Ordered online (again, haha) and couldn’t believe how fast it came this time. It scared me when they knocked on the door. The cookies were gooey warm and ice cream was cold. 🤤Can’t wait to order again. p.s. I highly recommend the chocolate ice cream with brownie bites

Awesome place. The cookies are always hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and its clean inside. My wife and I work nights, so we make the drive out to Kent once a week for a cookie date. 🍪

Not only are the prices raised much higher now, this business does not accept USD currency. I cant imagine how USD currency is not ok when we are in the United States but cash tips are accepted??? Dont go there! Not worth the price or charge to your debit or credit card!!!

I took my daughter there for a cookie date. It was the first time that either of us had been there. They were doing very well following Covid guidelines. The people working there were very nice. The cookies were extremely fresh and some of them were straight out of the oven. I will go back.

I had an insane cookie craving and took a break from studying to visit this place for the first time today. I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the cookies were absolutely delicious! A little pricey for cookies, however, it’s a unique business (where else can you get warm cookies at 3 am?! Lol) and worth the splurge once in awhile. Definitely looking forward to my next visit in the near future :)

Its a delicious and sweet place to buy ice cream and cookies, staff are really cool and you can ask anything, te will attend you carefully, the bad part is place is not very beautiful, you feel it like fast food receive and go, and not a placenwhere you want to stay and enjoy, but food is awesome! I really recommend this place.

It took 2 hours to receive our order. The first attempt to deliver was a failure despite giving specific descriptions of our address and front porch. I had to call and have it re-delivered, to which they said they couldnt find our address again. So I stood outside the third time and the driver said they didnt know that building was ours because our light wasnt on. We turned the light on when we placed the order, in fact, it was the only light on in the whole development. The ice cream was melted and the cookies were cold. This isnt the first problem weve had with this location, but it will probably be the last.

I went in here today to get some cookies and there was no one at the counter. We were the only ones in there. After a couple minutes a woman walked to the counter. She was very rude. She didn’t say “hi” or nicely ask us what we wanted she just said “what do you want”. She continued to have an attitude with us the rest of the time. She wasn’t wearing a name tag and didn’t offer us our receipt but I did see the name “Rachel” print out as the server’s name on the receipt. We will not be going back to that location again.

This was my first experience at insomnia cookies and it was awesome!! The quaint store front offers some truly amazing treats from cookies and brownies to delicious ice cream!! I enjoyed their halloween themed chocolate cookie with peanut butter chips and pumpkin sprinkles, it was fantastic and warm when she handed it to me!! I highly recommend this business and Ill be back for more!!

Killer cookies but a bit too pricey!

Second time coming here and it was just as amazing as the first time. Gotta love when you can get a fresh baked cookie (and milk!) Late at night!

So I stop there on my way home last night.Big mistake. Ive always gotten delivery.I now realize I was in this way led to believe that cookie delivering angels existed. Nay.This place was no paradise.This was a dark place.I was unaware it was run out of a college dorm room.Personal belongings clutter the free space despite being free of patrons.I was alone here. And afraid.I stand in amazment as my order is prepared wrong before my eyes.After having repeated it thrice to the counter thralls. Why...how? My cookies..Here simple sentences are complex  puzzles that only you understand.I was weak and succumbed to my cookie lust and left bewildered.The dream is over people. After seeing how much care they put into the preparation, the lack of gloves, and the over all internal state of the establishment. I will be making my own cookies and buying my own ice cream from now on.Shame on you.

We love the cookies! They are delicious! I also got ice cream for use to have them alamode. It was amazing! It is a good thing we go for cookies and not good service. I am yet to receive good service. But we will always come back for a delicious treat!

Horrible service ! We placed an order for pickup a day in advance. We arrived to pick it up it wasnt ready. We waited the cookies we requested had to substituted because they didnt bother to get those done. We requested a card, we did not receive the card either. All in all the experience with Insomnia Cookies sucked!!!!!

Great cookies, great ice cream and even better Ice cream cookie sandwiches! Id give 5 stars but 2 male employees played video games and snapchatted behind the desk leaving only 1 girl to handle like 10 customers. Thats not very good thing for customers to see, it wouldve been better if they stayed in the back to do that.

Went for our first time on my daughters birthday. There was no line, we got in there right away. Good cookies. The staff seemed very busy with to go orders, and seemed aggravated with some of my questions about the items on the menu.

