Ive always used old hand-me-down spring beds, but after talking with Tony about my back problems I knew it was time for a change. I never knew I could love a bed so much. Tony helped me find the best bed for me at a price I could afford. I loved it so much I bought a 2nd one for my Mom. We bought our new bed at last years Seattle home show and absolutely loved it. The whole experience was great the company is fantastic and the bed was life changing. Then we sold our home and the new buyers wanted the bed, (go figure). So we just returned to this years home show and bought exactly the same bed over again and the people working at the show even remembered us from the year before. We also tried out all the other companies that were at the show since they were there and still love this bed and this price and this company the best. We purchased our iDream mattress at the Northwest Washington Fair in August of 2015. We knew that a mattress was an investment that we both thought necessary and happened on iDream while walking around. Never would we have thought to purchase a mattress while at the county fair, but we have never once regretted our decision.From the amazing sales associates, to the respectful delivery men and any customer service person to whom I spoke; we were treated with the utmost respect and honesty.And that doesnt even mention the quality of the bed! With my husband on his feet. knees and back for at least 10 hours a day as a mechanic and I being at a computer desk all day; we didnt fully realize how much the bed (beds at the time since we were not yet married) we were sleeping on was impacting our backs, necks, hips, etc in our day to day life. Throw in the fact that the adjustable base helps with snoring and the ChiliPads adjustable temperature feature and it is a win-win-win no-brainer!Since our purchase last year, we know of at least 2 couples that will be stopping by to check out the mattresses this year - and I highly recommend you do as well!
