Great place for coffee in...not the greatest neighborhood. 5 stars for service - amazing staff. Came here every morning while on a business trip and their smiling happy faces were the best part of my week. 4 stars for the food/coffee - not the greatest cup but got me the caffeine kick I needed. 4 stars for atmosphere. Wish it had a few more comfortable places to sit (the comfy chairs were great but almost always taken). 4 stars for prices. Typical for a Seattle area coffee house. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

This is one of the best coffee shops Ive ever been to. You can actually taste the coffee too, its not just all sugar and milk like some places. Especially love their white chocolate raspberry latte with the raspberry soft top 😍

The place is pretty but I wasn’t impressed with the coffee. I had the eggnog latte and I added a little honey but to me it tasted kind of sour. It wasn’t the rich creamy eggnog latte that I had at other places. The customer service was good.

Your people need to listen more to orders! Dont add cream to an Americano when it isnt asked for. If in doubt, verify orders at the pay window to make sure your customers are happy with their drinks and not find an unpleasant surprise in their drinks when theyre down the road a few miles heading to an appointment

I love this place!!!! Its 10 times better than starbucks an dont get me wrong I like Starbucks also but if I had to choose between Id pick cutters point really over all any coffee place

Ugh I used to love this small family owned feel coffee shop but it feels so corporate now :( there is a completely new staff and I feel like no one really knows what they’re doing. This shop has gone completely down hill in the last year

Did not get what I asked or paid for. Ended up in hospital because of food allergy. I don’t ask for milk alternatives and adjustments for fun. When I contacted management about it - they brushed it off as an accident and told me I was taking it “too seriously.”

Seems like they are still working out the kinks on a renovation + staff turnover (just a guess), but overall the place seems solid. Friendly staff (only slightly awkward, probably less so than average in Seattle), nice ambiance (always a fan of coffee shop fireplaces and enormous clocks), and most importantly to me personally: good cold brew.Apparently they have a happy hour from 3:00-6:00, though Im not quite sure what that entails. Id recommend this place over Starbucks, hence the 5 stars.

All and all not a bad place. Pretty much exactly what I would expect for a regional, suburban chain. Hard to hate it but nothing really differentiated either.

Mochas are really good here. The inside and restrooms are immaculately clean and the interior is updated. Service is friendly and prompt.

We had a cold and hot coffee there with there recommendations and it’s the best coffee I’ve had. Friendly baristas and though we couldn’t sit down because of COVID we will after things get better.

Service took forever. Bought a dark mint mocha that I found out at the end wasn’t even stirred. Never coming back here again.

Its just a coffee shop. Limited plug in spots. Coffee isnt special. No sourcing transparency and they list best buy dates vs. roasting dates on their bags. Apparently they also have winter hours that differ from Google and their own in store signage.

The young ladies working during my visit to the establishment were polite, professional and very welcoming. I normally dont get my coffee in a mug, Im usually rushing out with a to go coffee. This time I got my coffee in a mug and sat down and enjoyed it. Very nice place as well.

The staff here are mostly friendly! But the star here is the coffee. My wife loves this company and we will drive out of our way for their coffee,, especially if the only other option is Starbucks.

You can never ever taste the coffee, but if you like drinking sweet warm milk and want to pay extra, get a latte here. Only reason Im giving this a three is because the bakery items are pretty good.

This place is far better and far cheaper than Starbucks. I feel like everybody goes to Starbucks because its just the thing to do, but does anybody actually enjoy their burnt coffee and franchise environment? Definitely not the same vibe here, and their drinks are fair priced and actually good tasting.

Meh, the service is good. The lattes and food is sub par. Tried it twice probably wont go back. Latte: milk was hot but not steamed properly so the texture was off. Food: sandwich was under cooked. For a place that says it small family owned it sure feels corporate.

Window lady was nice and quick. Wish I would have gotten her name to give kudos specifically. Our coffees were great (drip coffee and macadamia white) and our dog greatly appreciated his puppachino which came with a treat! We will be back for sure.

