I made a couple little mistakes on my last order & Doug was so patient and made correcting my mistakes his priorities so I could get my projects done on time and gave me some great ideas for one of the projects I was working on. Doug, the owner of Raven Copy Center, is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people in business I have encountered in my many years in customer service. I called around for a special scanning of a large painting I needed to print and send to a church in Illinois. No small or large print shop had the machines or knowledge in all of south Puget Sound. Any price they quoted was at least 5 times higher than what Doug was able to do for me. And when I needed to tweek the colors the following day, he was so patient and proficient in helping me, the artist, be a satisfied person. His shop has just what is needed for so many unique printing needs. I would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent Sales and Service! We were able to provided PDF plans from WV to their store in Seattle... They printed them and delivered them on time and very economically! Their payment system is very secure too... I highly recommend them!!!
