Got me in and out no problem reasonable prices...flex pipe replacement

Ive been coming to Velasquez in Kenosha for several years and dealt with Dustin on several occasions.Dustin always is very straight forward, professional and prompt. He is very good at explaining what the issue is and what the required fix is. Will be a long time customer.

Waste of time. Called in advance for a brake job. Asked to verify that they could get to my car that day and got a yes. I drove my car there, left it, and walked to work. 4 hours later I had to call them cuz they did not call me. The lady said they were just getting to my car. They called 20 mins later and said it was gonna be almost 600 (590.80) AND I would have to bring my car back the next day. What was the point of dropping it off if they couldnt get to it? Why did the mechanic lie and say he could get it? All I know is Im never going there again unless Im ready to waste time again.

In under an hour, they gave me a free estimate, sleeved and rehung my exhaust, and were done. Great efficient service, good price, GREAT place! Their location in Round Lake is equally awesome! Great job guys!

They have terrible workers, who needs to take their work seriously. the quality of work is very poor, you shouldnt have to keep going back to them to fix something that they claim they fixed already. I really would not recommend them to anyone as your first option, I would recommend them as your very last option.

Paid 100 for this service now that it wasn’t done correctly, my front tires are wearing out which mean I have to buy a complete set since I have a AWD vehicle.

These guys did really good work on my Outlander. They had multiple check engine light codes, properly fixed all of them and at a cost efficient price. Very friendly, gave me a long lost uncle vibe.

Came in to get my exhaust fixed after it split at the catalytic converter going into the exhaust the guy didnt try to oversell me anything told me exactly what the problem is and told me that two other pieces were bad and showed them to me but didnt pressure me to fix it right then and there....did the job quickly and got me out I will definitely bring my car back here again......and oh yeah this is my first ever review of a business but remember first come first serve here

Ive been going here 12+ years and never had a single issue. I moved to Wisconsin in 2007 and at first lived in kenosha. Since that time Ive had a few cars and every time Ive been here they have been professional, honest and fair the prices are also fair And I didnt really appreciate how good Velazquez was until Ive been other places that have completely different expirience. Ive lived in Lake Geneva for past 6+ years and Id rather drive or have my car towed all the way to kenosha than deal with these small town guys who have no problem ripping off their customers.

The absolute worst, most awful,disrespectful experience ever. The woman receptionist with the piercing on her lip is very rude and awful. Attitude is disgusting, a lot of eye rolling, frowned up face, just overall very rude. Will be reporting to better business bureau as well.

This is the worst place to ever go to if you need your car fixed. I was supposed to be getting a brand new converter on my SUV only to have to return to get the same part replaced 4x and it still is not right. I now am not only out of the money I was charged I also have to pay someone else to fix the issue they could not fix after 4 tries! I was told by another auto repair shop that the part was welded together even though they told me the part was brand new. I will definitely see them in COURT!

Honestly I am a very distrustful person and they were great. Replaced a defective part and didn’t even charge a diagnostic fee. I found them to be kind and honest and well go back and recommend them to others!! Thank you for being a honest group

If I was able to give no stars then I would.. just a terrible place, lying mechanics and lying receptionists. I dropped of my car and after 6 hours to do 1 hr of work, my car ran worse then when i dropped it off. So i took it back and told them yall did something wrong, these dummies were trying to convince me that it always ran like that its not our fault, after clearly letting them know they liars, he says oh yeah ok your right we can fix it, we have to run test, I said fine do you, (knowing it was going to snow and be cold) i just didnt want to be stranded, so here we are 5 days later and people, they havent even touched my car, then got mad cause I told them Im going to another shop... Dont WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

If i could give them a negative 5 star I would! Beware of these guys. I am a retired ASE mechanic. I took my car in for an alignment special and they charged me for the alignment and told me they could not do the job because i needed tie rods and ball joints for $1200.00 By the way my car needed none of that. You should have seen the mechanics face wheno told him so. These guys give mechanics a bad name! Be warned!

General auto repair shop specializing in exhaust systems and custom installation. I had taken my vehicle to another shop that wanted to replace the complete exhaust system from engine to tail pipe at a significant cost to simply repair one leak in the system. At Velasquez, they looked at the leak and suggested that a small piece of pipe (6) be cut off and a replacement welded on at a much lesser cost, since the other parts were still in good condition. The job was done in 20 minutes. They seem to be looking out for the customer. All their publicity is by word of mouth. Until recently, they werent even listed on Google maps. This is the first review on Google maps. I wish them well.
