HORRIBLE service. The lady is super disrespectful and rude. absolutely the worst place to go to. First off. the food is all expired and to top it all off, the lady working is a absolute monster. she yells at people and gives stares of judgement. she embarrassed all customers and treats them with judgement and hatred. DO NOT GO THERE.

I never ever had amazing tasty baklava in all Washington like alhamadani place. Not even back home in my homeland. The lady whos run the store makes top quality Middle Eastern sweets Plus amazing Iraqi bread.

To day we when to buy some stuff but They treat as very bad. the stuff is good/ quality but the people working there not respectfull at all customers is first. Today again I went in shop they had the bread but he said it sold out but whenever I called to keep some bread for me they said sorry we wan,t take orders I dont know whats going on thats not fair at all Once once again I went this shop today to get bread and other stuff she gave me the breads and I only ask her would you mind please change one of this bread is not cooked properly as you guys can see the photo for the the bread theat I posted both what they have for show and what the given me you guys I mean the other customer can Decide about it be side that she got mad at me and she took the bread she didnt refund my money and she told me get out of my shop 3 times I am the Owner of this shop thats not the way to respect as a human not even a customer I dont know why theyre having such as route people for the customer service thanks.

First visit at this bakery during the month of Ramadan 2021. Was planning to purchase but I noticed the woman with glasses behind the counter giving me the stare of discomfort. She was not the same with other customers. She smiled at them laughed with them but gave me the most uncomfortable stare as if I was there for trouble of some sort. If these are Muslim owners its a shame and if not its still a shame. I decided not to purchase at all and left. Would have loved to give a good review but Ive given myself the choice to be honest.

This place serves fresh kinds of Middle Eastern desserts and the unique fresh made Arabic bread as well (you must try it). I went there looking for Kunafe but sadly it was not available at that time and needs to be reserved earlier. I have noticed variety of some imported products and Halal food there, and both of the lady and young guy working there were very friendly and nice. Thank you for you generosity!

The lady at the counter is really rude, they dont care about customers satisfaction. They only greet their own people. The bread is burned with bad shapes, we couldnt eat at least 5 of the breads. I dont know why no one is taking any action. It is waist of money, food, and time.😡 I am so disappointed.

Good bread but one of the workers there is super rude. I was sick and my brother went to get bread for him and me, they made me get out of the car to come buy it because they wouldnt let him buy it for me. Not a great representation of Allahs love.

Paid a fortune for this little piece off Kunafa, which is latterly feels like a piece of plastic covered with color, really disappointed with their products. Not worth a penny.

A great bakery and mini-mart with a nice selection of Middle Eastern and Halal products. It is not a full on butcher shop or meat store, but they do have some frozen meats and packaged food, different kinds of Halal mortadella, sejouk, luncheon meat, etc. They also have some specialized dairy products (including laban), spices, dates, etc.

Good stuff but I hope that add more things.

The owner is a rude guy and the staff is monitoring you as a thief the moment you enter the store. Don’t let your kids touch anything or the owner will get mad. Better shop somewhere else.

They dont know how to greed theyre customers

As a middle eastern store, they are not very impressive. Very small collection. Their homemade bread and their homemade sweets are absolutely amazing and highly recommended.

The sweets were good, but the experience was awful. We sampled one item (they offered us a sample) and then bought half a pound of sweets. We asked if we could sample another item we hadnt seen, and they said no since we had already paid. We said we might buy more if we like the sample, but they said we had already paid so we cant have more samples. He said he will try to block my account when I mentioned writing a Google review, and then he (a middle aged gentleman) started swearing at us.

I just shopped here for the first time today. These folks are the most pleasant, helpful people. I was a bit nervous entering the store, because Im not from the middle east. But immediately was made to feel welcome and helped very warmly by the family.Thank you for the experience. Ill be back!

Al Hamdani offers delicious Iraqi breads like samoon and khobez. They bake them on site and the whole place smells like heaven. They sweets are really wonderful-- also homemade. The family is always happy to see you, and eager to help navigate Middle Eastern cuisine. A jewel of Kent.

I have a bad experience with owner he have bad attitude I called to order something so he start telling he is the owner and I need to speak to him so I like to speak to the woman work there she is nice do he didn’t let me talk to her so he start yelling at me he the owner and I need to speak to him only I told him I need to speak to the lady because she already now what I like so he start yelling and called me name and after that he hang the phone in my face so I called him back I told him what kind respect you give your customer he say I don’t give a hell for a customer and I am the owner so I say thank u and I hang up amaguen how he treat his family and wife is too much anger and no thankful for what they have this country give everyone a lot and a lot kindness so people need to cool and happy if u in bad stution stay home who tell u to open a business if u like that I don’t now if I go for advice from legal office if that legal to say to the customer bad words and yelling to them
