I purchased to long twin mattresses with adjustable bases and SleepIQ to be put together to make a split king size bed. I paid just over $9000 for the system with my returning customer discount. That was 3 years ago. One of the mattresses will no longer hold air. Upon contacting the company, I find out they are going to charge me $65 the send a replacement bladder. I find this TOTALLY unacceptable. When one pays the kind of premium that sleep number demands, you expect top of the line customer service if there is a problem. Sleep Number does not stand behind their product. There are much less expensive options that provide the same experience. I can NOT recommend Sleep Number to anyone

No pressure to buy, just a lot of information to help you make the best decision for your body and way of sleeping. You can adjust the firmness of the mattress to relieve your points of pressure when you sleep. Doug was super helpful, explained everything and gave us time to make our own decision. If you are mattress shopping at least go in and see what they can do for you.

Our visit resulted in the purchase of our new bed. The service was friendly and informative without any pressure to buy! All our questions were answered. We are very excited to get our bed, and look forward to waking up without pain and feeling rested.

They claim there is a 100 night trial on their beds. We paid about $3,000 for our mattress and the delivery fee. We are not impressed with the bed. Especially for the price so we decided to return it. The issue is the retail store cant return it. When you call their 888 customer service number if you hit the return option it tells you the wait times are too long and to chat with someone online and then hangs up on you. I have tried multiple days to contact them with no success. So I decided to try and chat online with a rep per their recording before it hangs up on you. The chat rep told me they couldnt help me and that I have to call in to return the bed. Which I have been trying to do for days. While on their website, after all this running around I see they have a promotion on a bed that would be an upgrade. So I decide to call in to exchange the bed and pay an upgrade of $600 to give them another shot. When you call in to exchange the bed they dont hang up on you. I was however on the phone for well over 2 hours to get someone to help me with the exchange. That rep told me not only do I need to pay the $600 to upgrade the bed but another $200 delivery fee. So I will have $400 in delivery fees. I have tried really hard to like Sleep Number and give them another shot. But, they have been impossible to deal with. The bed is mediocre at best. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I would recommend avoiding this company...

The staff was friendly and informative...but best of all the manager and another sales rep played hot lava with our daughter so we could both learn about and select our new bed! Definitely above the competition!

I had a lot of fun with Matt and Doug and learned so much! I fell in love with most beds but i10 was my favorite. But I bought the iLE and am very excited for it’s arrival! I have owned a bed for over 11 years and love the comfort. But the new one is by far more comfortable. And I live the new technology.

We were in store for first visit. We had Michael share his knowledge and was very good to work with. He had us trying different mattresses, he was explaining everything, getting us different pillows, having us feel the difference in the bed flat and raised with our numbers. Excellent customer service. Not pushy.

Great customer service!! Amber took good care of us and no high pressure. We tried out several beds and multiple options, as well as pillows, and settled on the bed we both liked after talking it over as a couple.These beds are not cheap, but our rest is important for our health and worth the investment. We ordered the Limited Edition bed that was 50% off on the mattress, plus no cost financing!So looking forward to our new bed and sleeping more soundly.

I have been weighing the options between certain mattresses. Sleep number was on the list. We thought we would go check out a store versus shopping inline. Matthew was full of information and gave us lots of options. He certainly knew the ins and outs of this bed. I am looking forward to getting it in our home.

We were very pleased with our sales Rep. He was very informative and helpful. Weve been very pleased with our first Sleep Number for many years so it wasnt hard to decide to upgrade to a new one when we wanted to get a smaller size. And getting a huge credit for being a return customer was a special blessing. I do wish though that the person I spoke to on the phone while doing research on the new bed had been better informed. I was told I could get a full size only to learn a queen was as small as would qualify for the special. I really wanted a full.

Not a large variety, definitely not for the average everyday worker, a tad bit on the pricier side.

This place cured my back pain! I tried all sorts of mattresses, and this was the one that did the trick! My sleep number is a 45, and i cant do anything else or even really travel now without my bed. The staff was really great too! They were low pressure, capable and professional.
