I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I went to look at a car I found online and it was in the shop with issues. So I thought I was going to end up going home again, but we were lucky enough to get Eddy Soto for our sales rep and he found us another car that was 10x better. He walked us through the whole process and I was able to contact him any time, day or night, until I took the car home. Eddy went above and beyond for us, as well as everyone in financing and even other sales reps. Every single employee did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our experience. I have never bought a new vehicle before and this was my first time experience here at Parks GMC. I have always bought pre-owned. Everyone at this dealership was kind, followed up and communicated well. I bought a Yukon in transit and it actually arrived a day earlier than expected. I was notified ahead of time from the staff. The sales person Kevin was very professional. Kevin stayed after hours when we purchased the vehicle to ensure we were good with everything. I met two sales managers Caty and Kevin during this experience, and both were as kind before the sale and after the sale. The finance manager Bob was also extremely welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. He also came outside to thank me again when I was picking up the vehicle. I took my truck here to get a scratch in my bumper fixed. Took 3 trys to paint it correctly. But in the meantime they washed my truck. But the washed half a$$ with dirty rags and scratched my truck all over. They attempted to fix it and waxed it while the truck was still dirty and only made things worse. They the told me they were going to pay A professional to fix it correctly. But after realizing how much it was going to cost them, they changed their mind. Told me to go get f…. This the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with. It cost $1000,00 for my bumper repair, it will probably cost 2-3 times that to fix everything they messed up on my truck. Go here at your own risk.

Went to replace daughters totaled car and they wouldnt show us the 2 cars we wanted to see. Kind of pushy. The new sales guy was good. My daughter said to me after we left I cant believe you used to sell cars based on that experience. We went to Smart Chevrolet in Madison and bought what we were looking for right after we left Park.

They tell you you can test drive a car but never let me test drive it. What I did get the car and test drove it supposedly at the body that he said to bring it back theyll fix whatever and no no customer service help whatsoever. Theyre not for their customers theyre only for making money. The worst company I have ever dealt with with buying a SUV.And I have contact the better Business on them.

Im only giving 3 stars.For starters I started off speaking with Julia who I told I wasnt ready to trade my car in yet due to trying earlier this year and needing to pay down my negative equity. So, I was aware I had negative equity however Julia stated this was a great time to trade in your car due to the market and some more stuff. I basically said what the heck why not try she sound so sure and convincing.On the way to the location I called to let Julia know I was on the way to the appt we set the week before. To find out she was OFF. Instead of turning around like my gut told me because I felt discourage I proceeded to the location and was greet by Mikey. Mikey was very great but I knew I wasnt going to get him a sale no matter how hard he tried. Park GMC is over all good. I dont like how they hit my credit 4 yes FOUR TIMES! After the first one didnt go through why try 3 more times?

Let me say, I know I looked busted, because I had just gotten off work and was kind of rushed. I work as a chef in a chophouse, and I make everything from scratch; I get messy, ok? We live out-of-state, so I called the dealership to see if we could make a deal over the phone. I initially spoke with Octavia Mann who was very responsive and made the process as easy as possible. We were able to get the deal finalized within a few hours. A few days later, we made the drive to North Carolina to pick the car up, and everything was as promised. I found a vehicle my husband and I liked so I contacted the dealership. I spoke with relations manager Taylar. She assured me they would hold the vehicle until the next day at our appointment time unless it sold online. If it sold online she would call me and let me know so I wouldnt come down to the dealership if I didnt want to. We spent a lot of time cleaning up our trade in the day before our appointment and then got to the dealership on the day of our appointment before the appointment time only to be told the vehicle had sold a couple of hours ago. This was after confirmation of our appointment in the early afternoon that day. A sales person came out and told us the vehicle was gone but he had something else to show us. So unsure of how I felt in that moment I went in to see what he had to show us. The sales person asked what we were looking for and I explained to him I wanted a larger vehicle due to space issues with our current SUV. This salesman brought around my exact same SUV to show me and one that was the same exact size and said this is what he had to show me. I understand you need to sell cars but dont treat me like a fool because I am a woman. I was also told I could get a discount for where I worked on the used car I was looking at and when I mentioned it to the salesman he said it was only for new cars and offered no restitution. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I will not go back and I would not recommend it.

