I need some work done on my car to pass emissions and Hessefort was on the list of approved places I could go. Very helpful and professional on the phone. Instead of setting up an appointment for a diagnostic test, the gentleman explained what I needed done was not on their list of issues they will take on. They may not be fixing my current car but I respect a place that wont lie to just make money. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need other work done!!

Mark is wonderful! This place is simply the best I have ever worked with.

Everything was great until I started questions about personal information, other than not getting a clear explanation about why they needed certain things, everything was great.

I have been going to Mark at Hesseforts for both my 2010 PT Cruiser and 1997 Ford Ranger. Mark does great work. Hes straight forward and honest. He doesnt overcharge. Great place for truck or car servicing.

We have been using Hessefort for more than ten years now and have never been disappointed. Great customer service. It is always pleasant to speak with the owner. He personally checks out all the vehicles and is able too handle older vehicles as well as newer ones. If it is somehow not worth your money too repair your vehicle he is always willing to help you unload.

Gentleman behind the counter smoked constantly and was unable to complete the work on my vehicle. Worse yet I received my unfinished vehicle reeking like an ashtray.
