Nick was great from the moment we dropped off our vehicle to the moment we picked it up. He called with updates throughout the day, and he and his team were able to repair our vehicle. The pricing was fair, and we appreciate Nick’s honesty related to the vehicle’s issue and the cost to repair it. We’ll continue to take vehicles there for service.

Been doing business with this place for probably more than 10 years now. I haven’t been in a long time cause i had been using quick lube, but learned my lesson on that. I prefer real mechanics to touch my car. Anyways i Stopped by recently for an oil change, Didn’t really recognize the staff this time. I thought that was a little odd, but went ahead and had my car serviced anyways. As i was sitting in the waiting room, a young man asked me to follow him so he could show me an issue with my car. There was metal showing through my back tires!!!! I thanked him for showing me and he continued back to work. When my oil change was done, the lady helped me get prices for new tires. They were the cheapest tires i had ever been quoted for the car. And i am satisfied with the new tires as well. although i didn’t really recognize anybody this time i plan to take my car here, and ONLY here, for the next 10 years to come as well! And you should too!

We bring our cars to this auto shop for oil change, brakes, tires and repairs. Very good and excellent service. I would recommend it. The owner is very nice.

I have had good experiences with them until today 2/6/19. My car was having some problems and they asked (on Friday 2/1) if I could have it to them Monday Morning 2/4 first thing. I dropped it off Monday at 7:00am and left my keys in the box. I called later that day to see if they had found anything and was told not yet and they would call when they find the problem. I called Tuesday afternoon because I had not heard from them and needed to make arrangements for transportation. I got the same response. I called again to tell them since they had not found anything yet, I would come pick it up Wednesday. That is when I found out they had not even had time to look at it. I understand they were busy, but it would have been nice if the lady at the front desk had mentioned that either time I called. I picked my car up Wed. It was sitting out front unlocked with the keys in the ignition. I told the guy not to do that and I would be there before closing. I know he was just trying to help, but the car could have been taken by someone else and they would not be the wiser. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. I found out the issue was a loose wire to the battery, a very quick fix.

I didnt buy this car because it was known for low-cost maintenance, but I feel they did me right on pricing (or better than right). I consider myself very lucky to have found them. My Nissan 300zx 92 was diagnosed by Xpress Auto. My car was not disassembled in anyway. They had my car for two weeks to tell me that they cant work on my car because it was too old.I took my car to another shop and when the hood was opened my intake pipes were all disassembled as if someone just left the car or maybe looked at it and left it to be. I have been going to this shop for over 20 years and I have never had any issues with this Auto shop. I have had a lot of work done on this vehicle and to just leave it the way that this did is unprofessional. The gentleman at the frontdesk was really nice however they were unable to work on a simple car was baffling to me.The car just needed a ignition switch which was fixed in 30 minutes.

This place is the best auto mechanic shop I have ever been to. These guys take great effort to ensure my vehicle was completely checked out and all items that needed to be addressed were brought to my attention. I WILL NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE.

Amazing service, wonderful staff!!!My Edge with low miles left me stranded in Thomasville, about 30 miles away from shop.Called and spoke with Nino, the owner, he arranged to have a tow truck sent to me, offered to give me a ride because I was with my 2 and 5 year old babies on the side of the road!!!! I mean who does that!?!My car got towed and turns out it was the water pump, literally one of the most expensive repairs on that darn car!!!!Nino got me my car back two days later and was super reasonable with the price, even with the tow. I called around a got some quotes and he saved me HUNDREDS! Literally would have been over $1,000 more if I took it to Ford.They have all my business no doubt about it!!!Thanks guys!!!

I have been going to this auto shoppe since I started driving. They were always straightforward and friendly with me. I have yet to have a bad experience with them.

The first time I went here I asked them to look at my car I was having problems. They never called me and told me what needed to be done nor call me with the charges they just fixed it. I let that one go and used them again. I went for an oil change and asked them to go over the car entirely because I was taking a trip. They told me everything was good to go. I drove the car about 1/2 an hour out the engine light came on. I called them immediately and they said they were closing and to meet them there on Saturday (Even thought they were closed they would meet me) Needless to say I was there at 11:00 no one was there. I kept driving by all day and no one ever showed. I decided to go to a different shop and was told that the oil was overfilled, 3 of the 4 tires were extremely low and the windshield washer fluid was not topped off so I had to pay this place to do what I paid Xpress double to do. I then went back to Xpress and told them what happened they offered me a free oil change. REALLY? You didnt do it right the first time did you think I wanted another one?? I will never go here again nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

Great people and great service

It was great, they corrected a lot of problems caused by another shop. Unfortunately, the car still has the lack of power issue it had when I brought it in.And they stole 2 quarts of power steering fluid I stored in the engine compartment. Was forced to replace the fluid before continuing on my journey.

Every time I come here, everyone is friendly and helpful. They show me whats wrong and what they recommend. They dont over charge. The estimates are very close. Never paid over the estimate, almost always pay less.

Current owner is a conman. If theres nothing wrong with your car or its a quick fix he fabricates a problem to charge you money. Dude cant even keep a shop of his own open so he buys out other shops and runs them into the ground. I should know i used to work for the loser. The dishonestly caused me a lot of moral issues.Lol. Theres 3 sides to every story. Youre forgetting about the truth. But go ahead and lie some more, youve never been honest about anything. I called kpd because you wouldnt return my property, which you still have. Then lied and said it was yours. I never chased anyone out of the parking lot. But hey Im a disabled veteran with a honorable discharge. I have my issues. But at least i can say Ive never been arrested. So how many years did you spend in prison for running an illegal business? Lol

Took my truck there because coolant light came on, they did a coolant check and said I had a cracked head gasket, $1800 + repair. I added coolant and drove it another 2,000 miles and light came on, called to talk to manager and was told he had been let go for embezzlement, lol. Took it to a very reputable shop and they performed same coolant system check, NO cracked head gasket, leaking water pump. They changed the pump and It was less than $300.00, I wouldnt let Xpress Auto put air in a bicycle tire, I would stay away from these jerks

Had to find a new mechanic in Kernersville and took my car to Xpress.Had and issue with a few oil leaks. The shop did a great job with the fix and at a reasonable price. The 2nd fix was with the driver car seat needing a few welds. Seat was fixed at a good price.I will continue to use xpress for all auto issues.

This shop is : honest/efficient/knowledgeable.

Edit: Went in to get suspension work done (mostly with my own supplied parts) and left with an oil leak from the axel seal, which I did NOT supply. So they must have replaced the axel without replacing the seal which caused it to leak. Came back to complain and had to pay to get it fixed. It was not fixed and I still had a leak but I came back again but this time they did a warranty repair. This time they fixed the axel seal leak, but cracked a bolt in my transmission and caused yet ANOTHER leak. The mechanic tried to fix it was some black epoxy as the mechanic at another shop pointed out. Since I was so mad I did not complain, I just took it to another shop and got it fixed. Now I have no leaks but I will never return to Xpress Auto again even though I had years of great service.