Great coffee and great service. I used to come to this place daily but sadly the midway location is the furthest north location this place has! Worth the side trip if your in the area. Will start coming here again as my coffee of choice if I ever live in the South end again. A+

This is my go-to coffee shop. Everyone here is always super nice and you cant get a better espresso in your drinks.They also have really good seasonal drinks that arent just replicas of the flavors you would get at other coffee places. Major props for being so innovative. I cant wait for them to get a smartphone app so I dont have to keep track of my card though!

Service has gone down hill here...After ordering my drink they simply forgot to make it. I had to remind the barista 10 minutes later about my one drink order. Then when I finally get the drink, it was made incorrectly! New staff need to way more instruction before operating store alone. Both baristas blamed it on them being new.

The Seattle area has lots of great coffee, but Cutters Point is by far my favorite. The atmosphere is great, the staff is always friendly, and the coffee is always amazing.When you go ask to see the secret coffee menu. Its my goal to eventually try all the cool flavours on it, but so far the Samoa Cookie is my go to.

They have a drive-thru plenty of parking (theyre in a strip mall), they dont accept AMEX, however they accept Google pay. The store was clean, restrooms acceptable. Its a run of the mill coffee reseller. Nothing extraordinary but if you want a basic coffee or tea this place hits the spot, easy in and easy out. Service is also run of the mill for the area.

This is a great coffee shop, its coffee to my taste is a bit better ( not so bitter) than its more well know competition. Very friendly baristas, smiling and helpful. Parking is easy and plentiful. Two clean restrooms. Speedy wifi. Also one item I truly enjoy is simply its atmosphere, which is along a nautical theme, and very open. It has outdoor seating, and on nice summer days they often open up the sliding wall that separates the indoor from outdoor seating providing a feeling of openness for everyone. Even though its location is not far from a busy two land road, I seem not to notice much road noise. In short, its worth a visit.

Ive been a customer for over 10 years, having coffee with my buddies 2 - 3 times a week. The service is spectacular and coffee is good, but a little on the strong and high acidity level. I feel the Dark Harbor is the best of their choices.

Good coffee, from excellent quality beans. Not over roasted like some other places. The staff is always friendly. The location is easy to find & has fuel nearby. Shopping is available just across the parking lot.

I have been coming here for years! Their coffee is so much better than Starbucks, and competitively priced too. The baristas are always great, and the atmosphere and furniture is warm and comfy. The food is great also, andand t have a rating of Excellent from the health department! PS they roast their own coffee beans. No wonder its always so good!

One of the few coffee shops in the are to sit down and do work. Coffee is not bad and its a clean and relaxed vibe. Please please do something about your sticky tables though!!!! I have tried them all and even tried washing them off, i think it is the varnish.

I went here with my boyfriend to have some coffee, study, and chat. I was pleased with the yummy white chocolate mocha I had, and he got a London fog. We each tried a pastry. I had an apple fritter which was good, but I wish I asked for it warmed up. I dont remember what he had :). Two nice girls were working and it was great to hear some nice music selection like Coldplay, the fray, and calm cafe tunes. There are outlets along the wall if you have computers or phones and a bathroom. Nice cozy spot !

The staff is always friendly. They remember you after only going for a short amount of time. The drinks are the best! I cant drink coffee anywhere else anymore.

Excellent customer service. Seconds after opening the door we were greeted by not one but both baristas. The place was very clean and the food was very tasty. The baristas insisted on bringing everything we needed to our table. Good vibes I will defiantly return.

Charged almost $4 for a bagel with cream cheese.....they make you put on your own cream cheese via one small packet that does not fill half of the bagel, then they expect you to PAY $1.25 for another packet.....???? I paid for a bagel with cream cheese...you dont even have options for cream cheese and you expect me to be okay with barely any when I PAID you. Also would not give me a single small butter packet for free..10 cents. If you want to get robbed and have rude employees here ya go!! (Also the mocha is not a good chocolate to espresso ratio...i did not ask for overpriced hot chocolate.)

I started coming to cutters point instead of my usual (Starbucks) months ago because I was tired of Starbucks messing up my drinks. My kids enjoy the smoothies here so that will probabally be the only reason I will return as every.single.time. My coffee is only filled up half way and the rest is whip, if I wanted a 12.oz vs. a 16.oz I would have ordered one. I got a iced caramel macchiato yesterday and it was absolutely the worst I have ever had.. needless to say, I will be sticking to Starbucks.