Would love to give 5 stars because the cookies are amazing and staff is always friendly but the high prices make it so I only can go there about 1 or 2 times a semester. Oh well keep up the good work on the cookie side though an I’ll see you next time I have money to blow 🙌🏾

Cookies are always delicious and lots of flavors to choose from. But they have gotten so so ridiculously expensive! $17.50 for 12 regular sized cookies is absolutely not worth it and its a shame that the prices continue to rise.Edit: $19 for 12 cookies now!!!! Ridiculous

Too expensive and not that good

I ordered cookies tonight on a Friday night. After waiting 41 minutes I called to check on my cookies and I was told they would be delivered ASAP that all the drivers were on their way back. I could understand that, thanked the worker and waited for my cookies. When they arrived 20 minutes later (1 hour after I ordered) several of the cookies were raw. In fact they are currently in my oven cooking so that they are edible. Very disappointed.

Sweet baby lord theses cookies are magical, I just had 3 different kinds and each were wonderful. Thank y’all for making my night better!

Ordered cookies. An hour later called the phone number and got put on hold for ten minutes. Hung up and called again and was again placed on hold and then told “sorry, they never got your order, you’ll have to wait in the normal lineup and it will be another hour.” You couldn’t have rushed the cookies to your customers?

These cookies are definitely the best especially with icing or ice cream in between 2 of them. Love the apple pie and cannoli ice cream!

Tonight my girlfriend and I ordered cookies from this company because we have, in the past, received a coupon for three free cookies from them due to poor service. We then tried to input that code, which required a six dollar minimum and we were fine with that, and it did not work. We then called customer service and a nice lady gave us a new code. However when our order arrived our 3 free cookies were not there. This is not the first incident where they have messed up in some way. This is my third bad experience and probably will be my last.

The cookies are really good but its often super busy and the lack of front-of-the-store space makes it so that you have to usually stand outside in a line. Besides that, the place is overall nice.

This place is great for people who are up all night. Open until 3am, its a great all-nighter snack. There are two types of cookies, deluxe and standard, all which are usually pretty fresh and hot when delivered. It would be great if there were even more flavor options.

I love their deluxe peanut butter cup cookies! So yummy and served warm. The line can be a bit long at times on the weekend but they are worth the wait.

Theyre literally just cookies. The staff at the front counter was extremely unprofessional. One them was on their phone/computer looking up videos and its was distracting while we were searching for which cookies we wanted to try to order. Its a very small facility, and its easily crowded with 5 people in the lobby. Id rather buy some cookies from Walmart and get more for my money. For this reason I rate them 1 star.

This tiny cookie shop serves delicious, fresh-baked, still warm pieces of happiness. They are open very late and will even deliver cookies to your door.

The cookies are great. However, every time I have gone, there are never enough cookies prepared. The front area is very small and cramped when there are just a few customers. There is a few barstools available for seating but its usually occupied by Insomnia employees playing games on their laptops. I really like the cookies and if the planets do align, its a pleasant experience. But most other times, I just get the impression of disorganization.

Devious cookies!!!

Our order took over an hour and a half and the projected time was 30-40 mins. And it was only Sunday (a not super busy day) . Then when it arrived the cookie cake didnt have the right icing and word picture on it and the whole thing was cold and hard. They said all they could do was send me a coupon for 6 free cookies after a 6$ purchase. Very disappointed since everyone I know raves about this company.

Cookies were delicious as always! However, the staff was unprofessional and had their belongs on the front counter as well as the barstool counter. One of my orders was incorrect which is crazy because I was the only customer in the store. This is not the first time seeing issues with an unprofessional staff at this location.

This place doesnt remind me anything of the cookies my grandmother cooked. While that sounds like an insult, it isnt. My grandma tried to kill me by poisoning some cookies she baked because I took some nickels from her purse because I liked them for looking like silver and having smootj edges. But back to Insomnia, the cookies are good.

Amazing cookies open late a must try

Last two times we ordered from the Kent location it took 2+ hours for delivery. At first I was worried that my cookies would arrive burnt but it turns out it was just poor service. If you try to call the store you get a call center In another state and are not allowed to talk to the actual store... makes sense. If you try to cancel your order they tell you that you have to wait for it to be delivered, decline it with the driver, wait for him to get back to the store, call the call center and ask for a refund. Then they high jack your money for 3-5 days while they work out the details. Stick with the Girl Scouts people... this place is garbage. On a positive note the delivery guy was pretty cool.

Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, got here in about 10 minutes. Good brownie, still a little warm in the center when it arrived, but I had expected the ice cream to be of a higher quality.

Rude customer service

Cookies tasted fine, but the heartburn I got from the two that I ate was horrible. It also takes about an hour or more to get the cookies. Not worth the price at all.If you want cookies, go find a 24-hour store and get cookie dough there or make your own.

Love their ice cream Ive tried cannoli and parker house so far I love them.. and its funny insomnia is just as packed as chipotle sometimes lol.. their all slow at times tho I ordered ice cream before the store oped like at 8:30 then ordered Jimmy Johns all after 9 and Jimmy Johns came first and they dont open until 10
