes were fixed at 3:30pm. Where do you get service like this and on a Sunday? Its been a week now and were still praising Dan. Ive posted enough info. but I could go on and on about Dan and his repair crew. Thank yo so very, very much. We visit often & well know where to go if any other problems come up!!!!

So this place is not good. They did not honor any of the franchise promotions which is fine by but also they over tourqued my lug nuts by a lot. They also over inflated my tires. They are not good at their job.

Absolutely top notch customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after a minor mishap. Very respectable, professional.

Now this place is great, great staff, owner was awesome, didnt even know it was him till he left and then i was told. But short story place is great. And they offered me soda and pizza at the tine. 15 out of 10 i recommend

I went in without an appointment to have a tire patched that had blown yesterday. Dan, the owner, helped me directly. My tire was not fixable; however, they provided me with several options for replacement. I was very pleased with their professionalism and work. Easily the most painless work in my brakes and tires. Dropped off one car on a Thursday, then another on a Friday. All work was done professionally. Staff explained the differences in tires wonderfully.

I chose to have my car towed to Tires Plus when it had a a flat tire and there was no spare. The staff were friendly and took care of repairing it the same day. Reasonably priced and honest service. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience! My girlfriends tire got a nail in it and went full flat so it needed a patch or plug (being that they were brand new tires). They got us in same day, and in one hour, with plenty of other cars being worked on, patched the tire, mounted, balanced it, and put the spare back under the car for 33 bucks. You cant beat it!

Called on Wednesday and asked for a tire to be ordered. The employee stated the tire would be ordered and in stock the next day. When I called back the tire somehow didnt come in on the truck. Another employee said they would call me back later in the day to let me known when the tire would actually be in. Well I was never called back and went else where with better service.

Previously bought 4 new tires for my minivan there. Went in today due to leak in one of the tires. They took me in right away even though they had several vehicles being worked on. Turns out we had a small screw in the tire. They fixed it right away. Friendly and fast service!!

Got a flat as i got to the outlets thankfully i found this place that closes by 4pm on a sunday lucky that it was 2pm when i got the flat friendly customer service and they worked quick.

Giving 2 stars for the staff member on duty when I arrived for my appointment. Zero stars for not willing to honor lifetime alignment from tires plus. Only franchise tires plus in wisconsin, no reason to have the brand since they are unwilling to work with customers who have been to any other tires plus in wisconsin. Do not recommend.

Came here for a simple emissions test, but the crew here was very professional, efficient and did their job well. They do emissions tests much later than most of the dealerships in the area so I recommend doing yours here if you want a quick check done past 5PM.
