I tried giving Nieman our business twice, and the first time they incorrectly measured our window screens (which I had to bring in to be corrected), and then the second time in ordering more screens they claimed that I had actually already signed for the new screens and picked up the second order when we called to inquire about them. They were absolutely adamant about this, despite me not actually having signed for anything. I should have known better to give them a second chance.Im happy that we learned our lesson on something as cheap as window screens, and hope to not have to do business with these people again.

I have a commercial building and the window was destroyed on 5th floor. Sandy and company were the only ones that would help me. I brought them the shattered remains and the window was out of production from Milgaard. (Milgaard was unhelpful as well). They found the parts and rebuilt the window. The installed the window and were so reasonable. I would strongly recommend this business.

I had them cut and install a new piece of neo-ceramic glass in my wood stove door. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and the person who did the work on the door did it very skillfully. Thank You!!

So I been a faithful customer to them and the craziest thing happened I had a fob on my frame for my security system and when I went back to pick it up it was no longer there but as I explained to him that the pice was there he proceeded to yell at me and said that it was not there it was one of those situations where somebody try to convince you that something was not there that was there and it’s not even the fact that it was missing it is just The principle of being honest in business even though I had proof that it was there when I dropped my frame off he continued to deny it I constantly deal with customer service in my business and I am 100% honest no matter of the repercussions but him and his case he cannot face The fact that he messed up I personally would never do business with them because they have no honesty no principle no morals no Trust and no respect For their customers and I would not recommend for anyone to go there for the people who decide to go there in the future I hope you do not experience my encounter

Pat, and everyone at Niemen are a pleasure to work with. Even better they are very competitive if not, less expensive than other glass companies in the area. If a project isnt their specialty, theyll tell you and give ideas of who to call.

We had Niemen Glass install a mirror on the face of a medicine cabinet door and turned out terrible. We were explicitly told they would smooth out the face of the cabinet before attaching the mirror but they didnt. Now there is now an ugly gap in spots around the edge of the cabinet door that is irreversible. It didnt help that they completely denied that they told me they would prepare the cabinet and that they wouldnt take responsibility of the mistake. They wouldnt offer a discount, a refund, or to fix the issue. 👎🏼 Bad customer service. Go somewhere else if you can.

I just spoke to a very polite, helpful man and ordered a simple replacement mirror for an older bathroom mirror which was beginning to show some bottom edge moisture stains. An interaction the previous day with another glass supplier had caused me to feel a call to Neiman might be the same.I was so PLEASANTLY surprised at the difference!Cautiously, I said, Should I come in to make a deposit? The man seemed surprised and said, No, you can order now. I inquired the price for the 42x 36 x 1/4 piece. $119, he said pleasantly.Will I pick that up in a week, I asked? Again, he seemed surprised, Oh no, possibly it could be ready today, but no later than a day or two, it depends on the work load today.Please contrast this interaction with yesterdays call to Valley Glass. Cost? $240!!!!!I was told I would have to drive from Enumclaw to PLACE A DEPOSIT, then drive home and drive back again to pick up the mirror in a WEEK. Plus the woman was just kinda cold, like Valley was doing me a favor to take my money on their terms.You decide which business sounds better for a simple replacement bathroom mirror. Were not talking granite countertops here.I chose Nieman. And their presentation is encouraging me to order other things with them as I need them.

Did not honor quote given over the phone. Measurements were literally 3/8 of an inch over what I was quoted and was told I had to pay double the price of the original quote. General Manager Franko was rude, arrogant and unfriendly. Shop elsewhere when looking for glass, this place will RIP you off

They replaced the glass but they damaged the outer frame and now the window will not slide going to have to address this hopefully I can fix it because their window assembly people are apparently incompetent very disappointing and frustrating
