The spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to open it. After a call to the The Doorman and a visit from Cody....one and a half hours after the break, it was fixed and working like new. Incredible service and Value. Shawn was very responsive in getting us booked to have our Garage Doors repaired. His tech Adam was very experienced and was able to diagnose and come up with a great long term solution right away. I had new support bars and springs installed within 90 minutes of Adam starting the work. These guys are the real deal! Highly recommend them for any Garage Door repair and install.

So happy!! I had wanted new garage doors for years, but I have a husband who didnt want to spend the money! Adams professionalism when answering my husbands questions made it easy to trust Adams guidance, while at the same time he didnt try to sell us something that wasnt necessary. Adams eye for design, the advice for the color of the doors with the type of glass to pick was spot-on. Doors installed on the day scheduled, on time and meticulously. The old ones taken away!!Only one small critique that kept us from giving a 5+ positive score, some sheet rock dust from the drilling for the wall control mount left on the floor. An easy clean-up for us.I have no qualms in recommending the Doorman Service Co.

Great experience! My dad had his own construction business so when he told me to call them, he was right! They came out and looked at my door within 2 hour from when I called. On the day they fixed it, they were extremely helpful and had great suggestions! My door is opening wider now and is much quieter. Thank you guys so much!

4 years ago I had the garage door rod snap in half. I purchased new springs, bearings, brackets and a rod from The Doorman. They even delivered the long rod free of charge.4 years later I had a spring snap. They were amazed the spring broke already and offered to replace the spring at half price due to the spring most likely being defective from the beginning. I wasnt even expecting that at all. They definitely take care of their customers!
