Im a small business, cabinet shop. I needed some glass asap for a project. I called a cpuple.other glass shops and the answers were the same. It will be a couple of days. Then I called Valley Glass. They could tell I was in a pinch and they took care of me. Not only did the cut my glass same day but they had it waiting for me up front when they said to come. Great prices, great service and follow through was excellent. As a little shop trying to build.my business, you need vendors like.valley glass to do it. 5 stars and will only call Valley Glass for my glass needs moving forward.

My new house had old windows that had lost their seal. Valley Glass measured and put them in quickly. Also, I had a sliding door replaced, it is wonderful, so smooth and easy to use. Ive ordered a mirror and a screen for my kitchen window. Cant wait for them to arrive. Valley Glass ROCKS!

For Christmas my wife and I purchased a glass table top for our daughter’s family. It was custom made in 4 pieces with a beautiful polish on the edges. So happy with my experience! I inherited my Grandmothers China hutch when she passed. The custom glass shelves broke in the move. I was devastated. I figured it would be difficult and expensive to get more custom cut. I called several places a no one could do it, until I found Valley Glass. They were wonderfully priced and ready in about 3 hours. They fit perfectly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I went to have a new garage window for a customer the woman at the desk told me there was no one to cut it and I would have to come back to pick it up I told her I didnt have time to come back she did not care and told me if I wanted it now to go some where else I didnt have time to go anywhere else. When I left 3 of her men where standing by their trucks talking. The most disrespectful and uncaring business I have gone to in a long time.

We ordered a piece of glass to cover a night stand. They are not able to do the work in their shop so they had to send it to one of their suppliers. Week and a half and its not done yet.

I took in a drawing and the remaining hardware from a motor home awning window. They provided the exact window I wanted, at a fair price, and within a week. they are great.

I wonder how they are still in business. I will be reporting them to BBB. Very unhappy with their service.

Came out quick to do a quote. They said it would be about a week to get our door in. Call now 10 days later and they say it will be a month?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!??!!!! Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache!

I was in a pinch and needed fire extinguisher glass and this was the only company that can help me out and do it within 10 to 15 minutes all the other companies told me it would take about two hours to do. I will definitely be using this company again!

Had a truck bed window that was broken. Took it over and they fixed it right up in a short amount of time. Other glass places turned me away.

I had a group of windows that started leaking around the glass seals during the heavy winter rains. I took pictures and went to the store where I discussed the problem with a tech and showed him the pictures. He gave me an estimate but understandably said they would have to come out and inspect. An administrative type lady then checked her computer and gave me the first available appointment for a day a week away saying they would be there in a three hour time period. I took it. On the day of the appointment I took a half day off work and went home. After three hours and nobody showing up, I phoned. I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and then told that the appointment had been canceled by management because they had decided that the store would no longer service leakers because they were too much trouble.
