Im giving it 5 stars because the young lady who was there serving all of us hot people deserves a medal. She worked on her own with a constant line of 5 to 6 customers with orders ranging from ice cream cones to cups to milkshakes, and she didnt even break a sweat. She was very professional and courteous - and it was warm inside. Kudos to whoever hired her! Oh, the ice cream was as good as it usually is, by the way.

Service was terrible. Have been here before which was why its getting a two and not a one. I ordered a banana split since it looked appetizing in the picture. Thought to myself Maybe Ill get all vanilla and hot fudge. With that whip cream and cherry it should be good!. What I got was the picture below. Somehow, this desert shop ran out of hot fudge...thats like home depot running out of tools or lumber. Anyway, I asked to have it subbed out with chocolate syrup. I got one pump of chocolate over all three scoops and that was it...dont want to go back anymore. Ill take my business elsewhere. Comparison of the way it should look, and the way it did look are below.

Order 2 pre-packed. One was correct the other was wrong. Also in the same order. Ordered 2 of the creature creations. What a joke. Do not order. Comes with half a scoop. No sprinkles and the animals the kids chose came wrong. I brought the issues to them right after door dash left. They did not respond. Tried calling manager and was put on hold.

Sorry no photos. I ate it all! My favorite is chocolate chip. I also had nutty coconut. Service was great.

We’ve gone back to Baskin-Robbins 3 times now for new tags because of their commitment to quality. Always accurate and ships quickly. Won’t go elsewhere for any of our tag needs.

Love these tags! Arrive quickly and just as advertised. The my hold up and don’t wear at all. Would definitely recommend.

Sign says it closes at 10pm, Google said the hours were updated a week ago and it closes at 10pm. Nope, closed at 9.

I ordered the monkey cake off the app and IT WAS HIDEOUS LOL. I’ve never seen an uglier cake in my life. I swear.. they should say something on the app, like a warning or something to not order custom cakes if the people there don’t know how to decorate.

Decided on a Polar Pie instead of the traditional birthday cake and holy moly was it a great choice! Service was excellent as well.

Came in tonight and was not impressed... I was trying to suprise my son and get him his favorite thing the clown come. The girl working said we dont have that anymore and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about even tho it was on the menu board. I said you dont do that anymore?? Its on the menu and she said no we dont have that. Ok my son will be disappointed whatever, ordered a layered reeses sundae she also had no clue what that was and I ended up paying almost 7 dollars for a scoop of Ice cream with some caramel sauce on it definitely not what the reeses layered sundae is. Wont be coming back to this location

I order Birthday Cake for my daughter, I went for pick up at 11:30 AM. Store hour open listed open at 11:00 but no one in the store. So disappointed for store hours.

I took my kids here for dessert. We loved the variety of flavors. Not bad at all.

This place is so awesome! The ice cream is amazing and Jon and Jasneet are super nice and helpful! This is my favorite ice cream shop and it is absolutely the best in Washington.

I have been to this location multiple times, and have always been pleased by the friendly service, tasty ice cream, and overall pleasant atmosphere. In particular, Ive had extra good experiences with Jon and Rose, who have been exceptionally helpful.

This Baskin-Robbins is under new ownership, the store uses a whole new system. Keeping it very clean, taking care of the ice cream tubs, and making sure all customers walk out happy. All employees are trained to make sure they give cistomers #1 service.

9/9/17 my family and I witness Racism the manager of this store tried charging a family more money on a ice cream cake that baskin Robbins confessed that they screwed up. But told the Aferican American family is they wanted to a new cake they where going charge them for it. The manager said yes its our fault but this is our policy! So my family and I turned around and walked out without buying a damn thing!!!Never will I go back their again!

I bought a ice cream cake, was really hard couldn’t even cut it. Differently won’t be going back.

When i walked in i was looking to see what i wanted. After about 2 minutes i was ready. I looked up saw nobody. After about 2 more minutes i started to look to see where a worker was. I looked in the back and i saw 2 girls taking. One girl saw me sitting down turned the other way and started talking. In my head i was confused. I walked to see if my woman was ready and she was. I went back the same girl looked at me and kept talking. She eventually looked at me again i looked at her confused stuttering are you going to help me.the other worker she was talking to came and helped. At the end the girl that never got up to help after knowing i needed help gave me my bill. I paid and she disrespectfuly looked passed me after it approved and started talking to some guys that was flirting with the girl. I looked and said can i get my receipt. She didnt even look at me kept talking to the guys n gave me my recept. I think shes knew cause she didnt know that the guy that she was talking to used to work there.

The nice older lady just wants rob you the nice way. i ordered a medium malt shake with a little bit of extra malt and a pump of chocolate syrup which i always get from other baskin robbins and its always $6.50. However, she charged me $1 extra for just a little pump of chocolate syrup?? So, i ended up paying $7.50 for a medium malt shake, which is absurd!!! I already ordered and was in a hurry so i bought it anyway otherwise i would not have bought it. Shakes and malts are the same price in every baskin robbins. I know this because i ve been a customer of baskin robbins for years. Shakes automatically comes with which ever syrup you want. Malts, you just have to let them know if you want syrup or not which is also included in every baskin robbins stores. This was a terrible experience at this store. I wouldnt recommend anybody going to this particular baskin robbins unless you wanna get cheated and gently robbed of your $$ by the older lady. i m NEVER going there again neither should you.
