We picked out a slab from there shop. The next week they came and measured, installed two days later. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Erica did a nice job hooking us up. We love the outcome!!!!!

I am ecstatic over the counters we asked Pinnacle to make for us. Our contractor referred us to Pinnacle, they referred us to a stone supplier. After a quick fitting at the house the install was done a few weeks later and I am absolutely thrilled with my black soapstone counter and deep SS sink. Hats off.

This company came highly recommended by our real estate agent, and we found Erica was great to work with. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and we were left to deal with it as they were unwilling to work with us to help us get what we had requested. I would highly recommend going over details multiple times and requesting drawings of everything before starting any work with this company. We ended up sticking with their mistake to avoid compounding timeline issues with bringing in a different company to fix their error. I am extremely disappointed in their disinterest to deliver quality. Their final walk-through appears to be for show as they arent actually interested in fixing their mistakes. They did however, offer to take out the errant counter top and let us pickup the remnant to resolve ourselves. Without a pressing timeline, this would have been the better option.

Called to ask about remnants and slabs for a home remodel and didn’t want me to bother if I was worried about cost and only shopping around. They only work with people they know. Guess they don’t want new business.

Our contractor suggested I go here. Andrew was very helpful and our quartz counters are beautiful.
