There was a customer who said he was sold a wrong item and made it seem as if the beauty advisor tricked him into buying the item. I was there and she told him they were currently out of the item he was looking for and proceeded to show him what they had in stock and so he went with a different one. She made sure if he was sure that was the item he wanted. I came back later today to get a developer and there he was yelling that she sold him the wrong item. I was shocked. Poor girl kept on apologizing. I just wanted to give that doll a hug. Her and her co worker did the best they could to handle the situation!

Two new girls handling a displeased customer who purchased the wrong item. The girl who did most of the talking handled the situation with professionalism and did her best to accommodate the customer. Kudos to the new girls!

It is supposed to open at 10am. Its 10:10am and no one has unlocked the doors yet. Ive been sitting outside 15mins and still nothing. The door is boarded up with a sign saying theyre open but the doors are locked and no lights are on.

There is always boxes everywhere and this is a small store but the employees are nice and helpful where they can. I have been a frequent Sallys customer all my life. There is no other comparable store that I know of, and her supplies have saved me so much in salon services over the years. I love Sallys!:)

The shelves had minimal tubes of Magenta and Age Beautiful. A box of these colors were sitting on the floor waiting to be placed on the shelves. I reached down to get 4 tubes of each and all of a sudden someone yells out Im gonna need you to get out of my box!!! loudly! Regaining composure I told the person wearing a Sallys name tag that she was rude and didnt have to talk to me that way. A little disagreement ensued. I wasnt trying to steal the haircolor. I made my purchase but Sallys Ive been in that particular store before and havent been treated so poorly. Restock your shelves and treat customers better! Shame on you!! Ill go back to ordering online!

Super friendly is a understatement, I would call it oppressive. We walked in they introduced them selves and asked if we needed help I said no, maybe later Ill let you know. With in 3 minutes she was on top of us asking ridiculous questions and gave my friend a panic attack as he has problems decided things under pressure. What the hell lady maybe next time someone comes in and says they are fine you should listen to them. She lost our business for good. On a side note they were out of a lot of products as well.

Great location with helpful employees. Sometimes when I go to a Sally I either get ignored because Im a guy or talked down to. Here I didnt get either of those attitudes and instead got some help that was friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Suggested many new products, and was very knowledgeable. Lots of shelves full of products and ample parking.
