STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! WE WERE LIED TO AND THEY MISREPRESENTED THEIR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!On May 4, 2018 we signed a 36 month contract with Advanced Document Servicess Branch Manager Scott Hoeck! We specifically told Scott exactly what we needed in a copier/fax/scan/duplication machine.He was adament and clear that what we ordered would do what we needed. At no time did our specifications change from our very first conversations to the day we signed the contract. Also, we were told we would be allowed to test the copier for a two week period. He lied as no two week test period was given. The tech to installed the copier demanded that we sign a paper that made it impossible to test the machine. He wouldnt let us try it out first. I truly believe that all Scott Hoeck wanted was his commission. Note: During a conversation with the same tech who installed the machine said that the Salesmen at his company do that all the time. Xerox is suppose to be a reputable company. All bet President, CEO John Visentin would be appalled - or maybe not! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
