Dont waste your time at big dealerships that will charge you $400 in doc fees, and talking to a salesman who will promise you the world. At Drexel Sam fixes the cars, negotiates the price, and does the paperwork. Sams no problem, Ill take care of it, low-pressure attitude is the reason I will recommend him to anyone. 100% the best car buying experience Ive ever had.

Searched high and low for a car in my budget and found nothing until we went to Drexel Auto. Sam was friendly and did not pressure us in any way. There were a few concerns we had about the car and he took care of them ALL before we made a final decision and purchase. He even warrantied the car for the next year. Extremely pleasant experience.

This is the worst experience I have had trying to buy a car. If you want to get information from Sam (of Drexel Auto Sales) over the phone, as any customer would do, he gives you total attitude. The first time I called, I asked him about the cars accident history, and he rudely replied, Thats why the Carfax is online. (I hadnt seen it yet.) Later, when my wife called to ask about whether he had service records for the car, he responded, Thats why the Carfax is there. When she tried to explain that not all garages report services to Carfax, he interrupted her, brusquely said, If you want the service records, you should buy the car from a dealer, and then hung up on her. In both conversations, he was rude and short-tempered, but hanging up on a customer was the icing on the cake. Area garages say that Drexel is a new business and doesnt have any reputation yet. Now it does! Stay away from this place if you value your time and respect.
