Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Messed up our work twice and made us look unprofessional with our clients due to their inability to do their job properly. Even worse, they insisted to make us pay for all their mess. There are things that they admittedly say we did not catch but still these things dont make them responsible to fix their mess and APOLOGIZE. None of that happened. They made us pay for everything that we had to re-print. Although not been impressed ever with their work, we always wanted to support local business. Lesson learned. Never coming back again, and I do not recommend them for anyone.

Copyprint is a humble, family owned print shop that will always be better than any print shop you go to after coming here. Jill and Mark are always friendly and super helpful. Their equipment is well maintained and the colors are correct 100% of the time. Dont spend any more at FedEx and All Media, come here.

Copy Print has a wonderful team to assist you with any project! They have done last minute projects in a pinch in under an hour for me. You cannot beat their prices either! Copy Print is usually 3 times less than other print shops in the area. Thank you for being a valuable and dependable resource for all of my printing needs!

I am now graduated and am no longer a resident of Kent, but the majority of my undergrad I used Copy Print and I couldnt have chosen a better place. Their staff is extremely helpful, kind and always willing to work with students. Their prices are within a tight student budget and I was also happy supporting a local family business. I wish there were more places around that had such a good atmosphere along with service. I would recommend anyone to Copy Print!

I just graduated from KSU and I have been using CopyPrint for three years. I was an Interior Design major in the Architecture College and CopyPrint became my saving grace my 3rd in the program. They are wonderful people who are always willing to work with students as much as they can. Being in the school of Architecture we are printing anything from presentation boards, sets of documents, to portfolios every semester and the people at CopyPrint are always willing to help us in any way that they can, sometimes offer us student discounts, and Jill has even stayed pass closing hours or come in early during the weeks of our final presentations, just so we can get everything printed. The people at CopyPrint are good people and have very reasonable prices. I am sad to think now that I have moved away from college that I will have to find another print shop. STOP! Turn around, and go down the street to All Media. This place is an absolute joke, specifically the woman with dark hair that works there. She knows nothing about her job, and she treats her clients terribly. She is the most IGNORANT/RUDE woman I have ever met in my entire life. Shes disrespectful, negative, and a complete terrible person to be around/deal with. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. After dealing with her attitude and complete lack of respect, I went to All Media-- where they (unlike this woman) were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Dont waste your time.