I recently bought a 2008 VW Beetle for my daughter. I live two hours away and, even though I couldve found a similar car closer, I chose Parks Buick for their good reviews and reputation. The entire purchase went very quickly and smoothly, and the Terrell (sales person) was very nice. I had a mechanical issue with the car on the way home, and the sales manager Kevin Williams agreed to cover the cost of repair with no argument. My daughter loves her new bug, and I am very pleased with how Parks handled our entire transaction.

Edit: I spoke with Mike Rose from Parks this morning. He explained a how and why a few things happened the way that they did. It was a great call Mike informed the that the truck I intended to purchase had arrived. If I hadn’t already purchased another truck I would go get it. Mike was honest with me and didn’t give me any runaround or excuses. He told me that they were changing the way that they did a few things based on my experience, and I believe him. In a couple years when I’m ready to buy a new truck he will be the first guy that I call.I was searching for a new truck which is difficult right now. On Tuesday they said that the truck I was searching for was scheduled for delivery the next day. I quickly gave them my deposit information, added the truck to my insurance policy, and rushed to the bank to get them a check for the truck. The following day I was assured that they would communicate when the truck arrived. The sales manager even told me that once the truck was within a week of delivery there was generally no delays. The next day I called 3 times before anyone could even tell me that the truck had not arrived. The sales manager even told me that he didn’t see it in the parking lot when he arrived at work and he’d check and get back to me. 4 hours later I’m told the truck was delayed and likely at the Walkerstown train lot up the street. I really wasn’t in a big hurry and prepared to wait a month for a truck but I felt like I was being given the runaround. I contacted GMC support and spoke with a transit specialist who informed me that the truck had no expected delivery date and was currently in Flint, Michigan awaiting shipment scheduling. The irony of being on hold and repeatedly listening to the message from Adam Parks saying how important honesty is to their Buisness while waiting to be blatantly lied too was amusing. I made another deposit on another truck at a dealership that was honest with me. I strongly caution anyone not to place a deposit or commitment on any vehicle not on the lot.

I wanted to share my experience here in hopes Parks Buick GMC can get it together and also inform the public on what to be aware of should you deceide to purchase a new vehicle here. There was no follow up from the first rep I interacted with in early Nov 2020, had to go back and find someone new mid-Nov 2020. After taking over 2 weeks to locate the new vehicle I wanted, I purchased a new vehicle, paid cash, but also traded in a vehicle that did have a lien. Red flags went up when it took over 30 days to pay off the vehicle that was being traded in with no communication from dealer as to why. If I had not figured this out, another payment would have drafted! The SD card that controls the GPS and many settings was missing and took 3 weeks to get in so all features could work as designed (remember this was a brand new GMC). Currently I am about to hit 45 days since purchase and still have an expired 30-day tag on my new vehicle. No new tag yet OR the actual clear title! I understand running a business has its challenges and apparently in Nov 2020 Parks bought out Vestal, but there seems like no one here really knows what they are doing or has any control to create a positive customer experience. If there is, unfortunately I did not have the pleasure to work with them. Please go in with your eyes open. Even though this dealership is local to me and I like their product, I do not think I will use them again. Customers have choices and value service.

She thoughtfully explored what my needs were and patiently let me go through my methodical process of test driving SUVs, even those that were not being sold on her lot! I test drove other dealerships cars including Fords and Jeeps and kept coming back. Nobody else could match her professionalism and desire for my wife and I to have a successful car-buying experience in which we walked away with a vehicle we were happy with! After first test driving an Encore, she let me try out a new Encore GX. OMG! I loved it! We still didnt rush anything. We negotiated and came to a deal that was wonderful and fit our budget. Please!
