We went with this company for their great reviews. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive as great of service as other did. In fact, we didn’t get any service at all. We had scheduled for our garage door repair on Sunday, between the hours of 11am-1pm. We had rescheduled another appointment to accommodate the time they offered. By 1pm, my spouse called to get an ETA of the technician. They informed us that the technician was unable to come due to a family issue. Now, we understand that unforeseen situations can happen but it would’ve been considerate to be informed rather than wasting 2 hours of our time. Pretty disappointing since all the other reviews seemed to have emphasized how timely they received their services.

He installed the new opener and springs in an efficient and competent manner. He explained how everything worked and even programmed our car to open the garage door. He was also pleasant to chat with so I learned a thing or two about garage door openers.

5 star rating! Technician from Heritage Garage Door Repair, Inc. took a look at my high lift request when others said it couldnt be done. He worked with his team to order the parts quickly. During the install, he did run into some issues but due to his expertise he was able to figure it out and make high lift work. These guys can do anything and their price was very reasonable. After calling several garage door companies to have my door fixed/replaced and they never showed up. I called Heritage and they showed up when they said they would and just like that we have a new garage door and motor with a permit. Allan was an ultimate professional. I was having trouble closing my garage door at 8pm on Saturday night and gave a call to Allan and he was able to talk me through temporarily fixing the problem until he came on Monday. Allan came to look at the problem was able to determine immediately what was wrong, looking to set up a future date for repair, he said I can fix the columns with the springs and install the new garage opener in two hours right now. Heritage Garage Door Repair are awesome! In addition to replacing the springs, they tweaked everything else to make sure it all was running smoothly. The light in the garage door unit only occasionally worked before, but they were able to fix it. They also had no problem helping me move things around in the garage so they could get to everything.
